Called in for mobile service on 18 wheeler, morning during the week, arrived quick, brought the right parts, service fee is a lil overpriced though. Bringing coolant+hose 20 miles out of town for 775 the labor was done by myself. Lil too much.
An absolute joke of a company, beware all that are in need of towing services. Run far away. They will quote you one price and then charge you 10x that quote once the service is done. I would give 0 stars if i could
This guys are joke , called them for air leak . Ofc they showed up and had a story that they cant fix it there so they will have to tow it to the shop ... Short story day and half later ( for air leak ) bill was 2300$ ...140 $ part tho ... Scammers run away
Will never use this company again. Flower's charged me 1148.89 to pull my 18 wheeler out of the mud. The truck wasn't bogged down, the driver cut to short down a dirt road. All the driver needed was a little tug to get free. When I originally talked to him he said the tow would only be $350. He never called me to give me an updated price for the tow, he only notified me once the tow was complete with a large fee. I don't know if he saw an opportunity or race.
I called at 9 o’clock at night in a panic as I was locked out of my car and not from Magnolia. Mr. Fowler answered and the phone and he was very professional and told me he was on his way. Not 10 minutes later he showed up at my hotel and unlocked my car in 5 minutes. He knew exactly what he was doing and came prepared. I will always use Fowler’s for all my lockout and towing needs. Wonderful locally owned business that wants to help the people of Magnolia.
Had a driver cut a corner and hooked the rear of his trailer into the ditch Fowler Wrecker was called by police to without unit. Took 2 Wreckers and 5 extra people to get trailer back onto road. We had picture before this happened and was not a big job but Fowler seen a opportunity and took it and took us for $4547.00. When I asked so much they brought the office along to watch it basic answer cause any normal professorial wrecker could have easy lift and swung unit with 1 wrecker. NOT A COMPANY WE WILL EVER CALL !
i had a blowout on the way to texas, i called towing companies that would not pick up. i decided to try fowler and the woman answered right away and was very kind and helpful, mr fowler himself came and got me in less than 30 minutes (i was outside of town) i expected a hr wait atleast. he was very profesional and very helpful and a great person to deal with. if you need a wrecker service around the magnoilia area, save yourself some time and just call fowler's, get people to deal with!
