Updated Review: After updating my review, I received a call from Heath with several others on speakerphone. Unfortunately, nothing was resolved. Instead, I was lied to, harassed, and criticized for leaving an honest 1-star review. At one point I was even told, “If we looked you up and saw you left 1-star reviews, we wouldn’t have sold to you. You are what is wrong with the world.” I offered to return the car and undo the deal, but that suggestion was ignored. When asked what I wanted, I explained I simply wanted them to cover the out-of-pocket costs for repairs over $1600 with the warranty, since the car I purchased has both an oil and antifreeze leak (confirmed by Dodge). Instead of addressing that, I was berated and accused of knowingly buying the car with issues. They claimed I test drove the car for 5 hours, took it to a mechanic, and accepted the leak — all of which is completely false. When I requested the supposed “recording” of this, they admitted it didn’t exist. It became clear the real purpose of the call was to pressure me into removing my review. They even claimed I had agreed to delete it once I received a part that was already owed to me under contract — which is untrue. I have been fighting for over three months to receive that part and still do not have it. When I refused to remove my review, they told me it would cost them thousands of dollars. I responded that their business practices are already costing customers thousands. After this call, I received a second call from the salesman, Juan, again pressing me on what I wanted out of all of this. When the conversation became heated, I ended the call. Moments later, I received a text (see below) stating I should never contact them again and that my part would be left outside for pickup — during a thunderstorm. This experience has been unprofessional, hostile, and harassing. Instead of addressing the mechanical issues with the vehicle, the focus was on silencing my honest review. I have recordings of these conversations, as the dealership frequently makes false claims, denies promises, and attempts to gaslight customers. Advice for others: If you choose to do business here, document everything. Get all promises in writing, keep records of your communications, and be prepared for them to deny responsibility. In my experience, they sell vehicles with major issues and then blame the customer when problems arise. I originally left a positive review because the buying process was simple, but after three months of ownership this has been the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. When we purchased the car, we pointed out a missing part and were told it would be fixed. A few days later I discovered the AC didn’t work. The dealership kept my car for three days, promised to fix the AC and the missing part, but only addressed the AC. I was even told I would have to drive to Springdale to pick it up myself or wait another day for them to return it. Since then, the car has developed a severe oil leak (photos attached). Instead of taking responsibility, the dealership’s solution was to push everything through the warranty, leaving me to cover part of the cost out-of-pocket. I’ve also spent three months asking for the missing part I was promised, and despite repeated calls and visits, I still don’t have it. The only response I’ve received is excuses. To make matters worse, when I brought up the AC issue in person, I was told, “Well, you test drove it and didn’t notice, so how was I supposed to know?” In my opinion, a dealership should inspect vehicles before selling them, not blame the customer after the fact. Bottom line: I love the car itself, but the dealership has been dishonest and unprofessional. If you buy here, get a warranty because you’ll need it — but don’t expect them to honor their word or fix issues as promised. I would not recommend this dealership.

I have been trying to purchase a car from this company for the past week. The salesman never returns my calls. Originally I offered 4k down payment but today I called to make a cash offer and the receptionist told them I was on the phone and they hung up. Never have i been treated with such disrespect. FORE WARNING to future buyers, look for another car dealer other than this one.

We had a great experience with Buy Wright. We found a vehicle we loved and had everything completed very fast. We will definitely look at their inventory whenever we are in the market for another vehicle.

A few months back I came in to look at a Camaro SS and a Subaru STI. Was asked to fill out a credit app prior to a test drive. I bought a Cobra off Marketplace. As fate would have it my other vehicle is a Grand Cherokee. Went in today to look at one. Offered to leave my Cobra and 2k cash to take it for a drive. Was asked to fill out a credit app prior to driving again. Never would I apply for a loan for a vehicle I haven't drove yet.

If you want a dependable vehicle this is not the place for you! They offer no help once the vehicle leaves their property that’s why it’s so easy to get into their vehicles. My husband and I purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 2017. We have had the truck six months & have replaced: Exhaust manifold Fuel pump brakes & roaders Tire rods Fuel injectors and many other things as well & now the computer is bad and we have to have the whole system fixed! I do not recommend these folks at all!!

Great customer service, and overall a great experience. Joan did great helping me get into a car I wanted, and as a first time car buyer with low credit! & they are kid friendly which I love as a mom of a 3 yr old. Highly recommend!

I met with Joan and he is awesome. He helped me with every step of buying not just a car but the perfect car. He was kind and worked really hard for me to get to my daughters play that weekend. I thought I wasn't able to get it by Saturday but he made it possible. Plus I didn't settle for a car I didn't want, it was even better than I imagined I could get. I've been around this family owned and operated business for years and the amount of cars I've seen come thru is amazing. Hundreds of cars trucks and vans and motorcycles. And when they away from the lot they are still preforming business obligations. Great business and family.

He was also very kind to my son and gave him paper and pens to draw while we did paperwork (because he was driving me crazy 🤣 🤣). I stopped in to look at van I had seen on their website. Our experience with Buy Wright Auto Sales at 2838 South 8th St, Rogers, AR 72758, was pleasant. We did not use the dealer by recommendation; we were car shopping and passing by to see their cars. We had already visited other dealers. Our representative was Kenneth Stidham. Kenneth was respectful and patient, but most importantly, he gave us space to shop without following us around. We are happy with the transaction because the car is in good body and mechanical condition. I drove the car out of the dealer for two hours without incidents then or now. The vehicle is everything advertised: no more, no less. The dealer also offered a mechanic's contact information for future service. Our choices were to purchase at a lower price online or test drive one with a local dealer and see what we were getting. Buy Wright Auto Sales worked with us, making a fair deal by comparing prices online and ensuring everyone was satisfied with the agreement. I received all the original manuals for the car. We were shopping on the weekend and received the vehicle's title promptly. I believe Buy Wright Auto Sales is a good dealer with honest people. I've had my SUV, a 2012 Nissan Xterra Pro 4x, purchased from Buy Wright, for around six weeks now and I'm a very happy customer! Not only is the vehicle in excellent condition, Kenneth was an excellent sales rep, very courteous, helpful, and funny too! The financing process was smooth and completed the same day, and Kenneth even picked me up at work when it was time to take my vehicle home. They also did an oil change and made sure all the fluids were topped off before I picked it up, which I very much appreciated. Most impressively, I discovered the windshield fluid sprayers weren't operable right before driving it off the lot, so when I brought it back a few weeks later they took care of the repair and gave me a loaner vehicle so I could go to work while it was getting fixed. This dealership is the best one I've ever dealt with, hands down, and they obviously care a lot about having quality inventory for their valued customers. I LOVE my Xterra, was thoroughly impressed with Buy Wright Auto Sales, and will recommend them over the mega lots any day!

Best experience! Kenneth made the process so easy. We knew what we were looking for for our teen & Buy Wright had it! We live over 3 hours away & did everything over the phone.
