Stole a bunch of tools out of my car when I confronted them they denied it or at least the little weasle assistant who probably had my tools. I made a police report but without proof there was nothing cops could do. The empty tool box in the back wasnt proof enough
They are good guys help me Sentra mess up one morning won't start roll back they could tell what was wrong with it start for them says I don't know that was expensive 3-4 days for me though see charlie and Paul I think his name is

Great people, let me come in and plug in my Tesla so the battery wouldn’t get damaged. I would definitely use them again. They also did a good job flat-bed towing it with no damage.

I gave this company a 5-Star rating for their integrity and promptness. The driver mistakenly charged me $13 more than he should. I told him don’t worry about it, especially since he showed up on time. He changed his bill to to the lower amount because he felt that was the right thing to do. He was as well very congenial toward my wife, since I was not there.

I have never used this service and absolutely never will. On my way home tonight after leaving Walgreens in Bella Vista, I came to the end of the road behind the building to find the street blocked off by a tow truck. Instead of nicely informing us or asking us to reroute, the driver proceeded to throw his hands in the air and scream at us “I don’t know what to tell you.” I had not even been given a chance to turn around or assess the situation before being yelled at. I proceeded to call to inform a superior of the blatantly rude encounter only to have the same driver answer. There was no apology, just denial of his unnessicay tone and reaction to me simply driving down a street that I had no idea he had decided to barricade with the tow truck. I understand the vehicle needed to be moved and would have been happy to oblige and turn around but the utter disrespect and lack of professionalism was appalling. I highly recommend using another service.
