Definitely enjoyed my visit on 2/3/2026. Much better yard than our u-pulls up here in Springfield, MO. Even if not quite as big. Prices on motors is excellent and one of the very few places that still allow u to buy a short or long block.
Love this place but the need to put locations I'd the cars on fb it's to hard to find one when they lest for new cars on the yard still say the same thing a tear latee
I don't really have anything to compare it to, but for a junk yard they seem pretty organized, the online inventory helps for planning, and the prices are reasonable, even including a short term warranty on certain parts.
Dude, when you're making people pull their own parts. A 99' Honda crv drivers window should never bea significant amount more than a brand new one. Yeah, no. I said he'll no, investment companies do this to Buisnesses. I'll wait for the new One. Thanks for messing this place up for everyone in NWA
I understand some of y'all complaints on here. Hey I get but you have to understand too this is a business that have bills that they have to pay. The employees don't work for free and property taxes, insurance and other bills they have are extremely expensive. How do you think their going to pay them. They set the prices on these items trying to help you out if you can go into a store and buy a brand new part go do it but I guarantee their part is not going to be the same price because you wouldn't come here if they were. They know those are used car parts and by offering them at a discount price this helps you keep more money in your pocket some people are just ungrateful and very entitled. Cut them a little slack, Nobody's perfect I get it but you have to understand too that if they just give those parts away they wouldn't be in business and y'all would be forced to go pay those super high prices at the part stores or dealerships which don't give a damn. One more thing working on customer service skills with employees being mean is a individual character flaw. Report it to the manager and let them handle he or she that decided to take their frustration out on you. You may not see the outcome but know it's documented and it's only so many times their going to take a complaint on an employee before their forced to make a decision. Being nice goes both ways you know. All the best to everyone.
You need to show up more than an hour before they close. If you show up anytime after that, they won’t let you in. I showed up 30 minutes before closing to grab a single part I had called about and was turned away. Decent place but very poor customer service.
U-Pull-It took my dead car out of my garage so fast, I should have requested their services months ago. I didn't realize how easy this was. Thank you for the quick and reliable service!
Had a negative experience overall. Their inventory is not accurate, and the employees are very rude both over the phone, and in person as well. Pointless guidelines for a yard, and bloated reviews online.
Purchased a vehicle from here. They’re super easy to work with. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an affordable used car. My boys have gotten parts for their cars here plenty of times. Great place and great people.
They had strict rules and didn't allow kids at age 15 and younger. I when with my dad so I could help him but the people that worked there said I couldn't go because of my age. They were disrespectful
If you call them looking for a part they can only tell you if they have any vehicles that, might have the part you are looking for on them. Sometimes you can find exactly what you need but not always. Still a great place to start if you're trying to save money on car repair though.
Was charged over double what the items cost new. Less then 2 minutes I returned and ask for a refund. They refused saying I could get stor credit. Manager became aggressive when I said that's like stealing people's money. I wish there was a way to give minus stars
They tell u one price and when u check out they up change you like bruh really it a junk yard not a auto parts store ,and they stole my other part of my vehicle cuz the last said that all parts that come in need to be marked so you’ll better be ready to hear about my lawyer you scammers
not a bad place to get parts by any means had what i was looking for reason for only four stars is there was a biohazard car that wasn’t marked and i got what i believed to be the inside of someone’s brain on me. kinda gross but not the end of the world i guess.
Shady and untrustworthy employees. I called Declan about buying my vehicle and I was very clear about the condition of the vehicle. Was quoted a price(twice), but when the tow truck driver showed up he started haggling me about the price and said if I didn't take the very decreased offer he wouldn't take the car. Obviously they take advantage of people down on their luck. I suppose I should have expected this from a place like U-pull-it and you should too.
While at this place I did find several options for my vehicle which was a starter? But where they had this jacked up could not get too? I asked if they would pull the part and they agreed at later date and wanted $45 cash plus tax?? What a rip off!!!! Very disappointed with this business!! It was only 3 bolts for $45 really I had to just leave with no comment. I will never return to them for nothing ever again. Rip offs
I do not recommend this place. #1 a business should not charge you any money to go look for a part for your car. I don't and will not ever deal with a business like that. If the managers and owners are that petty that they want, to charge you to not only drive an hour to try to buy parts that might not work but then you have to pull them. That is stupid.

Gravel yard is mostly flat and very walkable with well marked to help find what you nee quickly. Good selection of cars and rotated well to keep fresh inventory available every time I have been there.
Great variety of used tires for sale conveniently located by the sales counter. All their employees exceed my expectations as far as knowledge goes. Management is is top notch. The goodwill hot dog stand is there outside the front entrance most days, with amazing cooked to order food!
My husband and I have found the parts we need every time here. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are great and they have a 30 day warranty and that helps when the part doesn't work out. Love this place! Oh and It's very organized too. They give you a map so you know where you're going. It's definitely helpful.
Staff are knowledgeable,and friendly. extremely helpful and patient even when i was experiencing debit card problems. Great prices and wonderful lot map to help you find your target vehichle. I would recommend this salvage shop to all. Would have rated 10 stars if was an option. Many thanks
A great junk yard for the do it yourselfers, like me. You pull the part. Make sure you follow the rules. Good people, and parts are reasonably priced. I’ll be back when needed.
My daughter and I needed a part for her 99 Avenger that isn't made anymore. This was my first trip to U pull it. They were all very nice. The yard was well organized and we knew exactly where to go thanks to the map they gave us. It took some time and lots of digging, but we found the tiny part we needed. Oddly enough, we had a lot of fun that day digging through a salvage yard. Lol.
