I’m sure they are a decent company to buy parts from and such but I’ve been waiting a month for a quote on my car that is just sitting there collecting dust. Fixing to move soon and need to get rid of it and they have not responded a single time to me. They gave me a phone number to send photos and info to and nothing. Kinda gross, could at least say they can’t buy the car if they can’t. Weird way to run a business.
The lady at the desk was very polite and smiling. She directed me to the area where I could find my parts.
The mechanic inside the junk yard was very helpful.
I came back and was happy to leave with both used auto parts.
Ordered a transmission and 7 days later after calling over 10 times In told it was the wrong transmission and they need to refund us. Poor customer service! I would not recommend.
The people that work there are very nice and I like they make you have paperwork for the catalytic converters so these Tweakers can't go sell them this is an honest place
Ordered a tail light on the 29th from this company. The shipping was $40. I had to email, then call today, October 7, to get info on this. I was told that, it just shipped today because the manager didn't know it had been paid for. I received a paid invoice slip same day I ordered it! Are you kidding me? Who charges $40 for shipping, then waits a week with no tracking? Then, I was told if I wanted it sooner I could have paid $100-200 for that. Yes, you read that correctly. Poorly run outfit with poor management and overpriced shipping. Buyer beware
More then likely they have the parts you need which is nice but always double check the receipts. They tell you one number but charge you another. I was refunding a part I got for $150 and they said there was a restocking fee of $50 so I was like ok. They gave me the receipt and it said “refunded $50” so I told the dude what happened and he fixed it for me but like I said before. Nice place but check the numbers
These guys r absolutely horrible I bought an engine for 800 and when the mechanic installed it it started making noise I asked for a refund to purchase another engine. They told me they have to look at it to do the refund they did I had also sent a video of the noise because it was off and on and basically they said it's not there problem and that they would not do a refund what the hell is wrong with this place to top it off they made me a receipt with no date or name of place so people please make sure everything is legit with paperwork n what not when purchasing parts from them their bad people's never again n like I told the boss I'll try anyplace once they really messed up never again will i go here ever again.
They said they'd hold a part. And when we got there, they sold it. So we wasted gas and time to go there. They didn't even give us the chance to come get it like they said. I won't deal with them again.
By far the best place I visited in Yuma Arizona. discovered this when I was working with a client to fix his brakes on his Ford f250. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with the checkout. the owner and manager is very friendly and will always give you an honest price. I will always return to this one exact Auto recycler while I'm in Yuma. Don't go anywhere else you'll regret it.
Very disrespectful customer service. If you’d like to speak with a D***head give this guy a call. I was in need of a part for my truck and decided to give this place a try. The man who answered was rude from the start and tells me they possibly have the part I need. He stated that I would have to take the part out of my truck when I arrive so that I can hold it up next to his part and see if it looks alike. I asked if they could possibly give me the part # located at the end of the part rather than having to drive 60 miles to Yuma on bad front end.
His response to me was, “We dont work like that”.

I love the option to go search for treasures as opposed to having other places look for parts they are probably not aware of depending on the vehicle! Prices are very fair!!

They pull it for you, price can be a lil high, but worth it if needed!
As a manager I called to ask for a car part and and let's just say the customer service is 3 out of 10. No courtesy what's so ever all I asked is three questions what I was looking for? What type cars out have to worth going their replies was pretty sad as simple yes we have car parts and just come I said I live outside of town and he said were open from 9a to 5p that's it Rene is the manager there. Personally talk to him about customer service and how he can train them better.
