My wife and I were driving back to Yuma in Los Algodones right when are breaks went completely out. We were totally freaked out as we didn’t want to be stuck in Mexico at night without a functioning car. My wife was so distraught but when she called Affordable Towing, the owner comforted her like he was her father. He was extremely understanding and compassionate and immediately called upon one of his best guys, Dominick to come to our rescue. Dominick is an amazing person! He wasn’t rude, he made us laugh which helped after a very stressful day. He went above and beyond! Service was phenomenal. These people didn’t treat us as customers but as dear friends and we’ll forever be grateful for them. My wife has already recommended this company to others at her job. We can’t thank this company enough.
Had to take a detour due to construction that led me down a dirt service road ended up getting stuck in sand and couldn’t get out. Luckily affordable towing was able to send out a service member and was able to get me unstuck turned a really bad day into a good experience thank you guys so much.
Had a really bad day at the lake. My insurance company couldn’t get anyone to come out to get the jeep out. I called Affordable Towing and they said they could take care of it. Trent and Dominic worked together to get my jeep out of the lake. Made a stressful situation easier to deal with! Thank you!
Dominic, the driver, was very friendly and enthusiastic about his job and we had a good conversation for the 30 miles back to Precision Automotive, Yuma with my truck camper that kept dying on me. I was low on food and he graciously drove me over to a Walmart to get stocked up after dropping off the truck.
Paul Cain had my car after it was towed from the boarder parking lot. From start to finish he helped me with everything!!! I was able to get my car back he was really nice and totally took care of everything without over charging and actually he charged me a lot less than what I was quoted!!! Great guy!!!! Life saver!!!
This is the third time I have called them for help and they literally never show up. Kind of frustrating when you pay monthly for a service that doesn’t work.
Affordable towing is absolutely amazing. I was stranded on the side of the freeway and in a town I’m unfamiliar with and not much money in my pocket, they came to my aid with amazing prices. Dominic the tow truck driver was absolutely amazing, knew his stuff and was super nice. Will definitely use them again if I ever need a tow.
I have a very small Dolphin RV on a Toyota chassis and I called towing companies all over Yuma and almost every one of them said we don't tow RVs. Even though my RV is one of the smallest RVs on the planet. Frank at affordable towing picked it up no problems at all! Now that's my towing company from now on!!!!!!! SUPER HAPPY!!
I recently reached out to Paul because I needed a jump. My son didnt realize that sitting in the car was going to off my battery. Not only did Paul come quickly, he was so kind to help find me when I forgot to give him the description of my car! Id definitely be calling them again for any towing needs!

Got my car stuck in the sand, was given a good price, dispatch gave me a 2 hour eta, The driver called ,Trent, arrived on his day off within an hour of the call to pull me out. I called some other companies and was warned i would have damage, Trent spent the time to dig the car out and then use these small hooks to pull from the body.

They are very friendly, their trucks are clean, they were prompt and professional, Dominick showed up and had my vehicle on the bed and we were on our way home safely I highly recommend they are going into my speed dial for future situations that could ruin a day but they seem to make a bad day manageable
These guys rock out loud. Car had issues while on my way home out of state. Trent was the one to respond and get me towed to a shop who got me back on the road within an hour. This guy is the best of the best in the towing business—open, friendly and not pushy. I take a road trip to California every year and like to take a detour to Yuma before heading back. If ever I'm in the area and need another tow, THESE guys will be my first call.

1. driver talked on his phone the whole time he hooked up my vehicle (not a business call), did everything with one hand
2. the total the driver asked for was different than the one quoted to me on the phone, and when I told him, he changed it to what I was quoted
3. no card reader, driver put my debit card number in his phone
4. no receipt, driver said he didn't have any and would email me
5. received receipt in email, which did not have my name, did not have the correct vehicle, and showed that 0 dollars were paid
6. called owner to remedy the problems, he yelled at me and told me I was being recorded
7. my insurance company called owner, and he refused to speak to the agent

Amazing service! Called for a tow because my son's car was stuck in park at a gas station. He arrived within 10 minutes and, instead of towing us, got the car back in gear and refused payment.
