I would give more stars because they do have most things I need for my vehicle in stock. However, I subtracted stars because the employees here are well, horrible. I've been in other O'Reilly stores in CO & CA and the service and helpfulnes of the staff has what has kept me coming back and also, as mentioned above, they usually have what I need or will order it. Well, unfortunately, this store is NOT like that. In Yuma there is not much in auto parts stores to choose from, and it seems the employees know this fact. And they have what I call the Zouma affect (Zombies of Yuma=Zouma) and it is EVERY WHERE: I don't have to help you if I don't want to and I will not go out of my way or the extra mile for you. The employee named eddy is always super helpful and i’ve been lucky enough to have him help me out 3 times in a row, i was in and out quick with no issues and great service.

Every time I come in the store the staff is top tier. Albert in particular is phenomenal and has helped me with all of my vehicles whether it be answering my questions or just helping me get the most out of my money. As a dad of four, that’s incredible. Hats off to you guys and thank you.

Albert went above and beyond to help us. His service was impeccable. The store was clean and well stocked. He was able to multi task and help multiple customers. Very friendly and more important to me extremely knowledgeable.

Battery died. i was preparing to change it myself but got back on the road much faster when Juan went above and beyond to assist in changing it out for me. His help was much appreciated in the summer heat

I am John Paul Jones. I travelled with family to and from San Diego, CA. I was headed to Tucson where we reside now. Yuma this day reached 118 degrees. It might as well have been much hotter, because I think I almost died anyways. In stopping by Yuma, the air conditioner of my new VW Tiguan stopped working. We still would have a 3 hour drive to Tucson, on a Friday at roughly 6 PM. Having stopped by this Orielly Auto Parts three times at this point, I already met a Mr. Louis there. He may have been the manager, but he pointed me to what proper freon I may need for the vehicle. He was very kind and it is what I needed at that time. Later I would meet a Mr. Marc. He was kind to go outside with me to run a diagnostic on the vehicle. Now, everything I am saying is typical things you would expect from Oreilly people. I use Oreilly in Tucson. But with Mr. Louis and Mr. Marc, there was something extraordinary about their service. They were noticeably kind and thorough with attempting to get me back on the highway. By the time I came to Oreilly for the last time, Mr. Marc had informed his assistant manager Leslie about my situation. By this time, I already had left the store to contemplate my next move. I sent family to the movies while I waited for the cover of night to drive home. Leslie, the Oreilly assistant manager came out of the store to see if there was anything Oreilly can do to help get me back on the road. She probably knows more about cars than the average collective of us. She helped trouble shoot areas of the already complex engine of the VW Tiguan to see if anything, we could eliminate things process-wise. She was concerned that I could make the situation worse. Her lead concern is that I would overcharge the engine with the 1234 Y refrigerant. continued in other review...
