Sherry arrived later than quoted, but the overall service to cost ratio was amazing. We did have to push our vehicle to align it with the truck, which was fine with us, but if you're not capable of pushing a vehicle, I don't know what would have been done. Also, we were actively involved by steering it on the ramp, changing it from park to neutral. For about 20 miles, it came out to $130.
Called the place to ask if my car is there because the tracker on it shows that the car is towed there.
The person on the phone couldn’t give any information if the car is towed. He couldn’t even understand what I am asking.
All he replied was “ I have 30 vehicles here I don’t know which one you are talking about” I Gave him plate and make model - then he said - I don’t know.

EDIT - In response to the reply. I give cars for rent and yes I have tracker, I don’t have communication with my renter and all I see is that location of the car is in that tow yard or the one next to it. I don’t know who towed it there and why, if I knew It was towed there I wouldn’t call and ask if my car is there. Not really hard to figure out that if person is looking for his car and the gps tracker shows that location it means the car is there
Being defensive about it triggers serious red flags though !
I explained that on the phone and asked to confirm if my car is there and what is needed from me to release it.
Your reply was “ Come check if your car is here “ I live in CA I can’t drive 200 miles to check if the car is there when you can run the plate or vin number ( I know the vin, it’s my own car I can give you the vin if you wanted it but you never asked) When I told you I can’t drive there just to see if my car is there you said “ 2 hours , 2 hours “
They really go where no one will go. We broke out steering box 4x4 ing, We had a difficult situation with some extreme obstacles and they got the job done!!!! Thanks guys for making the impossible happen.

Very bad customer service I called at 8:43 am for a tow he said to text him the address where the car is at give him 40 mins he will start asap waited till 11am nothing try to call a few times just rings and goes to voicemail a simple response they are busy or something would be nice
Best tow in town. Jackie and his crew show up asap and provide the best service hands down. He is always ready to help no matter the problem. He goes out of his way to assist and has the best prices around. Everyone working for Jack is awesome, clean, professional and punctual. He also towed a fifth wheel at less than half of anyone else
Very unprofessional that they don't answer the phone. Towed my car from the boarder and then couldn't get a hold of them to get it out. My mom parked in the handicapped spot and is 62 yrs old, by herself and can't get ahold of them to get her car.

About 4 or 5 months ago I needed a tow for my jeep, and had questions about a shed I needed to move. I was happy with the services performed and the friendliness of the driver. I spoke with owner and he quoted me a good price and reasonable arrival time regarding my vehicle. Turned out I didn’t move the shed, but What I couldn’t believe was the woman (?) in the office. She was rude, foul mouthed, and very unprofessional.
Right now towing is the only place I go to. I have Ins where I pay for road side service. But GEICO could not find a tow company to help me that they would Reimburse me. Well I called Right now towing and Jackie had responded to me with in 15 mins and got into my vehicle in less than 10 mins. I am forever great full. This actually my 5 time using this company. 10 stars go out to Right now towing.
Called for a tow and was told at 10:10 and was told 30 minutes for tow. Called back at 10:57 just to get an estimated time and was told truck was passing airport 7 minutes away from my location and they were sorry for the delay. No problem, it happens. Called back at 11:13 to cancel tow and they give attitude on canceling tow. "Why?" Because I don't like being lied to thats why. Just be truthful where the truck is and a real eta.
Needed to be towed home and they said about 30 minutes they came straight away and were fast and courteous. They were full of smiles and jokes. Great customer service. Comedy relief. To watch them work it was beautiful. They brought their little puppers which was a pleasure to play with. Thank you guys. Also fair pricing especially if on a budget like I am. If I need service again I will definitely call you guys again. Thank you.
Call to have a vehicle towed that broke down half a mile before we got home I don't know if it was the owner or somebody working for them gave me a quote and told me that they would call me right back after they talked to their driver needless to say I still haven't received a call.. that he was going to talk to his driver and call me right back again going to talk to the driver and will call me right back went down the list that I had been given I took companies that were still open and wouldn't you know it A&A answered my call talk to his driver at the same time as I was hanging up with him his driver was already on their way to pick up my vehicle and headed to my house in 30 minutes meanwhile I'm still waiting because right now towing has to talk to the driver and call me right back still hasn't called not even to say they couldn't tow it meanwhile if I had waited my vehicle would have been towed by another company and I would have had to pay fees I will gladly pay $15 more for the security I got with Amy and I actually keep their driver $25 it pays to be honest fast and friendly oh wait right now towing didn't get my business
I called right now towing to have my car towed home, they came to my house, picked up the keys and went and brought my car back to me. They helped push it into my garage area!! The employee was beyond helpful!! He went above and beyond what I expected of him, I'll always use this company when I need a tow. The price was very reasonable also!
Rave: Right Now Towing. I left my keys inside my car and it automatically locked me out.. After calling a few towing places (most were unavailable) Right Now Towing answered and in less than 15 min they were there helping. The guy who answered my call was polite and whoever opened my car was too, I’m grateful for y’all. Thank you!
When I called I was 15 miles from Yuma in 110 heat. The dispatcher said it would be 30 minutes and it was actually almost 30 minutes on the dot. Ryan was professional and went out of his way to help. He assisted my father getting the car off his truck and on to the one we rented. He even helped tie it down on the rental as I had to get out of the heat. He was pleasant and professional and went above and beyond. You dont often find that kind of customer service, especially in the scorching heat.
Found Right Now Towing 10 years ago when I first moved to Yuma. Jackie and his gang have remained my Go To ever since. Hard working, punctual and with great attitude. I don't know how you do it, Jackie.

five star service. woke up to my car on cinder blocks with all the tires and wheels stolen. called right now towing to take my car to the tire shop. they couldn't tow my car because it would damage my vehicle to drag it as it was but the driver offered to take me to the tire shop, helped me figure out what to buy, take the wheels back to my car, and put them on for me. I couldn't be more grateful for their customer service and kind consideration. the best experience I've ever had getting all my tires stolen.
I am buying a car through them and I have to say they have to be the nicest people who go beyond what's expected. Not only are they fixing up the car to make sure it will run right the owners wife gave me a ride so I wouldn't have to pay for a cab. I highly recommend buying cars from them.
Im from Colorado and I locked my keys in my SUV. Asked the guy at the local gas station if he knew anyone and called "right now 24hr towing" they showed up in 13 minutes and charged me only 40$.. I was so impressed with the way they handled everything I almost felt like crying but I am so appreciative of the service they gave and the fairness of pricing I highly recommend them thank you and God-bless I'm sorry I couldn't remember the driver's name lol.
