Scott was amazing. My car broke down in Yuma when I was on my way back to Phoenix and he was there so fast, with answers, and ready to help. It was evident he always puts his customers first and I wish everyone was like Scott! We ended up driving back with him and I can confidently say, it was kind of fun! It’s never fun being in these situations but he made sure to keep us informed and updated every step of the drive. Thanks Scott for making a not-so fun day, not too bad.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company will damage your vehicle and not take any responsibility for any of it, and blame you for signing their release of liability. Their tech carelessly damaged the inside of my vehicle being in a rush during a lockout. I even had to stop the tech and tell him how to do it as he was going nuts yanking on any random part of the door he could grab. the management didn't offer to help in anyway due to their employees lack of attention and care. Thanks for screwing a local veteran!

Called through AAA and refused service because my car is lowered, but my car barely tucking and has been towed multiple times before. All drivers are lazy and refused to do their job. “Too low to tow”
Rubin was our savior! After dealing with AAA and their useless app we waited almost 3 hours for someone to assist in our tire change and Rubin saved us! He is professional, efficient and speedy. Truly grateful for him and he’s a rockstar.
Rubin came so quickly to tow our car to the shop! We were so relieved when he made everything so simple. We were absolutely distressed before he arrived, from the chaos of needing our vehicle towed, while trying to coordinate the time for the pick up and drop off to the local repair shop, and the card holder and member services phone calls back and forth for over an hour to sort.
But Rubin just breezed in with his sincere smile, and said no problem. He even knew the name of the mechanic where the car was being towed destination, so Rubin had us all smiling right along with him. We felt confident as the car was loaded and hauled away. We had our car in good hands and we were able to let our worries melt away once Rubin arrived on the scene. We were made to feel comfortable immediately and I hope when we need these tow services again, that Rubin can help us. Thank you so much Rubin. We were all so stressed until you arrived on the scene.
