My car broke down on a return trip from Phoenix to san diego. AAA dispatched Rubin from accurate towing. He arrived quickly and towed my car to el centro. Rubin was great and we had a great conversation on the drive. I'd highly recommend these guys!
Thank you. I needed my 1-ton dually towed to Tucson and Accurate Towing exceeded my expectations. Scott showed up faster than I thought and had the patience to explain everything he was doing during the loading of my truck. He kept me calm all the way to Tucson (over 3 1/2 hours). I want to say a HUGE thank you to Ruben, me and my husband blew a hose to our thermostat housing and got stranded nearly 200 miles from home. Not only was Ruben there quicker than the Flash but he was a joy to ride with for nearly 4hrs. Sean helped me out of a bind recently when my care broke down in Yuma. He went above and beyond to help me out, and was overall a very friendly and helpful person. I'm extremely thankful for everything he did for me. Highly recommend this towing service. Sean deserves a promotion.

Scott was amazing. My car broke down in Yuma when I was on my way back to Phoenix and he was there so fast, with answers, and ready to help. It was evident he always puts his customers first and I wish everyone was like Scott! We ended up driving back with him and I can confidently say, it was kind of fun! It’s never fun being in these situations but he made sure to keep us informed and updated every step of the drive. Thanks Scott for making a not-so fun day, not too bad.

Adam has towed my car for me 4-5 times and has always been there super fast. He always seems genuinely concerned with what’s going on with my truck and even gives me his opinion on what the issue could be. Super grateful for him, he’s saved me from being stranded a lot of times!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company will damage your vehicle and not take any responsibility for any of it, and blame you for signing their release of liability. Their tech carelessly damaged the inside of my vehicle being in a rush during a lockout. I even had to stop the tech and tell him how to do it as he was going nuts yanking on any random part of the door he could grab. the management didn't offer to help in anyway due to their employees lack of attention and care. Thanks for screwing a local veteran!

Excellent customer service and quick response time! My friends and I had a blow out on the freeway and Ruben (driver) worked quickly and efficiently to assure that we got to our destination safely and in time for the repair. His kindness and professionalism were a comfort in our time of need!

Called through AAA and refused service because my car is lowered, but my car barely tucking and has been towed multiple times before. All drivers are lazy and refused to do their job. “Too low to tow”
Rubin was our savior! After dealing with AAA and their useless app we waited almost 3 hours for someone to assist in our tire change and Rubin saved us! He is professional, efficient and speedy. Truly grateful for him and he’s a rockstar.
Rubin came so quickly to tow our car to the shop! We were so relieved when he made everything so simple. We were absolutely distressed before he arrived, from the chaos of needing our vehicle towed, while trying to coordinate the time for the pick up and drop off to the local repair shop, and the card holder and member services phone calls back and forth for over an hour to sort.
But Rubin just breezed in with his sincere smile, and said no problem. He even knew the name of the mechanic where the car was being towed destination, so Rubin had us all smiling right along with him. We felt confident as the car was loaded and hauled away. We had our car in good hands and we were able to let our worries melt away once Rubin arrived on the scene. We were made to feel comfortable immediately and I hope when we need these tow services again, that Rubin can help us. Thank you so much Rubin. We were all so stressed until you arrived on the scene.
I just called to get a car towed because there was a car in my parking spot (I live in apartments) and they’re the ones that have a contract with this place unfortunately. The guy first told my husband that he couldn’t because he was the only one in the office but sounded like he recently woke up and advised us to call Kennedy towing, so after calling Kennedy towing they said it was illegal for another company to go because of the apartments contract with Accurate Towing. So I call accurate again and the guy said he was on another call so I asked if there was anyway that it could be done tonight he said to call the other place again and when I told him what the other company said he just said he couldn’t and he didn’t know what to tell me so then when I asked him for his name he just hung up on me! What kind of service is this?!
