Had to have my car towed across town. It was affordable and quick to respond. Ron was who showed up and he was very quick and friendly. He was patient and even showed me how to get my car in neutral when my key wasn’t working. He waved and smiled to my kiddos and made a big show about lowering the car in the carport in front of the neighbor kids who applauded him. Great overall service, would recommend 10 times over again!

Awesome service! Bryan got to us in 30 minutes and wenched our truck and travel trailer out of a sunk in loose sand trap hazard. They only charged us 200$ when Parker towing wanted 1700$. Quick, reliable, ethical.
Lost a brake caliper bolt on the way to a corvette show downtown. Called Dick’s Towing (one of the few open 24 hours). Mark showed up within 30 minutes. He very carefully loaded my ‘94 Vette onto the flat bed and he even had special wood ramps specifically for low profile cars. He got her home safely without a scratch! Thanks guys.

**Great Company and Owner** I was driving from Irvine, CA to Dallas, TX in a Chevy Suburban with 5 family members when our vehicle broke down at the Mohawk I-8 Eastbound Rest Area about 50-55 miles to the east of Yuma, AZ. When I called, the gentleman I spoke to asked me for the make of the vehicle, the issue with the vehicle, how many people I was traveling with and where I needed to go. He said he could get us back to Yuma, no problem. A truck was on site in about an hour and it was big enough to carry our Suburban and all of my family members comfortably back to Yuma. It turned out the owner of the company came out himself and he was kind and friendly to me and my entire family. We had a great conversation on the way back to Yuma and this took a bad situation and made it into a pleasant experience. On top of this all, the cost of the service was very reasonable. I highly recommend using this company!

Super love this company. Once I didn't even call for assistance. The driver saw my vehicle was disabled recognized it from a previous tow and called it in for me. They are well priced also, about $50 less than competition.

Rude and overcharged with an attitude. No respect for customers the worst towing . Don’t use stay away. The name suits them . Especially the guy that picks up the phone thinks he is the only towing in the work . And hangs up on customers.
John came out to help me and was so kind! He arrived quickly and even bought me a battery to replace the one in my key fob for no charge. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs a tow and I want to thank John again for his wonderful help. He even followed up with me to make sure I got assistance with fixing the car. So nice.
Highly recommended. Honest, hard working guys. It's one thing to stand behind your work when everything goes smoothly, but it says a whole lot more when something goes wrong and you own it and fix it. I can't speak highly enough about Jack and his company, it's a story of true American grit.
The owner Jack goes above and beyond. We had a Uhaul trailer tire blow out and needed to get a new trailer due to a loose wheel bearing. My husband, toddler, 2 cats and I were stuck in the middle of nowhere Arizona, it took Uhaul 8 hours to arrange for a new trailer. Jack arrived at our location and helped my husband unload our trailer of heavy furniture and reload into the new trailer. It was 11 pm at night and he was an hour and a half away from Yuma, so he had a long drive back. He was not being paid by Uhaul to help, he did it out of the kindness of his heart. My family was very thankful for his help and definitely could not have done it without him.
Say what you will about tow trucks companies and their reputations these guys were at my house exactly on time with the tools necessary to get the job done. VERY professional very polite will use again if necessary.... fingers crossed hopefully not.
TRUCKERS BEWARE : I'm still trying to absorb what happened to me this morning and $490 later (even after being a Yuma resident for a year now) I can't stop thinking about it. I made a mistake yes the tow truck operator call me yesterday and left me a message, but I only received it this morning and called them back immediately but it was too late, never again will I make that mistake, after getting out of his tow truck he said 'sorry I stole your truck' I will never forget those words.
Super unprofessional. I initially called to inquire about towing a car away that was parked in my marked spot in my apartment complex. Long story short the guy answered the phone rudely and said, “that’s not our problem we don’t deal with that property manager does thank you have nice night.” Before I could reply or say bye he hung up.

Stuck between a rock (somewhere between el centro and winterhave, ca) and a hard place (yuma, az) on the side of the freeway. He Cory got there in no time. Got us to a great mechanic (cliffs garage on s ave c in yuma). Where i was NOT over charged, and i was back on the road in no time best bad day ever
I didn't have my vehicle towed by them, but our neighbor did and they were happy. I was outside with my kids when they dropped the vehicle off and the guy did a great job and took a few minutes to come over and give the kids a sucker and say hi. Very professional and polite, I would definitely recommend them.
I have used Dick's Towing many times over the years for emergencies and non emergencies. I have always had a positive experience with them. They have gone from Yuma to Phoenix and back to Yuma to tow my vehicles, they are the ONLY company I trust with my vehicles! Their prices are fair and reasonable. There is very little they can not do. I have recommended them to many strangers, employees and friends and have never heard a negative word about the company.
