I never put reviews but for the first time i had to. I had a parked truck and just needed to be moved. So all i needed was a driver not a tow truck. The lady on the cell. It’s 400 and some dollars plus 140 for storage. I agreed. Fast forward next day my guy went to pick up the truck. They charged me 1300. The reason they gave me was we thought you meant a different check point. I literally called gave them the complete address. And it was about 45 min away from them. They could’ve charged me 2 hours labor plus storage. But they made a bill for 4 hours. How is it fair to customers? If you messed up the address why should the customer pay? I didn’t had time to argue and they knew it. Because i had a live load in that truck. So i paid. Broad daylight scam. Don’t use them if you see this. Trust me.
Edit- That’s a complete lie i told them it’s on highway 78. I specifically gave coordinates to your dispatch team. I gave the marker number as well. I have the call records. So if your team messed up that’s on you guys. It was a simple hook job. All you guys had to do was pick up a truck with trailer attached. No hook was required. Don’t lie. Own up to your mistakes and stop overcharging people.
My husband believed this was the place that towed his vehicle. Turns out it was a mistake, but thank God it was. My brief two interactions with the call taker were really unpleasant, she was rude and said that I would need to provide a make and model of the vehicle but literally didn't give me an opportunity but launching into her tirade. Avoid this company due to the customer service of the front office alone.

Incredible times in the Yuma Sand Dunes two weeks ago. Although it was a an intense journey back to Sierra Vista Az. I was in a tough situation when the diesel truck cv joint went out towing our 40ft 5th wheel and additional sand car trailer. We had awesome support from Dan at Parker Towing located in Yuma Az and Brian at Dicks Towing located in Yuma az for their prompt help on I 8. It was a relief to clear the highway quickly in less than an hour! Brian from Dicks Towing LLC really steered us in the right direction by recommending FTS Automotive & Diesel Repair! Horrible don’t use this company they lie about locations and say they closed it just to send a driver allegedly further from where your at an wana charge a minimum 600$ that’s not for nothing just a minimum charge .

I can not put into words how thankful I am to have had my car towed by these wonderful people.... it all started one early morning while driving from my home town of Yuma, AZ to where I was working at the time in Erenberg,AZ. I feel asleep at the wheel and crashed into a ditch. Long story short Parker Towing was the company that was called to fetch my car from the ditch. When I finally thought I had all my pennies gathered up I went to retrieve my vehicle only to find out I was 500 short. Thank the lord for Teresa and Mark without them actually caring about my circumstances I would have been carless. They are willing to work with people in order to obtain their vehicles. When they told me they didnt want my car they just wanted to pay for their service they actually meant it. I can only say I was blessed to have had them work with me. Thank you guys so much, honestly you guys rock. I give u guys 10 stars. This is what business is all about helping one another and u guys do exactly that. May god continue to bless y'alls paths. I needed assistance with a flat tire in a spot east of Yuma in 120 degree heat, on a holiday weekend. They sent a great guy out to help me. He was at my location within 30 minutes, and kept me updated on his ETA several times. He was very quick and professional when he arrived and changed the tire. I feel really lucky that I chose this company to call for assistance.
Hands down best wrecker I've ever had! Dan is a true professional, extremely skilled and willing to tackle tough jobs without complaint. My truck was broken down on a dirt lease 40 miles into the desert. Dan beat my ride to the meetup point so I could guide him in, was extremely pleasant the entire trip, and took great care of my rig and trailer despite the rough road. The entire run took over seven hours and not once did he show a single sign of frustration about it. To top it off, the price was almost unreasonably low for the amount of work done, you'll get a five star experience that won't destroy your wallet.
To add as well, his wife works in the office and is an amazing woman, going above and beyond to help you out in any way she can. This isn't just a man with a truck, it's a true team effort that includes their son learning the family business and showing true skill himself.
If I have to break down again, I know who I'm demanding my company call.
Parker towing helped me out on a recent accident I had as a semi truck driver . My truck flipped and parker towing arrived very quick and was able to get everything done in 30 minutes. They were very polite and and helpful. They are located in Yuma Arizona but will go wherever you are at . I highly recommend this company beyond pleased with their work.
These guys are absolutely amazing! At 2 am we were in desperate need of a tow. All of the supposed 24 hour tow companies either did not answer or 'did not have a truck on the road'. Or didnt wanna come this far. (25 miles before Yuma) Not only did they answer but the dispatcher (Michelle) was super sweet and so very nice. Our driver (Dan) was awesome even after we told him the wrong location at first. (Not from area) I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a tow in southern Arizona! Thanks Parker towing! Less than 15 minutes to save me from the side of the hiway when it was over 100 degress outside. Fast, professional, hooked up my car in less than 3 minutes. No price gouging, just fair and fast. Would definately recommend them.

Broke down on I-8 near Dateland AZ. In my Freightliner with car hauler loaded with 8 cars most HD tow truck driver's dread towing my type of truck. But not Yuma Dan he was knowledgeable professional and did not over charge me. I reccomend this company with a 10+ rating
Parker towing is amazing! They are timely, professional, and friendly. Dan Johnson was so good to me and my family. So accommodating, I wish Parker towing was in my home town. #1 towing company I’ve ever worked with.
