My car broke down 1mile from my house at 4am when I was driving home from Phoenix when my daughter. I had no choice to lock the doors and call a cab to get my daughter out of the cold. Not even 8 hours later I came back with my mechanic and they had already towed it. Now they want me to at $500 for absence nothing when I already have to pay for my car to be fixed. Being a single mom you get absolutely no help and even taken advantage of. Just a rotten company to do this to me.
This was the company used when my Turo car rental died on the side of the highway, in the middle of nowhere in Arizona.
The driver had absolutely no obligation to me, but sat with my family and I on the side of the highway for about an hour waiting for a taxi to come and pick us up. He was so unbelievably kind - offering us water and to sit in the truck until our ride showed up. If I ever needed a towing company in AZ again, I'd definitely use them!

American towing is great! Jim, the tow mechanic was so attentive and professional, he took the extra time to make sure my truck got to the mechanic safe, it was a little tricky! But he had years of experience under his belt and it showed. I will always use American towing. Locally owned business.
Though having to call a tow truck is never a ideal situation, Tom and Josh with American Towing made the process extremely painless. Truck broke down outside of Williams, did not have to wait longer then expected for the tow truck to arrive and he had no issues finding us. I was not able to return back to town with the driver to unload the truck, but he left the truck and my keys EXACTLY where i asked him to. Very happy with the service provided by American Towing. I hope to never need to be towed again but if i do, American Towing is the only company im calling.
We don't complain, or call companies to complain but this was the last straw with this driver. I would never call this company to help us in any situation with the way they put themselves and other drivers in danger and this is not the 1st time we have been around him while driving home. The fact that I had my child in the car and he proceeded to speed around the roundabout in a tow truck, throw disrespectful hand gestures at us and decided it was a good idea to speed up on us maybe 2 feet from my small car, for no reason at all. From the sound of it he's always having road rage yet he's still working for the same company
Steering went out on my truck , Jim showed up quick and towed to a local mechanic and dropped it where I asked it to be dropped. Good guy and did his job well. I love American Towing! Everytime I use these guys they’re spot on!

Thank you for helping me out this morning! I called for a tow over to Jim's Alignment and the driver was there in 50 min or so and got the job done. Quick, friendly, and professional.
Our car broke down on Saturday. We tried calling several towing companies around the area but they were all so rude and didn’t have room for my family (3 of us) called American towing and this people were so nice and sweet from the lady who answered the phone to the driver who picked us up. Very professional and caring, I’m so glad we gave them our business comparing to the other rude people.

We've had to use them twice through our insurance company. The first time the tow truck driver damaged our vehicle getting in on the tow truck by doing exactly what we asked him not to do.
The 2nd time we waited a full hour for them to arrive. Once the hour was up they cancelled the tow and didn't bother to inform either us or our insurance company. When we asked them why they got snotty and wouldn't answer.
We have used American Towing for both in-town and long haul distances and they have exceeded our expectations each time. Everyone we have dealt with has been professional and kind. Their customer service and communication is top notch and they always deliver on time. Thanks American Towing!
These guys are life savers. Rear end cut loose in the snow. Ended up in a ditch and couldn't get out. They were there in less than 15 minutes at 1:00 in the morning and had me on my way in no time. Great communication. Will definitely call them again when needed.
Ok, so we got a blowout on 93 - 50 miles from Prescott on Christmas friggin Eve (newer GM models have no spare!). This was the ONLY company willing to come to our rescue. Our driver, Dan, was soooo nice. Not only did he pick us up and take us to drop our car at the dealership, he gave us a lovely rundown of the town and a ride to our hotel! Excellent service, highly recommend.
