My truck ended up breaking down Prescott,, call multiple towing companies not affordable and drivers were not available,, so I called PDQ towing,, A man named Tucker show up very nice professional friendly knowledgeable Guy,, help us out and ended up finding the problem with the truck,, at a very affordable price,, highly recommend calling PDQ towing,, thank you guy

Excellent service! Can’t recommend highly enough! On a beautiful Sunday afternoon the battery & all electronics in my car went suddenly dead as I was coming down Senator Hwy. I was fortunate to be able to steer and stop my car in a construction pull out area. My insurance company called a tow but then kept calling me back saying the tow company needed more $$$ in addition to the already exorbitant fee I had authorized before they would respond. I canceled them and called PDQ Towing direct. Tucker, their driver, showed up within an hour from another call in Prescott Valley. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable, he got the car up on the flatbed in no time. The cost for this excellent service was very reasonable and far lower than the price of the insurance company’s tow. Thank you PDQ!

Isaac was our technician, and he was super helpful, kind, and not at all condescending. On a dirt road in a rural area, the tool to get our spare tire was broken, and we couldn't get to it. He came and got it down for us, changed our tire, and made sure we were safely again on our way. We were very grateful for his service.

Just had the great experience, needed a tire change as well as a new battery . Was feeling frustrated the tow truck driver change the tire and help me buy going to Walmart with me so I got the right battery and put it in for me! I called PDQ Towing & Recovery Sunday afternoon during a monsoon rain storm for a student's flat tire at Yavapai College. PDQ is truly the best! They came quickly, put on the spare tire in the pouring rain and their fee for the student was beyond reasonable! Thank you PDQ! Can't say enough good things!

hate to admit it, but I've had to deal with my share of tow yards. PDQ towing was my first experience where it felt like the tow company was actually trying to help me, they were so polite, and beyond accommodating.they did everything in their power to help me get my vehicle back on the road with as little hassle as possible. Arranged for a pickup of my classic a few hours ahead of time . Arrived on time and delivered my car to the shop with no issues . Will definitely be using them in the future, very professional and reasonably priced !
Driver was rude and would not address my complaint. Witnessed their tow trucks cutting people off and pulling into traffic multiple times with no regard for oncoming traffic. When I called to talk with a manager about the driver pulling out in front of traffic on Gurley I was told that it was not important and he would not have a conversation with me, so glad my daughter being in the car while a flatbed pulls out into traffics is not a concern for this company.way better companies in town that actually care about the people in the town to work with, these guys are a joke, and unprofessional with no regard for saftey
