My fiancé popped 2 tires in the middle of the night on a saturday coming down from Jerome to our home in PV. Tri-City is the MVP and our driver is the best! (I am so sorry I didn't get his name!) Super great and personable, even dropped off the water bottle that we forgot in the tow truck! Thank you to these amazing people!

I recently had my car towed down from Camp Verde to Phoenix. The tow truck driver, Drew, made sure to get my car down the hill efficiently, even though we had to pick up another car on the way. He was great to talk to and made the ride enjoyable. Overall a great experience!

TriCity responded to my AAA request for tow today. I must say they were amazingly responsive and got us back in action way more faster than I have ever experienced. Chris was extremely careful with my car. He checked the load twice. He also handled morning rush-hour traffic well and navigated his way around to avoid the speed bumps. He was really nice to talk to even though he had to concentrate a lot.
