All of the positive reviews mirror my experience. I asked for a tow from a remote spot (15 miles of dirt) in the Bradshaw Mountains to a shop in Phoenix. Instead of doing what I requested, he showed genuine interest in what was causing the truck to not operate and fixed the issue on the spot so we could drive it back to the Valley. He even texted me later that evening to check in our status. Ethan is good people.
Ethan is amazing! He rescued the car for a customer had driven out into the desert, way further than most people were comfortable going. His rates are very reasonable and he's a dream to work with! I highly recommend him to everyone I know!
Was given the runaround for three days to the point where I just need my car towed by anybody at this point these people are clearly unprofessional and don’t know how to run a business use at your own risk unless your friends of theirs don’t bother would never recommend

I called him one evening to have a tow the following morning and he was right on it. He was at the location on time and charged me a very fair price. He was the cheapest out of every tow place I called and the nicest. Very respectful. If I ever need a tow again, I will definitely call him.

Ethan helped us tremendously today! AAA failed us and for an affordable price he towed us 90miles. He even recommended that we contact custom towing (who was also helpful and trying for us) but AAA just refused to tow us since our registration was expired however we have a 30 day multiple purpose use temporary registration but AAA doesn't acknowledge that. So after being stranded and fed up with AAA we called underdog towing and Ethan came through and was extremely helpful! 100% would recommend!!!

Ethan from Underdog Towing is our go to guy when we need a tow. Professionally, we have worked with Ethan and Tom several times moving 20 ft containers for our business. It was an odd request but Ethan came recommended from another business owner we respect. He did not disappoint and dropped those containers exactly where we needed them! I have also worked with Ethan on a personal matter when my son's truck broke down on the Navajo Reservation and we needed a solution back to Prescott, late on a Saturday night. I was stuck on a dirt road with my car almost tipped over by me being unexperienced with 4x4. I called underdog towing, he came within 20 min, and helped get my car safe and sound out of the weird position and all 4 tired on the ground again. He didn't even charge me. I was so nervous, and he completely calmed me down, and helped with no charge is truly so kind. Thank you.
So I was in a bit of a jam Wednesday night when our Jeep got stuck all the way up on one of the off-roading trails. Search and rescue came and delivered us to our Airbnb but we were responsible for retrieving our vehicle. Around 11pm I called Ethan from Underdog towing. He drove from Prescott (1.5 hours) to Sedona, picked us up and winched our rental Jeep from the depths of the sand on top of the trail. He was so polite, communicative, professional and efficient. He did not rip us off and fairly charged us. Who else would have come in the middle of the night to rescue our vehicle so we could make our 11am flight out of Phoenix?! Wow. I'm so glad that we were able to use Underdog Towing! I was broken down in Paulden AZ after purchasing a new vehicle, and I needed to get towed all the way back to Phoenix. Underdog's towing rates are much lower than their competitors in the area; Ethan the owner does really care about each vehicle he tows and the service he provides. We had a lowered car and he took care of us using wood to ensure the front bumper didn't get any marks. He also worked a 16 hour day to help us get home safely and he even unlocked the car for us without charge! I highly recommend this towing service! If you are ever in a pinch... On 10/27/20 I found myself dead in the water in Prescott with a damaged brake line and needing a tow. I was referred to Underdog for assistance. I spoke with Ethan to discuss. He had driver Tom out in about 30 minutes, transported my truck to where needed and charged $65, which I thought was fair for fast and competent transport. No complaints.
Ethan SAVED us when no one else could! There is no one more honest, helpful, reliable, and communicative in the business. He was straightforward with us the whole time about what we could expect, timing, etc. He was quick, responsive and kept us in the loop. Plus, he knows Northern Arizona like no one else.
We had gotten lost and made it onto a really tough road with sharp rocks. One of my tires ended up shredding and going flat... plus 2 others were barely holding on. Ethan and his flatbed truck made it 5-7 miles on this treacherous road to come rescue us when 3 other local tow companies turned us down and said they couldn’t make it to us.
