Excellent service. I called 4 other tow companies and all were busy (Saturday night 130am) and it’s understandable. The driver was very professional. Made sure I was safe and was super fast in getting me hooked up and home. They were also fair in their pricing. Thank you NAS tow. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.
I locked myself out of my car and Nastow arrived quite quickly in about 15 minutes to unlock my vehicle. The gentleman who responded was very kind and helpful.
I would rather have left a NO STAR review, but had to pick at least one star... Thank you for leaving me hanging yesterday! An appt was made to get a tow and no one showed up... no call to say they'd be delayed or couldn't make the appt, just blew me off...not a good way to run a business...
THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD We broke down just outside of Skull Valley and when I first called Nastow I got a message stating the person you were trying to reach has a voicemail that has not been set up please call again later. I then called back a little while later and got somebody on the phone when I asked how long it would take them to get to where we were they said about an hour I asked them to schedule us and if I got somebody who could come out sooner and return their call the gentleman I spoke to Astis said that would be fine I told him I would call back either way I tried calling him back numerous times and I kept getting the voicemail stating that they had not set up their voicemail if I could write them zero or negatives I would
Predatory towing outfit. Avoid scum bags like these at all costs. Be wary of any company like this that requires cash only payment for tow away. Familiarize yourself with your rights as a customer/victim and don't fall for their shady business practices.
Most honest, reliable and friendly. Saved me so much time. Very knowledgeable. Great people. Highly recommend. Will only use Nastow towing from now on.
They really helped us out when we needed them. They let us into the lot late at night to get important things out of my father-in-law's car after some drunk ran into him. They are super friendly and made us feel a bit better after a really crazy night. Thanks a lot, you rock.
Blew a tire at 3am, I gave these guys a call. About 15 min later Mike showed up. To be woke up at 3am and still be a super nice guy was appreciated after having my plans of going home interrupted by a a blown tire. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Michael came out at the day/time he said he would. He was professional and friendly. He took on a job two other tow companies refused to do. His expertise made it look easy! He charged a very fair price! Our family will highly recommend Nastow Towing to anyone needing a tow!! Thanks Michael!!!
