I must say. Orielly’s is always my first stop whenever I need something. Today I was helped by the tallest guy in the store. Sorry I didn’t catch his name. But I went in with a fuse I need for my front seat and he was super helpful and he looked and looked but couldn’t find it. He then looked on the computer and then he was able to possibly special order it. He got my information and told me he would reach out if he was able to order it. I thanked him and left the store. I went next door to Auto Zone just to see if they had it as well and boy was my experience way different over there. I was the only customer in the store and I asked the guy behind the counter the same question. He then said, fuses are down on aisle 1 towards the back on the left. I said okay. Like dang, you’re not helpful at all. I looked for a minute and then proceeded to leave. On my way out, he was still in the same position that I saw him in when I went to look on my own. He didn’t ask me on the way out anything, as far as did you find it, can I order it for you or nothing. Basically I’m a say, I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO AUTO ZONE AGAIN. Orielly’s y’all have me for life!!!
Stopped by to get something we had great difficulty finding other places. Great service. The guy we talked to was really nice. He even came out to double check that we were getting the right thing on our car. Definitely earned the five stars.
I came in today after having the worst experience at the Jeep dealership in Prescott. I was helped by Alden and he completely changed my whole day. He went above and beyond to help me. I am so happy I decided to go to OReillys and got Alden!
Only complaint is that we had to put the oil in ourselves, 4 women, was hoping someone would have done it for us. Other than that, it was a good experience.
I go here for all of my vehicle maintenance needs. The staff is well-versed and knowledgeable can usually help you look up parts find what you're looking for and get you back on the road. I cannot recommend O'Reilly's enough it is my go-to when it comes to my vehicle and I wouldn't trust any other place for the parts that I need
I like O'reilly Prescott Valley specifically because of the Manager. Today I want to give Kudos to Tony who showed me great customer service. He was also very tolerant of Matt "The Rockstar" who had to jump in and give his zero cents!! I have always had a problem with Assistants putting an employee on "Front Street" by reprimanding them in front of customers. Anyway, Thanks again Tony!!
Friendly staff but please make sure you check your part before you leave or you'll be coming back. I mean they go by the picture we don't really pay attention and it was probably my bad
Thanks Steve...One of my Spark Plugs was cracked and misfiring...Bought a set of plugs recommended by him...After 30 minutes to install all 4...Runs like a Champ...Thanks Oreilly PV Arizona....
We went into our garage to get into our 2019 Chevrolet Equinox and our heart sank, we found out our battery was dead. One place that we called near by said originally it would be $243, plus $50 install. However, when we got there they said they misquoted and because of the type of battery it needed, total cost would be $575 to have them replace it. There was no way we could afford that and this is our only car. Then, we called O'Reilly's and I can't tell you what a lifesaver they were! Kudos to Warren! They told us they had the exact battery we needed, it would only cost $267 and would put it in for no charge! I can't recommend them highly enough!! 15 minutes and we were all set, I didn't even have to get out of the car! I could not believe it! So fair and such understanding people. If your car battery dies, call O'Reilly's, call O'Reilly's, call O'Reilly's! Excellent customer service, we will definitely be back.
When AutoZone couldn’t find a way to simply replace my low beam headlights, I went next door to O’Reilly Auto Parts and Bryce helped me quickly, easily and professionally. He was thorough and made certain both lights worked. AutoZone lost a customer today and because of Bryce, O’Reilly has my business for life! Thank you, Bryce!
I highly recommend shopping here! I was accidentally given the wrong rear wiper blade, it burned out my motor. Steve the Store Manager worked diligently to solve my problem! He bought and had a local place (Autoworks- great place too) replace my motor. This was all done within a week or so.
Steve is friendly, knowledgeable and always has a smile on his face!
O”Reilly’s is where I will go from now on :)

Went in a couple days ago with a battery problem and Mark to the time to help me out significantly looking up the warranty. He went above and beyond. Excellent customer service! Thanks Mark!
I went in for refund this morning. When I opened front doors I saw no customers but me and the guy whose name is Steve paid no attention to me even when I walked up to a counter, this guy say nothing till I initiated talking I felt somewhat rude about the guy, Steve. Steve asked me what is wrong with a part I said nothing but just a wrong part he looked so suspicious about me and proceeded refund and he printed out my receipt and threw it on the counter. This is enough for me not going back there. I am contacting corporate HQ to make a claim on Steve any time soon.
They couldn't order the right part if their lives depended on it. Ordered the wrong axle 3 times even when we show them on their computer which one it is. They don't know how to use their system to look up parts, they had to call a different O'Reillys to ask how to look it up. Just go to Advance Auto Parts.
The car actually died as we pulled in. Found out our alternator was bad, battery was toast and needed three pulleys. We bought the battery and pulleys. The man who helped us was polite and knowledgeable. He was also a nice guy. I wholeheartedly recommend O'Reillys for their excellent customer service. We have been buying from them for quite a while. First time at this store and they didnt disappoint.
Always great customer service & keep there shop clean. If they don't have what your looking for they can get it for you the fallowing day which is nice. Prices are a Lil more but quality seems to make up for it.
Good place. Military discount, friendly service! Like ever where else, prices have gone up! Wiper blades are $30?? I agree with the guy there. Everyone had to have higher minimum wages. Well, duh. Higher wages means everything else goes up!
I do not recommend them- I was on hold on the phone 2 times - both long periods of time.
The manger was very rude and didn’t listen to my question about a part I was ordering before cutting me off with his rude response.
I called AUTO ZONE - It was $25 cheaper and they answered immediately and helped me with my order very professionally. No rudeness or treating me bad. TOOK 5 MINUTES
It was a very simple order that should not have taken me all the time and trouble that OReilly’s caused due to the MANAGERS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
So I just left the store. I need some parts talked to a staff member there. He could not figure out what I needed. Showed him pictures of the part. Still could not figure it out. So then he answers the phone and then goes to the back of the store and says he will look and see what he can find. The he comes back and says we'll i need to help other customers. I said what so your done helping me? Can't you asked another staff member, maybe they can help? He said no I am gonna help the next person in line. So I lost it and said how can you do that. I will never go back ever. Not another staff member came to help knowing that I was upset.
