I was so worried because my car wouldn’t start. I had charged the battery and even tried to jump start the vehicle using the electric charger/jumper. It did not work, so I called for a tow. Jason arrived quickly and kindly offered to try to jump start the vehicle using his portable jumper. I was so amazed that it worked and was so grateful for the help. He was quick, professional, and kind. His service was greatly appreciated.

I HIGHLY recommend them. Eli was my service tech and he was really informative and helpful every step of the way. My tow job was a HUGE pain in the butt. It took several hours and went through lunch time, and he was so pleasant and positive the entire time. I was so nervous about my final bill, and it was less than what I anticipated. This has nothing to do with getting a tow but has Everything to do with Their Customer Service,, My daughter, grandchildren, and I purchased a Christmas tree from ac hardware. Ace hardware tied our tree down with a couple pieces of twine. Living about 20 miles from there went to merge into the freeway and Lost our tree!! We Immediately pulled off the road and a Hoist towing truck pulled off just as quickly as we did! A man and a female ( I wish we had gotten their names) jumped out and the man Ran, got our tree and Securely strapped it with towing straps to the top of our car ❤️ Sooo Sweet! And our family is Sooo Thankful!!

Jason did a fantastic job transporting my son's pickup truck from the accident site to our home. He was able to place the truck in a good spot in my yard. I would definitely use Hoist Towing again.

Rental car died, alamo arranged the pickup, which was done by Hoist. Once driver was assigned, I was contacted and everything happened in a timely & professional manner.

The entire team at Hoist Towing was fantastic to work with, from Vinny in the office to the tow crew, Tony and his wife Beyoncé. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, with clear pricing and prompt updates on pickup and delivery times. I was especially impressed with Tony’s care and technique when loading our vintage Porsche. He used soft straps to protect the body and handled the car with true professionalism. We followed the tow truck for 185 miles through dense fog, light snow, and freezing 32 degree weather, and Tony navigated the route with confidence and precision, using safety lights when needed to ensure safe travel. Upon arrival, he placed the car exactly where we wanted it, in a tight driveway spot, and made it look effortless. Kudos to the entire Hoist Towing team for such outstanding service and teamwork! Highly recommended.

We had to have our son’s truck towed again, and once more we had an excellent experience with this company. Jason was the driver both times, and he’s fantastic, his communication is spot-on, he’s professional, and just a genuinely personable guy. Unfortunately, had an accident on the way down from Pine to Phoenix and had to get towed. Bill from hoist towing was able to pick us up and was super nice and friendly. We enjoyed talking to him on the drive home was able to kind of de-stress us. Would absolutely recommend to anyone else.

we rented a LEMON from Budget and was left stranded in Sedona on our way to see our son at NAU. Bill came to the rescue with a smile and so much fun! He diffused our frustrations and arrived much faster than we were told. He filled us with knowledge of the area on our way to Flagstaff and was a joy to work with! Our truck broke down today on top of the mountain outside Anthem. Bill came to our rescue. He was able to get it loaded up with no problems & loved on our puppy in the process. Made the horrible experience a lot better. Thanks Hoist Towing & Bill!

Our rental car’s battery died yesterday morning & a truck from Hoist was sent out to tow us from Sedona to Phoenix airport’s rental comp. Our driver arrived early, was so kind and professional, and made the 2-hr drive to Phoenix so pleasant. He even pulled the truck up as close as he could to drop us off, even though that meant he’d have a difficult time turning the truck around in the small lot. Thank you so much for making a frustrating situation into a pleasant experience!

This was an unusual predicament. I couldn't move forward (spinning tire in gravel driveway) & couldn't move backward (entrenched in a brick wall). Jason got me free with no further damage.

Hoist was great! Mike was super awesome, very friendly and made the process easy. Truck broke down while towing our camp trailer, he was able to load up my truck and pull the trailer back as well. He was super accommodating and easy to work with! Nice to know who to call if I’m ever broke down again in the Prescott area. It was a Saturday so I couldn’t really get any quotes from anyone else so I can’t comment on the fairness of the price but insurance will reimburse for some of it.

These guys were amazing! The dispatcher was super sweet and they were the cheapest! Also the driver, Eli, showed up within 15 mins of my call and was very nice and professional. Definitely would recommend to others and will call again if ever in need!

Was stuck on a horrible road in a horrible position and Eli saved the day! Multiple companies said they couldn’t assist, one company tried but was unable to make it to our car due to the terrain. Some companies even quoted almost double of what our fee was. But Eli showed up and was able to make it to the car and tow it safely up to the main road for our family. It was a long stressful day with a lot of run around and I wish I would have called Hoist Towing first. THANK YOU!

Yesterday, 5/24 my rental broke down on the side of the I-17. The rental company worked with Hoist Towing and Recovery Service and they were great! They were on site within an hour of getting the call, the driver (forgot his name) an older gentleman was friendly and helpful. We got the rental on the truck and he drove me back to Phoenix to the airport car rental facility. The hour and a half drive was full of conversation and some similar interests. I would 1000% times recommend this business if you ever find yourself in need of towing services.

We broke down on a hill 100 miles from our vacation destination. The Hoist team did a great job towing my 34' class A motorhome and even sent a separate truck to pick up my loaded 20' enclosed trailer. The entire team was very knowable communicating directly with me to make sure they the correct equipment when they arrived at the time promised. They we extremely skillful in backing my motorhome into the RV spot so we could continue our vacation. I highly recommend the Hoist team! PS Unfortunately we had an unrelated breakdown on the way home and had a tow company that hours late (we were stranded for 9 hours, very disappointed in AAA). When they finally showed up the driver was inexperienced and damaged the motorhome when parking it. Again I really appreciate the Hoist team!

Locked my keys in the car and called AAA in rimrock Arizona Friday the 17th around 5pm. Luckily bill came to a rescue, there was a really nasty accident on the I-17 and the estimated arrival time due to traffic was horrible. Lucky somehow he managed to come to our rescue sooner than expected. His customer service was amazing and he really seems like a genuinely good guy. Was very lucky to have him helping us. Thank you so much again! Highly recommend doing business with them! Bill is the best!!!

Can't say enough about this family! They are AMAZING! Had a little trouble while out in my Jeep and they were there to help within minutes! I get lucky that day because Mike was out in their 4x4 Recovery Truck close by me. They were all so friendly and kept in communication the entire time they were on the way! He even went above and beyond by adding a little more gas to ensure I made it back safely! One and Only Towing Company as far as I am concerned! THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL YOUR HELP!

I was extremely impressed with their service. The driver, Mike was on time and it was a very quick response time. Driver took care of my truck and he was very professional.
