Jordan saved the day! I was supposed to have to wait for almost an hour for my car to get opened and I had groceries in the car with the engine running and it was 90° outside. The office staff radioed him and he was able to help me within 5 minutes I love my AAA membership
After a day with the family the family wagon “ suburban” decided to breakdown, so I called AAA and they got a tow truck to me quickly and it was Custom Towing from chino valley I got a 30 minute respond time and a check in update from the driver as well my driver was Mercedes she was a kind and understanding driver, her actions proved to be very knowledgeable and professional in her line of work I hope I never need a town again but if I do I know who I’m calling thank you Mercedes you went above and beyond for us

Wow...I am so impressed with the service I recieved from Custom Towing yesterday. I made a AAA call as I couldn't get my car started. "Nick" got there in fast and very professionally loaded my car on the truck and took both me and my dog home!! He was great!! Perfect in all that he did!! WOW, what an experience I had this morning with Chris from Custom Towing. Extremely nice, caring person who came out to our house due to a battery problem with my vehicle.
I had called AAA about not being able to start my vehicle this morning and I was extremely fortunate that AAA sent Chris of Custom Towing to our house.
From seeing other postings regarding Custom Towing, I have to agree all the superlatives I read are spot on.

We had a flat tire on the 169 highway last Saturday night. I can't remember the young man's name, but he was prompt, efficient, polite and sent us back on our way in no time! I highly recommend Custom Towing for any car needs!
I was very impressed with Custom Towing. Our driver was James. He came out on a Sunday and was as pleasant as he could be. He made us feel very comfortable as he knew exactly what to do to get our car towed to our home. James arrived within 8 minutes of getting our message. We had to have our vehicle towed last night. When we showed up for the towing, I was unaware that my vehicle was up on jackstands in the front. I could tell the tow truck driver Nick was irritated, but he got the vehicle off the jackstands, with some work. When we arrived at our complex, he also helped push the vehicle into the parking spot.
NIck went above and beyond what he was required to do. Even though he did extra, he didn't treat us badly or complain. We really appreciate his help with everything. I hope he gets a recognition for his hard work and excellent customer service!

I called AAA because my car would not start. Within about 2 minutes of placing my call, I received a contact from Christopher at Custom Towing. He showed up in about 15 minutes, checked out my battery and found out that it needed replacing, as I thought it would. Christopher was friendly, efficient, professional and the battery price was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

I thought for sure my battery was a goner. But I didn't have a meter to test it. It's also a newer car. With my luck I'd end up frying some computer chip or something!
So I called triple A. Brian from custom towing rocked it!
He got here lightening fast, and checked my battery.
It turns out it was reading 14 volts so I, "don't need a new battery, just drive around the block a few times and it should be good to go", and it was!

On Feb 18, 2022 - I had a car incident in front of my house. The car fell back to the cliff half way. I called triple A and they requested Brian to come. The staff said waiting time about 90 minutes. Brian came in less than 30 minutes. He talked to me and explain to me what he was going to do in details. I was not a car expert, so I let him to do what he was expert on doing for 20 years. He was being so careful to remove the rocks under the car which stucked to the cars muffler, so wouldn't hurt it. After about 1 hour, with his expertise and tow truck, he towed it carefully, efficient, fast, and great shape. Brian also put the rocks back in the original position even though my spouse said he'd do it. Really appreciate everything Brian did. My spouse drove the car around and it was still great. I drove that night to Phoenix. Thank you Custom Towing/Brian for overall amazing service/work. Felt safe to have Brian doing the work. 5***** :)
They were awesome, Adam and Brandon were the sweetest guys ever. I broke down on the way to taking my 85 year old father to the doctor. Two other companies that were supposed to show up did not show up. These guys showed up in 15 minute's, I waited a total of 4.5 hours for the other 2 no shows. They were super friendly and listened to all my dad's stories lol. They were super professional when it came to loading my car and it wasn't easy because an arm broke on a back wheel. They took extra care so nothing else was damaged. I highly recommend this towing service. It was a completely satisfying experience after a day of total aggregation with the other 2 companies. Their card will be a permanent fixture in my wallet.
Brandon was hands down THE BEST tow truck driver I've EVER had!!! Dealing with blown out brakes and being completely stressed out and overwhelmed, utterly irritated at the shop who set me up to allow my brakes to fail on me... Brandon did NOT fail me!!! Charlotte and Brandon at Custom Towing have some of the best customer service I've been so grateful to receive in a LONG TIME!!! Not only did Brandon calmly walk me through what he needed me to do to help him load up my car, through all the screeching he just told me it's all good, he's got me, and he did!!! I was and am SOOOOO happy with his service, taking such incredible care of my car loading and unloading, (HA, I'd have thought he was towing a $300k Mercedes!), I'm specially requesting Brandon and Custom Towing for a second AAA tow to bring it to a new shop!!! I went from being stressed, nearly having a panic attack just avoiding what could've been a horrific scene with my lady in the car, to feeling safe, relaxed and even laughing with a good ole tow truck story on the way home! Thanks again Brandon, Charlotte and Custom Towing and for you guys being part of the AAA network!!!
Kris was excellent. Did extra work to make sure our stuck car did not get damaged while being pulled out. Looked all over under the car and found that the dust shield was loose. Removed it for us so that it did not get damaged until we could have it put back on.
Brian arrived quickly..went beyond kind in temporarily fixing my flat so I could drive to a tire store. He represented AAA and Custom Towing with a grade of 5 Star. Thank you Brian Patricia

I had a great experience they made it work out that day where a driver was going to phx after that he came over to wickenburg saved me half of the miles. Everybody is courteous on time I will always use custom from that day on thank you custom towing.

Did the job a plus plus... Cant say enough...there truck was clean top condition driver was just as nice as could be and could not ask for service any better than them.....i had more trouble with triple A than i did with tow company. .. Tow company was awesome and i am very pleased with there professionalism so happy
These guys are great! I have used them on numerous occasions. Lightning fast response time, driver is professional and very warming when you are going through the nightmare of being broke down. They are whats left of the small town good old boys. They are truly small enough to know you, big enough to serve you.
