I want to shout out this tow company. I was coming from globe Arizona and seen a hotshot driver in the runaway truck ramp. I immediately gave them a call and not even 9 min after calling they had someone out to help the people. And if I ever get the chance to I would definitely work for this company as they show great customer service
I had a breakdown in my truck and called Southwest towing, they gave me a quote that was affordable from Apache junction to globe az. They came quick the wait was 30 minutes. I forgot the guys name but he was a good guy made sure we got home safe, I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends & family. I give them 5 stars for their awesome service ???
Had a family trip to White Mountains at Showlow, Arizona a few years ago. Danny went out of his way around 4am to replace 2 tires on my Trailer with all my Camping Gear onboard. Gave me great price on 2 used tires. Thank you Danny & Suzie for being so generous and professional. Saved my family alot of grief that early morning. 2 thumbs up from this customer. Always forward & carry on!
My whole family and myself has used southwest towing and we've always have had a pleasurable experience with the company . I recommend them to all my friends and family and to all their friends and family. I'm applying for a job with southwest towing
I have used this service many times. My wife, me and 3 kids Scent they opened in Superior. Lots of towing and I always buy batteries & tires here. Maybe 20 or 30 years now, do not remember when they opened. They are honest and professional. I do not understand why people gave them bad ratings. I can tell you I would trust Dan & Suze with my wallet.
So yes I'm giving a tow company 5 stars not because of the sleazy industry but b/ceven though it is a sleazy industry who has legal right to take ur property and charge whatever the state says they can charge u this company's staff or at least Suze who I was dealing with was super personable, did a few things she most certainly didn't have to that benefited more than them and for that I say thank you and give them 5stars

An extremely lazy, unprofessional woman who looks like she has substance abuse issues and rolls out of bed with without brushing her hair before work is the "staffing" at this establishment. They also have no one to drive their 7 tow trucks sitting in their lot.
The only game in town has no game. Shame on these people for even being in business at all while pretending to offer an essential service to an isolated community.
