I can't say enough good things about Shad Randall’s offroad recovery towing service! I recently found myself in a terrifying situation when I was off-roading on an eroded trail my Jeep was teetering on the edge close to rolling over into a creek, and I thought for sure without a doubt it would roll and be over with. These folks were quick to respond and show up, extremely reasonable pricing, incredibly reassuring throughout the whole ordeal, and experienced in tough situations like this. What really stood out was their skill in winching my Jeep off the edge and back onto the trail, despite everything not working our favor, they recovered it preventing it from rolling over. They truly saved me from spending thousands, incase it rolled into the creek it would’ve had to be air lifted then spend thousands on an air lift bill. Once we got it back on the trail one of my tires went out and Shad even helped me out with a flat tire when I didn’t have a jack. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of offroad recovery or towing they are very professional, skilled, and they really care about their customers. I will definitely be contacting them if I’m ever in a sticky situation again.
My day got messed up by a flat tire. Randalls saved the day. Got to me fast was supper friendly and got my kiddo and me to the tire shop safely. Will be calling them again, hopefully not anytime soon but if I ever need a tow they are the ones I'm calling.

GREAT service GREAT people! Shad answered the phone right away and as soon as we sent him a pin he was on the way. Unfortunately got high centered and Shad and Stephanie came with there jeep and pulled us out with the winch. Fast and efficient. Super knowledgeable, they definitely know what they are doing! Was trying to take my Dually to the mechanic but didnt make it to far and I was dead on the side of the road. One call and Stephanie was on her way. I was treated great, knew my truck was taken care of and would get to where it needed to be. Service was fast and reliable even with the added challenges of a Dually. Highly recommended!

I picked a whole bouquet of Whoopsie Daisies and got my 30ft RV highcentered in a ditch in the middle of the desert at 2am. Stephanie answered on the first call, took my information, and they showed up 20mins later. They are professional, kind, and extremely quick. If I ever decide to drive my RV into a ditch again I know who I’ll call!

I recently called Randall Towing on Tuesday, February 10th, seeking help with batteries for my 2008 E-450 Series truck and 2010 Fleetwood Jamboree Sport RV. Shad provided excellent guidance over the phone to ensure we selected the right ones. That same afternoon, Shad, his wife Stephanie, and another gentleman arrived promptly, replaced the batteries, and got everything up and running. After six years of sitting idle in my RV garage, the E-450 started right up, the interior lights came on, and the steps functioned perfectly—now I’m ready to hit the road!
