Very cool company & employees to work with. They even went out to look at conditions of parts to make sure they're what we where looking for.. most wrecking companies say.. I called for a quote on April 26th, for taking a car off my hands. Whoever answered the phone, can't remember who, was very rude (actually scoffed at me, for what I wanted for my car) and told me that someone would follow up and give me a call back. Here we are a couple weeks later, no call back and still annoyed at the rudeness of the staff.
The guys at Frank's are awesome, very knowledgeable, and usually have a large selection for the truck you have, and the prices are very reasonable compared to other options, and for a junk yard there really organized. I will always go to Frank's before I go anywhere else. Salute to you guys. Glad your in business.
Always my go to for parts and they always have done their best to do their best in finding whatever I have needed. Used them for many years and always nice to see a friendly face.

Hello I wanted to share my experience with franks auto and truck salvage.
I bought a motor from them took motor to mechanic installed motor was bad called Steve
to tell him motor was bad Steve said sorry and that the motor was under warranty but he also said that the motor was good and he wanted to come by to the shop to check it out. Shop is 3 miles away from his business.
Long story short 2+ months waited for Steve and he never shows up i keep calling him and he says just bring the motor back and I’ll refund it. I bring the motor back and he tells me that’s not his motor and sorry nothing he could do for me.
I would not do business with them again they are rip offs they are not for their customers only the money.
He claims it was not his motor but offered to give back half of the money.
If your not at fault and it’s not your motor why would you offer half back ?
This is what these big business do take advantage of us small guys.
Don’t take your business here take it somewhere else.
Rips offs and cons
Do not go here. I waited for them to find an axle and when they did, the teeth on it wasn't good. Then they looked for another and there was too much play. I just needed an axle to make it back home(out of state). So I paid for it and they said that the guy will take it around the back to seal it up and put oil in it. Now they said they told me that I need to put oil in it.
Great customer service and quick response time! When I called ahead of time to ask about a drive shaft for a Tahoe they said he was pretty sure they had one already off and ready but that he would go and make sure before hand and he would call me right back. He called me back in less than 5 mins and said it was all good he would go and bring it up front for me and a it only costed me $100. Very friendly staff I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you need parts etc.
I am disabled & wanted some info to get parts I would have to send my neighbors son to pick up. I called yesterday & would not give me the time of day. Said would call me back. Never did
Called today put me on hold & came back said we sold the part. Absolutely not even any business sense, even for a salvage yard! You suck! Hope you don't treat your disabled parents with such disrespect! Will never bother you again....glad you can sleep @ night! Please think before you speak!
Went here to pick up a few hard to find small screws and body bolts/retainers for a 2002 F-150 for a great deal. Great place for hard to find older parts and friendly staff.
What a absolute waste of time to be treated with such disrespect and lied to about a policy I picked up a manifold for my V 10 Dodge 34 days ago and I ended up not needing it after I cleaned it spotless for four hours I called last week and asked if they would return it the gentleman on the phone said yes so I drove all the way from 67th Ave and Bell and Glendale never again will they get my service especially considering they could make double the money off the parts because it’s spotless don’t waste your time and your money And small businesses like these that you have a bad rap to other small businesses and why so many people choose to go corporate America
I needed a rim for my car I couldn't find one anywhere for what I was willing to pay they were just to much for the old car. they had a hard time finding one and when we finally did it was less then anywhere else.so I bought it. and paid to have it mounted.as he was mounting it he said he could fix the seal on my old one instead. saving me a lot of money. Who does that??.i was very impressed. it took a while to fix. I was watching him he grinded the rust sanded it n put sealer on it mounted and balanced.and did all that for only a few bucks that was two years ago and it's still holding air all that TIME and WORK for like $ 20-30 they would have made more and been easier to just sell me there rim. I was very impressed.thank you
Steve is amazing and if he doesn't have the part you need?? He helps locate it! And Larry pulls the parts in a timely fashion without messing stuff up!!
Steven and Larry helped us with a transmission and were patient at 1st got the wrong one due to myself with the wrong info. Had to go back and grab the correct one. No problem took care of us. We will be back.
Down there at Frank's they know me as Pete they've been helping me to build another V8 trike along with good deals on Parts being able to laugh and talk and joke with the staff it's been one heck of an experience they take the time out look up the part that you need and make sure it's right before you get out the door never had a bad experience in 8 years old going there they're providing the neighborhood and surrounding areas with the best service they can possibly be expected from such down to earth people that's all I can say it's been a pleasant experience TNX...Pete
I showed up to pick up a part for the shop. I seen the sign but wasn't to sure I called the gentleman who answered kindly directed me (I had not passed it thank goodness for me) as I walked in was greeted kindly mentioned what I was picking up and he knew where I was coming from. The other gentleman and lady were discussing lunch and life but they made me feel comfortable. As I waited we chatted and it felt good to hear and see genuine people and NOT be treated rudely. (Being in the automotive industry sometimes people can come off rough.)
I took a friend there to pick up a part he needed for his ride. Service seemed good. Quick in & out since he called ahead of time. This place seems to be a Mecca for good used parts & prices are not overboard.
Awesome place to get your vehicle fixed or if you are wanting to save money...give them a call and see what they can help you with on those hard to find recycled parts for your car or truck. The staff is excellent and I highly recommended them for all your car needs.
Literally the worst customer service. It’s worth it to pay more elsewhere and not have to deal with these people. The lady in the office has a horrible attitude and was very rude. They tell you one thing over the phone and when you get there, it’s a completely different “policy”. They need to get their policies straight and stop wasting peoples time. Told me over the phone that my part would be ready in 20 minutes and when I got there 45 minutes later, they said it’s not their policy to start pulling the part before someone arrives and pays. Never mentioned that over the phone, and I know for a fact that they started pulling the part before hand because they called me like 20 minutes after I left to tell me my part was ready. So frustrating.
