I found an advertisement on line for a wheel I needed. The price was good so it piqued my interest. It was pictured with a tire mounted and plastic center cap. It’s a relatively rare wheel and the cap was important to me. So I called Jeffs and spoke to Shawn. I asked about the condition and if the center cap was there. He said the wheel was in good condition and comes as pictured. So I arranged a day to come down to Tucson from Phoenix to pick it up. Took half a day off work to do it too. When I got there, the wheel and tire were in the office but the center cap was not. I asked about the center cap and was told by Shawn and another employee, the cap was not included. What??? Not only was it pictured in the sale ad (which I have a screen capture photo of), it was confirmed by Shawn it was included. The receipt I got even says with cap! I still took the wheel because like I said, it’s kind of rare and I needed it. They did offer my money back but I declined as I needed that wheel! I still can’t help but feel lied to and a bit cheated. You want to sell the cap separate? Fine. But do not lead the customer on that it’s all included. Fuel cost and half a day of work would have been gone regardless but a deal is a deal. Shady business practices.
Very shocked by the way I was treated
Tried to buy a window switch I took mine in to see if it matched up and asked if I could plug it in to make sure it worked keep in mind I'm talking literally 5 seconds that's when the trouble started I tried to explain if I plugged it in and it didn't work then I would be out 50 dollars the guy at the desk said they don't warranty anything electrical because of people misdiagnosing things ok I understand he even told me i could ask the owner so long story short he changed his mind and took the part off the counter and accused me of arguing with him

I would also like to say that if this had been a 10 dollar part I wouldn't have asked any questions but for 50 bucks and like I said literally long enough to unlock my door clip the wire on and turn my car on to see if all switches worked properly that I wasn't being irrational in my desire to not get ripped off
My experience here was amazing. When I walked in I was asked what I needed, Jeff made a few calls and FOUND what I needed even though he wasn't making any money off it. He even declined a finder's fee I offered!
I had been looking to match a cracked rim and had wasted a lot of time at the salvage yards and wheel shops with no luck for days, and the problem was solved in minutes.

Fast friendly customer service. After calling 10 other junkyards looking for a full sized rim for a spare tire , he looked through his stock and 5 minutes to closing time he called me back, saying that he found it. We went the next day and picked it up. Will be using this place again in the future.
I've been in several visits for my classic Chevy S10 and never been let down. Great deals, quick service, and one of the friendliest attitudes in the business. I hope this crew never closes. I’m very impressed by this place. I was having trouble locating a tail light for my car. My neighborhood auto part place recommended them and they didn’t disappoint. Shawn stayed in contact with me via text keeping me updated. First set that came in was incorrect and he worked hard to remedy it and get the right ones in. They even offered complimentary installation once they came in. Good price, great customer service!

Well I dont even knoe where to begin. Sean is absolutely the guy you want to have on your corner when buying used parts. He will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I'm not exaggerating when I say this guy will make a bad experience feel like a walk in the park. I have given him so many problems, not intentionally, and he takes care of everything that comes to his plate. This man is an absolute blessing. He even found me a shop to fix my car issues AND gut me discounts to fit my budget!!!! Who does that?? Sean does! I had some cosmetic issues that happened while at the shop and he offered to fix that too!!!! I'm dead serious this guy is amazing man. Give this guy a RAISEEEEE!!!! Great Customer Service! Found what we needed and even took time to send us pictures of the part so we could make sure it was what we needed. They were able to get the part from Tucson to Apache Junction the next day! We appreciate that type of customer service. Will definitely use them in the future.
Sean was wonderful. He took the time to search for a part that no one else wanted to take the time to try to find. He found it right away. I have a 1997 Lincoln Town Car and getting parts is almost impossible. He did it and now I will always use him!!

WOW! Service of the up most professionalism. I have been looking for a radiator for my Dodge Ram pickup. I called and a very polite gentleman was super helpful. I told him what i needed, he said they have one but that he would have to check if it was in good condition but he would have an answer for me in the morning.
He called me back in 10 min!!! Said that it was in good condition, just so I'm not looking and waiting until the morning. Mind you it was 4:49PM and they close at 4:00PM. They really go above and beyond. Best part of all, I DON'T HAVE TO PULL IT myself. For some reason that is the in thing right now. Anyways, I will be taking all of my car business with them.
I was going to pay $100 bucks for a new started. I went to Jeff's and only paid $40 bucks! Its been six months and its still working like new!
