A very busy company! Had to wait a couple of minutes for service, but once helped they pulled up the part that I had inquired about. They stared it was a 4 hour wait so I paid the fee and the stated they would call me when the part was ready for pickup.
I was treated more than fairly and the employee even helped me install the wheels as Im pregnant i appreciate everything today this trip and money spent quite literally saved my life i don’t know what I would have done otherwise I am so grateful and thankful

These guys are COMPLETE scammers! Took me for 150 bucks for a fender. Agreed on a price for part and shipping, the wants another 70 bucks for packaging before they ship it. Told them to refund my 150 bucks and sent them some not so nice fb messages since I asked for a refund then they blocked me!
This place is awesome! Specifically Ted who helped me out with a ton of parts recently! If you need anything call these guys, they will go out of their way to help you! Best prices and super large inventory. They are very friendly and they care about their customers. I drive all the way from San Diego to Tucson to buy my parts just because of guys like Ted. Another asset to this company is the Production Manager Richard. He helped me to find some very hard to find parts easily and very fair pricing! Over charges high on products wants you to pay up front and wait days for the parts you need. My honest opinion go else where better customer service without all the over charging the owner does at this establishment. Plus your more likely to get your parts same day and much lower costs else where. Just overall not a good look when there is so many other outlets you can go to.
He found a transmission for me that no one else could find and the one i finally found out of state was more money than his even after him shipping it to me. Thomas is great. Good communication good price. Highly recommend
Walking into Best Auto Salvage is nothing like you'd expect. It's clean and bright and the staff is friendly and experienced to help you with whatever you need or that special part that you have been searching for. The three visits I made in a two week period were great, getting just what I needed at a very reasonable price. Thomas was very helpful in getting me exactly what I needed. They are my new go to vendor for all the parts and pieces that are not produced anymore for my ageing collection of Vehicle's.
