I sold my suv to them and now I’m getting an abandoned vehicle notice and will have to pay a $500 fine or I can’t register my car. Don’t let them take your vehicle unless you want to deal with it two years later and have no record of them taking your car. This company sucks.

They should not handle any insurance companies total losses as their title support is the worst in the auction world , just as mentioned by the orther review , we have been trying to get paid from an insurance loss since April , but copart handles it all after getting paid alraedy from selling the car , still waiting !!

they bounce customers around from person to person to make sure nothing every happens. They should not handle any insurance companies total losses as their title support is the worst in the auction world and that is impressive in a bad way with Manheim being the largest auction and not offering any customer support

Isaac was completely rude and unprofessional. I was on the phone with him regarding a vehicle on the lot and he had the nerve to tell me "well if you let me get off the phone I could do my job" in anger. This guy should not be working with customers on the phone or in person treating people this way. I called yesterday morning 01/02 @ 1124am he told me he would look into everything and give me a call back it's been 24 HOURS and i still have yet to receive a phone call back from this guy. This is also now our 3RD TIME going to their office to submit paperwork that we have done 3 TIMES! If you don't want your paperwork to be mishandled or lost don't do business with these people! Not to mention they sent me paperwork in the mail with someone else name and vehicle information as well as my own paperwork!

There is absolutely no reason not to have a designated person at the front desk only. The young lady working the virtual que and the desk should not be working like that. I am currently here right now and there are 15 people waiting and who knows how many in the que! Give her some help!! because I can’t afford to waste time like this.

I’ve been a member for Copart for 2 years and I’ve been to numerous locations. Nothing compares to how understaffed, slow, and uncoordinated the Tucson Copart is.

DONT BUY HERE.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If you don’t want to get scammed do not buy from here they put false advertising on their vehicles just to get them to sell for higher price. Copart Tucson worst place to buy vehicles from.

Visual and verbal communication is very hard to understand. It was easy to pay but difficult to pick up vehicle that was purchased. If you’re new to the place read everything. The works will ignore you. Not a welcoming and diverse environment.

Absolutely criminal company. My car unfortunately end up here and this place stole the catalytic converter, battery and anything else they could get their hands on. This place should be investigated and shut down.

My experience with the lady at Copart was extremely disappointing and frustrating. From the moment I interacted with her, it was evident that she lacked professionalism and consideration towards customers. Her responses were dismissive, and she appeared to have little knowledge about the products or services offered. Additionally, her customer care skills were severely lacking, as she failed to address my concerns or provide any assistance. It was apparent that she did not prioritize customer satisfaction and had a careless attitude towards her role. This encounter left me feeling dissatisfied and discouraged from further engaging with Copart. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive competent assistance, which unfortunately was lacking in this particular interaction. I hope that Copart takes steps to improve the quality of customer service provided by its representatives to avoid such disappointing experiences in the future.

Really unhappy about the way they handled my situation. I went to pick up my belongings from my totalled vehicle, only to realize my daughter's Ray Bans where stolen. They did open my vehicle to take things out (specifically glove compartment) where the Ray Bans were. The front desk person did nothing to help.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was contacted by a tow truck driver (Joe) about being able to come and pick up my car. He told me he would be there between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm that afternoon. I stated I had doctor appointments and couldn't miss them. I need to be home for him to pick up the car. (Keys, title, etc.) He said then he would be there between 3 and 5 pm. I told him that would work. Come 5:15 pm he hadn't shown up. I called him back and he said first thing Monday morning he would call and be there. Well, Monday came and no call. I called him and he said dispatch had told him to forget the car and go to other jobs. So, I called dispatch and talked to (Andrew) who reassured me Tuesday I would get a call in the a.m. and my car would be picked up. Tuesday morning, no call. I called again and spoke with a woman named Mya. She then said because I needed to have the car picked up between specific hours that no driver was going to agree to come get it. I am at a complete loss here. Are the driver's private contractors? Do they chose where and when they will work? The company is already getting paid by the insurance company to come and get the car. I see this as no difference than basically keeping an appointment. I will never use this company again for any future towing needs or auto related business till they can figure out what is going on with their employees. If my car isn't picked up by 5 pm today then I will be calling the insurance company and reporting them for breech of contract.

We were placed on Que and were called in within 5 minutes of adding our name online. Once inside, the person helping us was very friendly and had processed our transaction within minutes. By the time we were done inside, our car was being loaded on our trailer. Great knowledgeable customer service

I recently purchased a Saab 9-5 from this lot, twice. Same car. You see, in my rush to own said vehicle, I selected the buy now option. Unfortunately for all parties involved, I skimmed through the terms&conditions and as such was unaware that the fees would still be included and had not been part of the buy now price. What was a price I was able to cover became a price I had no hope of paying within the agreed upon time frame. When I say I did everything I could to come up with the money that includes a GoFundMe, which ended up working. But the day the wire transfer was sent was the day the contract ran out, and so by the time it cleared the next day, the car had already been relisted, and I had been charged over $900 for a vehicle I didn't own, and the rest of my money tied up in a car that wasn't mine. In today's corporate world, you expect the big guys to stick it to you. To look at you like you're nothing but a dollar sign. I knew that if I had to pay the fees I could not purchase the car. And they could have kept my money and told me rebid and when I didn't they had that money and the car to sell still. When I tell you I was beyond upset, I assure you that was an understatement. Pity to the general manager who had been on vacation when all this began, and so his first day back he walks into a Karen episode on like GMOs or something, and the whole time, I'm trying to figure out how I'm gonna make "Hey honey, I lost a grand on...stupidity?" sound romantic. But, Cesar picked up right where the assistant manager Jeff left off, maintained his cool and professionalism, and worked to get me my vehicle. Out of sympathy, compassion, to shut me up, who knows, but he explained to the billing department what had happened and corporate or whoever's agreed to waive my late fee, which in turn lead to the broker waiving their fee as well. In all honesty, I can not say that I would recommend this to everyone. But I can definitely say that if this is the route you're going to take to purchase a vehicle, there is no company that will put in the work to earn and keep your business that copart of Tucson has. The professional manner in which they conducted themselves, the willingness to work with me even when I was irate and rude, and the humanity of such a small gesture in this really big chaotic world where so often we as individuals feel forgotten or not heard, for someone to just for a moment stop the wheels from turning, and to fix the mistake, was honestly the best $1800 I've ever spent. What I thought was gonna be one of the hardest hits my family was gonna take to date turned out to be a moment that reaffirmed my faith in good people.

Fairly easy to sign up and bid. I do think compared to other auction businesses I've bought vehicles from, that the fee is a bit high when there are gate fees, online bid fees, etc... but overall the process to bid, win, pay for vehicle, and have vehicle shipped to me was straight forward. The shipping price was reasonable and the driver was courteous. I will continue to do business with Copart.

Very friendly staff and able to work well with a remote buyer. I paid for the vehicle at my local Minneapolis branch then had Copart Tucson help coordinate hauling it to Scottsdale as well as getting me the title paperwork. I was informed of the progress the whole way along. The description and photos of the vehicle were very accurate. Thanks!

Friendly staff. I had no issues with them. I've been a member several years now. I have no reason to change or cancel my membership. So far I've been happy doing buisnes with Copart. I had several issues with other buisneses. I will still do buisnes with Copart for years to come.

I bought a car here and the copart website states I will get my title shipped but this location handed it to the delivery driver and the car title is now lost; and employees are stating there is nothing they can do. If you are from out of state and purchase a car here call ahead about the car title so it will not get lost.

Drove all night to get a truck I bought, never know what you will have to deal with at some facilities. I am happy to say it was one of the best places I have ever been, the people that work there were the nicest and most helpful staff I have ever dealt with, looking forward to buying more from Tucson!!! Thank you

I received terrible service from a lady yesterday who name is Audrey (Heavyset/BW). She told me that my price is $1863.84. After I swipe my card it came up to $1968.84($105 increase).I asked you about that 'why it price different on the debit card machine'. Then she tells me that's the sales tax. If I would have brought in a money order or cashier's check it would have been the first price that she mentioned. This is my **2ND** vehicle that I bought from this Copart location. I DON'T live in Tucson(I live in Mesa,AZ) I travel 1 hour and 45 minutes to get to this location. She know that I have a business, since I gave her the paperwork stating that I have a business in Arizona. So every dollar counts in making money... So why nobody tell customers this. I'm a club member so saving money and receiving GREAT customer service is good,so we can keeping coming back for more... A true business will HELP their members instead of crippling them.

They sold my van. The overall transaction was fine. A bit disappointed in one of the charges. They charged $50.00 dollars for PIP. This is the white wrap that is used when you have broken or missing piece of glass on your car. All windows were in good shape when delivered. No chips, breaks or otherwise broken. So the extra charge does bother me. With that exception it was a great experience.

Good selection of vehicles that the cities helps them steal from people so if you get a 30 day hold and it takes you another week or two to come up with the money AZ past a law letting these places get your title and steal your vehicle before you can pay it ...and im sure it was these auction places that bought off the lawmakers to get this law made, whatever you bid just know you are going to pay another 3/4s in nonsense fees..so say a 1700 dollar winning bid will cost you about 2600 to actually get the vehicle and its not free to bid in an amount that'll actually u allow you to get anything good...to bid more you have to put down a deposit of 200 for every grand you wanna be able to bid but in fairness its refundable and they refund it pretty quickly

Nice people, decent selection. New policy with them having to go with you to look at vehicles is so time consuming. Spent over an hour just waiting for someone to take me into yard and then you can only look at three cars. They have to come up with a better solution or hire more yard personnel to cut down on waiting time and to allow you to look at several during a visit. I usually like to look at several cars in a visit to visually check for body, undercarriage, mechanical and electrical systems damage. Making lists to check pricing for when I get home. I used to spend about 45 min to an hour checking each vehicle. Not no more they make it difficult to find right vehicle to repair and make money. I might as well just look online and guesstimate on repair cost in hopes of not losing money.

Damage to vehicle by use of forklift. I have bought several cars here before and I requested that the vehicle bought be drove out of the lot since it has a clean title and it is a "run and drive". Instead the vehicle was brought out with the forklift and the front suspension, tie rods, were bent on both sides. It cost me money and time due to their negligence. Pictures of the damage were sent to the manager who never responded.
