THE BAD EXPERIENCE CONTINUES. I was encouraged that I received a return email from LKQ within 36 hours responding to my negative review, saying to please contact them as soon as possible (my words), that they were very concerned and would like to bring resolution to the issue. I called the number listed and reached the LKQ paint department. The gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and listened while I explained that I was calling as a reply to LKQ's email to me. He apologized and said he had no idea who I should speak to, or where he could transfer me. I asked him for suggestions as to what I should do. He had none. SO DISAPPOINTING!!!!!
TALK TO RICH TO ORDER A VACUUM PUMP FOR A 2017 KIA SOUL WHICH WAS COMING FROM CALIFORNIA ARRIVING IN 3 DAYS. IT WOULD OF HAVE BEEN DELIVERED ON 6/23/25. CALL TODAY TO CHECK ON STATUS AND RICH SAID NOTHING AVAILABLE ANYMORE. DIDN'T TOOK A SECOND TO CALL BACK AND LET ME KNOW ABOUT PART NEVER BEING AVAILABLE. HE SAID 3 OTHER PEOPLE TRIED TO REORDER AND IT DIDN'T WENT THRU. CAN'T TRUST THEM FOR ANYTHING.
The local drivers that do their meet in Lordsburg are by far the most unsafe drivers I have ever seen, not only do they push u off the road all while flashing highs at all vehicles on the road, when they drive into the flying j in Lordsburg they do at speeds extremely unsafe for the lot. They have come so damn close to hitting me on many occasions while I walk thru the lot, and getting a hold of any one in the office to talk to is impossible!
Horrible costumer services called almost 8 times no answered drove in to the location none of the workers really helpful unless you speak Spanish. This used to be one of my favorite locations but now most definitely not recommended. Workers need to have better work ethics and maybe trainer. I am very disappointed at LKQ of Tucson location. Unprofessionalism to max here.
Hardly answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold and never pick up and the pricing is horrible dealt with LKQ up in Waco Texas never had a problem with them or their prices this place I don't know what's going on with this place
This is not intended to be a review of the Tucson location but of the one in casa grande. But for some reason I'm unable to access their reviews page through Google so I'm posting it here. I just recently purchased two seats from the casa grande location and it was probably one of the most unprofessional purchases I have made. So to start off when I made the purchase I have to have the seats shipped to Tucson to the LKQ location here. Sales representative told me that's not a problem got all my information made the payment and told me that the seats would be ready Friday. Friday comes along he calls me and says they're ready to go so I go down to pick them up and the seats are not here in Tucson they're in Phoenix. So now not only are the seats not here in Tucson but if I was to go pick them up it just doubled my driving time on how far I would have to go to pick these up. I called the original sales representative and never received a call back from him. So I then called again and just spoke with whoever answered and ask him what was going on and she told me that she would check into it and when she got back on the phone she told me yes these seats were scheduled to be delivered to Tucson but got shipped to Phoenix instead. And I asked her how this could be and she could not offer an explanation only thing she could say was I would have to wait until Tuesday now to receive my seats because they're not open on Monday. And throughout this entire conversation not once did anyone offer an apology or anything in regards to their mistake that they made. Nor did they even seem to care that it happened as a matter of fact I had stated that to the female representative I basically said it seems as though you really don't care at all and I can definitely tell just through the tone of her voice she really didn't care. So needless to say, LKQ if you are the last company on Earth that has the part that I need for my vehicle I would rather sell the vehicle than purchase another part from you!! And just to be clear as I stated this is not against the Tucson location I've always had great experiences when going to the location here in Tucson never an issue whatsoever friendly courteous staff as well. Not too sure what's going on in casa grande though completely different.
Been buying parts from these guys for almost 20yrs and we're done! Very rude and unprofessional reps taking orders. Lie about pricing and mislead about delivery times. Very poor effort, fellas!!
spent a lot of money here buying a new engine and want updates, have called numerous times and have left voicemails and no call backs or messages. Absolutely ridiculous

I leave in Michigan and had to buy not one but two transmission for both my daughters cars within one month apart In Arizona. I obviously don’t know anybody there. I dealt with José at LKQ in Tucson. He made my experience extremely easy! José is knowledgeable and very helpful so professional. He returned all my calls has he said he would! Not only that but, when a mistake happened he took responsibility for it and fixed the issue on the same day when he realized!

They took my money and ‘ deleted the order’ . So I never received my part and supposedly I’m getting refund but they never called me to update about my part if it was sent back or deleted . Their customer service is was disrespectful laughing at me when I spent my hard worked money on this trash company . Come on man
Trying to get ahold of these guys is an absolute joke.
I have bought parts from them before but in the last couple months they put you on hold for 30 minutes sometimes an hour then just hang up.
I'll shop elsewhere... customer service sucks here.
Great little hidden place to get body parts and lights for your car. If you're looking for this place it says LKQ on the front but you're in the right place!
Friendly staff, quick service, and this place is insanely clean, compared to local part places. Very professional with the best prices I could find - including vs online. Definitely will be coming back!
called phoenix lkq got 115 price was told to call local office(tucson) and quoted 240 for same part bought from someone else lkq always higher than everyone else
Absolutely HORRIBLE !!! stay away from this outfit. They take your money and your parts will never arrive, service is the pits (The guy at front desk seems to hate his job & passes it on to you ,then you hate having gone there! ) I have not been able to get my money back or the parts, so I was told to pay again ....REALLY!!! DO THEY THINK I'M THAT STUPID!
Management is terrible here. They have eliminate most of there customer service reps and all of their paint reps and the 2 that are left are working and slaving away with no less than 6 people waiting on one guy at a time. The ones that are left are doing great with what they are handed but corporate seriously needs to stop being stupid and realize how much business they are losing out on by making each customer wait an atleast 20 mins just to talk to someone.
Seller told me parts would be in in two days. i called that morning just to be sure and he said he had everything. when i went down there i found out some parts were on back order. he never once told me even when i paid. i never realized it until i drove to the back to pick up my parts. i wouldn't have made the drive downtown if he didn't have everything. the parts i have are great. customer service is just flawed. theres only one guy running phone calls, walk ins, and sales.
