Mitch was very fast and courteous. ETA was as quoted plus or minus ten mins for morning rush traffic. My Ram 3500 was easily and safely loaded and arrived as it was picked up. Mitch was thorough in his job and very personable. He needs a raise.

A wheel had broken off the car making it very difficult to move, however, the highly experienced operator knew just what to do.
