My vehicle was just illegally towed from an event without permission from the owner of the property or myself.

These people went onto my property and illegally tow. My vehicle, then had the nerve to tell me that I owe them money. Supposedly, they told my vehicle because it was abandoned. There was nothing abandoned about my vehicle. Kinda hard to abandon your own vehicle on your own property I Want my truck back!

The towing company, contracted by Progressive, displayed an unacceptable level of negligence and unprofessionalism. It took them over three hours to arrive for the scheduled vehicle pickup. Upon arrival, my husband attempted to hand the driver the key in order to properly place the vehicle in neutral. The driver disregarded this and instead forcefully manipulated the gear shift, resulting in significant damage to the transmission interlock system. Following this incident, we contacted the towing company, and the manager initially acknowledged responsibility, assuring us that they would cover the cost of repairs. However, since that conversation, the company has consistently ignored multiple follow-up calls from both us and the dealership, clearly attempting to evade accountability. This conduct reflects a complete lack of integrity and professionalism. We expect immediate action to resolve this matter, including full payment for the damages caused by their mishandling. The response is false the dealership did not agree with the response made and has been attempting to reach B and C towing for days now multiple times a day as well as we the owners. The vehicle was not handled by anyone other than B & C towing. Avoiding payment is no good faith there.

Called the Volvo road assistance line at 9 am they set me up with this company. After their 90 minute eta I called and was given another 45min- an hour eta time. When that time was up I called again and was given another 30 minute eta an hour later still no tow truck called again went straight to voicemail and I had to call Volvo to switch company’s. Wouldn’t Recommend this company to anyone.

Omg Shaun saved my day I had ran into an issue with my alternator and he came in clutch with the ride, just in time to save me from the hottest part of the Day while I had zero power... Y'all have a real hero on deck and hopefully your driver's learn from his superb Humbleness he presented to us. He even told me where I can get one cheaper if I needed (a you-pull-it yard) ,which is awesome service. Thank you again

This tow company came and towed my car my ford mustang alternator went out and the first driver canceled the call but Shawn the second driver came and was really awesome my car is at home safe now thank you so so so much I will now think of them for the future I know it wasn’t easy either I was in the parking lot of fry’s

Had a driver come out to remove a vehicle from our garage. His name is Mitch. If I could give him 12/10 stars I would. He was so friendly and genuine. Really appreciated his assistance and would ask for him again if needed.

My place of employment tries to use this as our towing service, but I will be proposing that we prospect elsewhere. They NEVER show up to remove the vehicles we report. It's a disservice and a waste of our time. 1 star for the very nice lady who takes our calls, since she's wasting her time as well. Disappointed.

Mitch was very fast and courteous. ETA was as quoted plus or minus ten mins for morning rush traffic. My Ram 3500 was easily and safely loaded and arrived as it was picked up. Mitch was thorough in his job and very personable. He needs a raise.

Jay came through and towed my jag home. Wait times were within timeframe and although I see bad reviews- I will use them again. Please keep up the good work guys, I have had bad experiences with tows before, not tonight though thank God, thx to Jay/B&C.

I recently had one of my company vans towed by B & C Towing and it wasn't by choice unfortunately. Typically speaking, when anyone has a vehicle towed it simply isn't a pleasant experience because its a pain in the Keister. I went to retrieve my van at there offices located on S. Belvedere. Their entire team couldn't have been more pleasant in the midst of a crappy situation. Granted, I am Mr. Positive anyway but my message here is simple. Don't shoot the messenger and if you are kind to others you will usually get that back in return. As an Uber driver I know you can almost always get from anywhere in Tucson to your destination in 40 minutes or less. I waited an hour and 40 minutes until someone showed up. This is unacceptable. And when I called at the one hour mark, the person I spoke to was very condescending and unapologetic. I don't I need a tow truck very often but I will certainly not call these guys again. 2.2 stars is too generous for this company.

HORRIBLE SERVICE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. BMW Placed Service Request at 9am dispatch advised vehicle would be picked up within the hour… called every two hrs & we were told vehicle is next in route for pick up. 6 hrs later vehicle still not picked up… final contact with dispatch lady was incredibly alarming and highly Unprofessional. Dispatch employee used profane language with her fellow employees and was screaming at her children - claimed to be working from home. This company has no idea how to operate their business and manage their employees. Very Disappointed to see BMW contracting with this service provider.

We need a CASH pay tow. They had the best rates. Driver arrived in the promised time. A wheel had broken off the car making it very difficult to move, however, the highly experienced operator knew just what to do. He carefully limped the 3 wheeled car up the ramp and got it back off the truck in a tight parking spot with out any issues. We were highly impressed. We will be saving this #.

I had a great experience with the gentleman who helped me today (I believe his name was Brett or Brent, sorry I forgot!). Within 15 minutes of filling a roadside assistance request through USAA, the tow truck arrived and picked me and my truck up off the side of I-10. The driver was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We went right to my mechanic's shop and dropped the vehicle off without issue. Thank you so much for the prompt and hassle-free experience!

I recently had a very disappointing experience with B&C Towing through my roadside assistance. I found myself stranded in Tucson in June, dealing with intense heat, and needed urgent help. Unfortunately, B&C Towing made a stressful situation even worse. I called several times for an update on the ETA, and each time, I was given a new, longer estimate. What should have been a straightforward rescue turned into an hours-long ordeal. Waiting in the blistering Tucson heat is no joke, and the repeated delays were unacceptable. The lack of clear communication and reliable service was incredibly frustrating. I expected better from a company entrusted with emergency roadside assistance. I hope B&C Towing takes this feedback seriously and improves their service for future customers. I would not recommend them based on my experience. UPDATE AFTER B&C’s response to my initial review: Thank you for your response. However, I need to clarify a few points. Firstly, your claim that you were dispatched at 1:20 PM is incorrect. My roadside assistance made contact with your company at 9:05 AM, and I was initially told that the estimated time of arrival (ETA) would be 90-120 minutes. When I called again at the 2-hour mark, I was informed that it would be another 45-60 minutes. Despite this, when I called yet again, I was told it would be an additional 50-60 minutes. I found it highly unprofessional and unacceptable that each time I called, the ETA was continuously pushed back. When I asked why the times kept changing, the individual on the other end simply stated, "well, it is an estimated time," which did not provide any reassurance or clear explanation. Thankfully, the agency that eventually took over gave a reliable estimate and arrived within the promised time frame. I hope this clarifies the situation from my perspective and highlights the need for more accurate and dependable communication in the future.

My car was towed over Memorial Day weekend: Tuesday morning comes and nobody will answer the phone, and their voicemail box is full. Google reports their hours as 24 hours during the week, so I get a ride across town to try and pick up my car, nobody is there, doors are locked. I’d imagine they’ll charge me for holding it another day, even though it’s their fault we couldn’t make a pickup appointment for their listed business hours. I’ll be trying again first thing Wednesday morning. Business hours not reported clearly, voicemail full, won’t answer the phone. When looking at other Google reviews, the fact they have a trash rating and NEVER apologize, they double down and blame each of the reviewers, it’s amazing they can manage a business this way.

Emailed these guys Nov 6 asking for insurance information due to them damaging my vehicle. They dodged me until Nov 22. The GM calls me today after his internal review saying they won't cover the repair because the circular dent in the center couldn't be them because their tow trucks have diamonds, and not circles, stating it must be from before. What a clown. Update 4/2/24: These clowns don't even have insurance or they simply refuse to respond. Either way, avoid this place at all costs.

Caught them before they were gonna take my car to the yard. He offered that he would take my car back since we were closer to home he gave us a deal $100 and he would drop it at my house. He goes to the house we wait 40+ minutes for him to drop it to get “processed” confirmation after we sent his boss the $100. Called the police and he immediately dropped the car. This place is a big scam and don’t trust it whatever you do don’t let them bribe you into giving them your money if you’re being towed.

Had them tow our disabled vehicle and they damaged it. We didn't see the damage until after the driver left and now they keep giving us the run around of "we'll have a manager call you in a few days." Then we waited a few days and we haven't heard from anyone. At this point I'm thinking they don't even have any coverage.

Our insurance had us getting a tow from B&C. B&C is not customer focused nor capable of communicating with their clients as to when they’re going to arrive. B&C is disinterested in service, they get guaranteed leads from insurance companies. These institutions always go with the lowest bidder. We waited 3.5 hours chatted with a dispatcher that stated B&C couldn’t be reached after being assigned our tow two hours prior. Waited 1.5 hours more and had enough. Called Barnetts and they dispatched immediately and had us picked up in minutes. 2.2 stars vs 4.9 you choose. I am reasonable in my expectations just let us know what to expect, don’t lie. Do yourself a favor arrange your own towing and get reimbursed. Go with those who care. Update, B&C employees are angry and condescending they are aggressive and attack anyone that calls them out for their misdeeds. Bottom line is they don’t need to have customer service as they have an endless pool of insurance referrals they could care less.

My insurance notified this company for an emergency tow as my car malfuctioned at 4:30 pm 8/8/2023. They never showed up!!! They left me stranded for 3 hours. I spoked to a female and she kept saying we are busy; but we will be there. I called 2 more times went to VM and the mail box was full!!They never responded!! I called my insurance company and insisted on them calling another tow company! Mobile Maintenance & Towing was called and they arrived within the hour! I advise anyone do not call B&C Towing as they are not reliable

Did you use this business? No they used me. When you realize the car you tow is current. You should act accordingly. Refund the $220 for your bad or at least apologize, or are you towing cars that are current now. So you can just tow everybody and charge them and no accountability. No I didn’t see my sticker stolen from my plate or the tag you put on my window the day before because I work til midnight and pick up doubles, wasn’t pulled over by the cops cause the can see my tags were current. Terrible the power play you and Langley Gardens do. If what you do is allowed because if cars that sit and never move, my car is not one of them. Parked in it’s payed for parking spot, registered sticker or not. Please do better be better. Don’t be like this. Shame

I'm copying and pasting someone else's review from earlier this year. I'm doing this because this is exactly what is happening to me right now. This company is awful. I should have listened to the other 1 star reviews and canceled early. No point in hiring someone to do a job if they don't show up. B&C was selected by my insurance company for roadside assistance. They estimated a 2 hour ETA. 2 hours passed and I called with no response. 3 hours and still nothing, even with help from my insurance company. Well 4 hours later I canceled because there was no response and no show. Why take the bid if you are not going to show up and then ghost a customer's calls? I'm amazed you have a business with this type of customer treatment.

I’ve read the comments and I know it’s rough. Although, today my motorcycle got a flat and needed a tow to the shop. My insurance called B&C at 845ish in the morning and confirmed the pick up between 90-120minutes. That was fine so we waited. 1130 came and gone with no communication from B&C. Called my insurance two separate times and told me those different times that it’ll be an additional 45 minute wait. I called a different towing service and instantly got taken care of. Let me remind you, I contracted my insurance at 830/845 AM and got confirmation for B&C around that time. It is now 12 PM with no word from B&C. My insurance called B&C and said they are very busy and are extremely behind today. Which I understand…until I come to these reviews and see quite similar stories to myself. So, I understand that there are busy days. But I do just think maybe communicate between customer and service would be nice(: I hope you have a great weekend!

If it was possible to give a negative star rating, then I would because this company deserves no stars. B&C was the towing company selected by my insurance company when I had a flat tire and needed a tow. The initial estimated arrival time was 2 hours. After 2.5 hours, I called for an update. I was told the driver would arrive within 45 minutes to an hour. When the driver still had not arrived, I called again and received the same speech that the driver was en route and would call with an update soon. Over 5 hours later, B&C still had not arrived. The only time I received any updates is when I called. By that time, I had completely wasted an entire day of work, and my car still had not been towed. When I talked to a representative from my insurance company, they finally sent another request. Within 5 minutes of receiving the dispatch, the second towing company called to give an update. One hour later, the driver arrived at my location. By the time I received a call from the B&C Towing driver, my car had been picked up by the second company, and I was at home ... almost 8 hours after the first request to B&C Towing was dispatched. Please use this and previous reviews as a warning. Avoid B&C Towing at all costs!

one of the drivers is very reckless and unconcerned for the people around him. i was coming to a red when he jumped in causing me to almost hit him, swerve and almost get hit by the car behind me. i the told him he almost hit me and he proceeds to shrug and flip me off as seen below. he then started rushing down the road as i tried to get his plate number which i only got a partial 'CH 36*** do not know the rest. i called the company and felt they could care less.
