Great store and some of the best staff in O’Reilly stores in Tucson

Holly is a lazy person with poor customer service. She acts like customers are a bother to her while she’s constantly on her phone. Can’t believe she’s still the store manager. She can’t even properly warranty out batteries. She claims other stores are doing shady things when she sold the batteries but refuses warranty. Are her sales that bad she has to rip people off? All the reviews I’m reading about a lazy lady working is Holli. They’re afraid to say her name but I’m not. Do better O’Reilly

I have been laying low. So today, I went out to start the car dead! I had bought my battery from OReilly's on Oracle. I have to have a dependable battery. I really don't know how to jump a battery. This is my go to place O'Reilly's. My battery was still on warranty. He let me upgrade it and for that kindness, and attentiveness, I am thankful. This is the way business is supposed to be run. It's wonderful that O'reilly is up on this hill. Brian happily installed my battery. And he is very pleasant. Very convenient location !

Very customer oriented sales staff, helpful in explaining the "what's that magiget". Parts not on hand, in the next morning.

Very busy, the counter man was handling multiple customers and calls simultaneously, yet stayed very positive and friendly

The skilled, professional, kind and honest employees at O'Reilly's Auto Parts Store in Catalina, AZ on Oracle Rd will tell you the truth, order from another store if not in stock, educate you on your part: function , location and best way to fix. I wish the rest of the world was as honorable.

Poor service, I was told my battery was good and it wasn't. When I walked in, I wasn't even greeted. Sorry you hate your job but it's about customer service.

Holli and the crew are very helpful. Never rude to me anyway. They know we're working hard to get our vehicles back on the road.

I could of gone to rock auto online to get my ac compressor but they had one in stock for 20$ more. I wish they would close at 6 pm.instead if 8 those poor guys - most likely you get a part and aren't gonna work in the dark

Manager, Holi, was extremely helpful quick and knowledgeable. She tested my battery and when it was flat, she knew right away which one for me and quickly replaced the old one- all with an excellent attitude and customer service. She is a Rock Star!

My elderly father went in a few days ago. Clerk was not willing to look up information on the internet for him to confirm he was buying the right item. What happened to customer service?

Arrived looking for a quart of transmission fluid. Immediately warmly greeted upon entry and escorted to the correct location of the items by the helpful staff members. I experienced fantastic customer service by the caring and attentive staff.

Poor costumer service. I asked for windshield wipers. The lady wouldn't come out behind the counter to help me pick some. If I went to Walmart they would of picked them out foe me. The lady was lazy and acted as if I was bothering her

3 times I've gone here for fuel hose. 3 times they were out and I obtained the hose at the Napa near Home Depot. The warehouse is keeping them understocked on fundamental repair items. I've ordered items in the past - the store is slow to receive the items. You are better off ordering from the internet or going to Napa. I moved from Tijeras, NM. The O'Reilly there was entirely different. The fault lies directly with the district manager, not the employees of this store. It pains me to post this.

Very helpful. We purchased a brake light It became a bigger problem to change then My husband expected. My husband went back in for advice and an employee came out and changed our light for us!

Pulled up on this store at 7:55 p.m. and needed a simple headlight this employee stated they were closed and I said it was five minutes I knew exactly what I needed. He rudley stated again we are closed like I was wrong on the time. As I snapped a pic of him he walked away and left me which incidentally I was later pulled over for the headlight scaring my children with blue and reds. Not a happy camper.

Cool and helpful place. Sometimes they have deals that match Amazon prices. Checkout line is still inconvenient like most Oreilley’s, especially when it gets busy.

I bought some MAF sensor cleaner this morning and had unplugged the battery. We ran into complications further down the road with our RV braking system due to the battery disconnect and stopped here. I explained that I just needed a plug reset under the dash where I couldn't reach. He came right out and did it. He didn't have to do this, he could have denied my request but he didn't. I am sending a huge thanks to O'Reilly for hiring quality people and an even bigger thanks to the gentleman that helped us get back on the road!! I'll always use O'Reilly autoparts.

Of all the many years I've been doing business with Checkers then now O'Reilly's. Always quality parts and good service. A big shout out and kudos to Brian at the Catalina store in Arizona!

The employees at this store really know what they are doing. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and I always leave feeling good about my purchase. It's not easy for me to trust places like this will give me honest information, but I have done my homework and am impressed by their honesty!This store in Catalina gets 5 stars from me. Thank you!

This O'Reilley is always clean and the staff is friendly and very helpful. (Except a lady who refused to read my engine light, a long time ago.) Joe was super-cool today, though.

Staff at the Catalina location are friendly and helpful. I like the fact that I can see online what's in stock in the store, so I don't waste a trip looking for something that's sold out. O'Reilly is my go-to place, and I can't even remember the last time I bought auto parts anywhere else.

I bought a set of windshield wiper blades for $40.00. One of my residents works there and even put the new set on for me. Nice store with helpful and knowledgeable people. However, please remember that they sell auto parts and accessories and they are NOT experienced mechanics. Thanks Max for your help that day.

Always a great place, if it's busy plan on waiting in line a while, the staff is great there and they never hurry you, and that takes a while. Always top notch service, never an issue with returns, or warranty stuff. Good place to go.

I believe this place has just about everything you need for your car. If you can't find it in the store, ask them to look online through there Auto Parts online system. there you should be able to find your part and they will order it for you. They have free engine check light service but not a garage to fix the problem.. they can however replace your windshield wipers for you after you've purchased a pair. Hope this was helpful ~Enjoy!~
