Pat was awesome he was so quick! originally i had an 1hr ETA but he arrived in 10 mins and he noticed my tie rod was snapped, i was stuck in an ATM drive thru and he got me out easy & got me towed home in time for me to still get to work! great work ethic and was so helpful!

Pat was very nice and cheered me up so the drive to the dealership wasn't so awful... didn't start the best was quoted an hour and didn't get an update so I called the company and Julie (or Julia???) The manager was actually extremely rude so I don't recommend speaking with her since she tried to cancel my tow four times and then hang up, my insurance got involved and she tried to cancel me again. Pat my driver was the only decent part the rest of the experience was awful... took over 2 hours to get my car picked up.

The driver John was absolutely amazing, friendly, careful with my vehicle, and explained everything clearly. Service was fast and reliable. Joseph did a pretty amazing job towing my car to the repair shop. Because of broken serpentine belt, my car was disabled and Joseph patiently handled the situation and towed the car without any damage throughout. He was very friendly from the start towards the end.

On 9/3 between 6-6:30am I was run off the road by truck #28 heading westbound on the south 202. The driver decided to get on the freeway and cross over to the farthest lane and then slam on his breaks. In doing so I was forced to slam on my breaks and divert into the shoulder/rocks of the freeway to avoid hitting the truck. Furious, I went around him. To which he then decided to battle to get in front of me, and then proceed to the HOV lane for about 10+ miles as a single driver. I have video of the driver and the truck numbers, USDOT #s etc.
I was pretty pissed off so naturally I hoked and flipped him off. It was very smart of him to follow me yelling and flipping me back off repeatedly in a company truck for everyone around to see.
Horrible Company I ordered a 360 tow truck rotator to load a forklift, and there driver arrived and does not know how to operate the 360 rotator tow truck instead of picking it up and loading he decides to build a bridge at $350 in hour for 4 hours to winch it, witch I could of done that with much smaller and cheaper tow truck and my bill from coming out to $700 became $1600 there a big scam in this industry. (IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO USE THIS MACHINE DONT TOUCH IT). Customer service very unprofessional did not provide me with receipt. Did not call me and say that it’s taking them longer in it will cost more just a big scam fraud.

Raoul was awesome. I lost my keys and was in a parking garage with a low ceiling so other tow companies couldn't help. My car was locked and I couldn't get it in neutral, but Raoul got it out of the garage and to the shop easily with no damage. Very professional service.

The individual that helped was awesome. But don’t dare dispute charges that are almost doubled what the quote was. You’ll have a tow truck and threat to impound your truck ( with someone in it - good luck ) if you even have any questions . Ms Lora the explorer. Needs to calm her lil self down
Professional Towing & Recovery LLC has an employee by the name of Eric who went above and beyond the call of duty. Eric called me soon after my company put in a call for a tow. He called to update me on his estimated time of arrival. When he arrived, he hooked up to my set of trucks with care and expertise. He did mention that he has been doing this line of work for 38 yrs. I will definitely be using and referring professional towing for all towing needs. Great job, great attitude, and a great asset to the company.
Had a crank position sensor/cam position sensor/fuel pump go out while cruising and Houston came and helped me out. I could tell he's a fellow car guy and he took good care of Apollo. All in all, couldn't recommend these guys more highly!!
Dispatch said it’d be about 45 minutes but Cedric arrived within 20! He was very careful with my precious car and took his time loading and unloading the vehicle. Excellent customer service! Thanks for coming to my rescue! Would definitely use them again!
Been towed twice to my mechanic and was treated respectfully and they did their job professionally. They treated me and my vehicle with respect and care and made sure everything was safe. This is my preferred towing company when I need a tow. I 100% recommend to anyone
