35 to 60 minutes quoted, so I scheduled the towing. After almost 2 hours I finally had to call to check on the driver. Dispatch claimed the driver was in an accident… how convenient that they didn’t call me. Now it’s another 35 minutes… that would have been 15 minutes ago.
This place is shit.
This is not the angle we want to see our cars. On my worst day of the month MIKE made the process quick and painless, keeping me informed along the way. He paid special attention to protect my transmission as I could not enter my SUV to put it in nuetral. I would definitely recommend Quick Towing!

Let me tell you how Quick Towing pulled a full-on SCAM HEIST on me in broad daylight right here in Phoenix, AZ.
I was parked legally, waiting for a friend. GONE FOR ONLY 11 MINUTES.
When I came back… MY CAR WAS GONE. No warning. No note. No call. Just tow-and-go robbery by these legal scammers.
I called their number and got the most smug, cold, disrespectful response ever. They made it sound like this is their daily hustle. Because it IS.
They don’t serve the public — they hunt cars for cash.
This isn’t towing. This is predatory extortion with a truck.
I had to PAY to get my own car back.
I had to BEG for basic info.
I was treated like garbage for being a victim.
These people are BOGUS.
QUICK TOWING = QUICK SCAM.
QUICK TOWING = THEFT WITH PAPERWORK.
NEVER USE THEM. Warn your friends, family, and neighbors. They’re out here robbing Arizona drivers in plain sight.

Michael was truly awesome we needed a tow and were stuck at a gas station. He arrived in about 20 minutes just like he said and when he got there our car would not go into nuetral and we could not get it on the truck. He did not leave us and stayed until we figured out how to get it on the tow truck which was a couple hours. Thanks Michael we will definitely use you again if needed.
Amazing service! I was stuck in. A very remote location and he was there within 35 minutes, he may as well have been in the neighborhood. I was so happy and pleased especially because it was getting dark as well. He handled my vehicle with the utmost respect and took 2 hours to carefully load it and ensure no further damage occurred. I’ve used these guys a few times and I will always call them if I need a tow. Mike was our last. Came out when my wife’s Tesla got a flat on the freeway. Really cool guy, knowledgeable, funny, just a pleasure to deal with. The company has fair prices, are super responsive and quick, just all-around great service.
I had a very disappointing experience with Quick Tow. I waited for 4 ½ hours, expecting my task to be completed efficiently. Unfortunately, after all that time, the task was still not completed. This lack of respect for my time is unacceptable. Clear communication and timely service are essential, and I did not experience either. I hope they take steps to improve their scheduling and customer service in the future.

Managed to fix the problem before the tow guy arrived and called to cancel. Called me back to confirm the cancellation. Then called me again to try and claim a cancellation fee that was not mentioned at any point and after trying to find out where this is coming from I just tell the guy to meet me at the location to talk about it. Guy turns back and goes back to the station. Then, after blocking the number, they circumvent it and blow up my phone with a restricted number and threw swears, insults and threats at me then asked for double the amount of the supposed cancelation charge which was more than the original price of the call in the first place. Threatened me that if I didn't pay that amount that night then "tomorrow we will see." Completely unprofessional and clear extortion attempt. Do not work with these people.
Fast and friendly service, great drivers smooth and easy. Was told 1 hr wait, they arrived in 35 maybe 40 minutes later. Glad to get a few business cards from them.
Came out of work yesterday afternoon to a car that to wouldn't turn over. I called AAA for what I assume was a needed tow. They kept texting me that one of their trucks would be there in 30 minutes. After numerous texts and calls to them, four hours later, they finally decided to call in Quick Towing. These guys were at my office within 30 minutes of that call. I assume the two gentlemen that arrived were Harun and Obaid. They diagnosed the problem. surmised it was my battery, jumped it and offered to follow me down the 101 for my piece of mind (I work in Scottsdale and have a one way, 22 mile commute). This company is 100% top notch service! I cannot thank them enough for their promptness, professionalism and above all else, their kindness!

Unfortunately I can no longer change a tire myself. Because I live far from the city it's difficult for my roadside assistance to find a company to drive out to change the tire. Quick Towing took the job and drove out. I didn't have to wait any longer than the drive time for the man to come to where my car was. The man's name is Sam. He is very kind, patient and was very careful with my car. He's a real asset to Quick Towing. Thank you Sam for helping me.
My car broke down at a business the Friday of Memorial weekend. Due to the holiday weekend, my mechanic was gone until Tuesday and I didn't have the money until the following Tuesday. The business told me it would be ok to leave my car there until that day. On Tuesday I called the business and they told me that my vehicle had been towed by Quick towing. Well, when I called Quick towing they told me it was going to be $1000 to get out which I didn't have. So, we went to meet John at a business to sign over the title he noticed my friend had heart surgery by her scar on her chest. He took the transfer of title paperwork and proceeded to tear it up and let us get the car back at no cost.
I know that towing companies get a bad wrap, but John and Quick towing went above and beyond by not keeping my car.
I would recommend these guy's to anyone who gets stranded and needs a tow.

John and the other crew members that work there were so generous and so helpful. Our truck had been towed while we were on the streets, along with health issues. Initially, it had cost $1000 to get out of the towing yard, but after we mentioned our situation, he immediately tore up the paperwork in front of us and told us that he wanted to help us however he could and to not worry about the cost, just make sure that we get it fixed and bring it to a safe place once we’re out of the hospital. They are honestly so amazing, could not ask for better people to help us
Best damn towing company in the Valley! Had a blow out on my car and they helped me out right away. Dispatcher and owner were very kind and gave me updates the whole way throughout the transportation. Highly recommend will definitely use again if I have to! Thank you again

When my roadside assistance towing left me stranded for over 5 hours I gave up and called these gentleman. They were at my vehicle in 20 min and did a wonderful job towing my truck to the dealership! Would def recommend for all towing needs!!!!
Called them up and got a price to move my truck 5.5 miles. Told them that the rear axel was locked up and that the truck needed to be lifted from the rear. Not a hard concept to relay to the driver. However when the driver arrived he said he wasn't told that and it would be more expensive. Now when the driver starts throwing out numbers almost double my quoted price I started getting the idea of whats was going on. They messed up and wanted to charge me more as i was in need. Seems like this tow company is just out to rip people off.
Car wheel fell off while driving. 5 no exaggeration 5 tow companies were sent out from my insurance provider and none could get my car onto the tow or they sent the wrong truck. Quick towing finally got dispatched. They spent 2hrs of their own unpaid time on the phone making sure everything would be in place for me to have no further issues. They gotta my car out of my sister’s garage in 30 mins max. They took my car to their yard because they did not just want to drop it at the body shop after hours. They didn’t want my car to be damaged. This is easily one of the best experiences i have ever had not only with a tow company but a company period
Please listen to me: CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!!! I have no idea how these guys are rated so well. I suspect family and friends are writing fake reviews. My experience with them was completely unprofessional, from the call to service. I called these guys for a tow as my husband and I could not get my car to jump start. I needed a tow from my house in Peoria to the Hyundai dealership in Surprise and they were charging me $160. They wanted to charge me an extra 3% to use my credit card to pay but would also accept Zelle or cash, which I thought was weird for such a "professional" looking company with so many good reviews. I reluctantly agreed to the amount and the driver took about 45 mins to get to my house which was the estimate from the operator. As I was waiting for the driver, the operator called me back and started hounding me asking if I called the dealership to let them know they were coming, even though he just left. She was incredibly rude during both calls, very unprofessional.
Once the driver arrived he tried to jump my car once more and actually got it to start. We were relieved and figured since he only had to drive one way and not even load the car the price would be reduced. We were wrong. Immediately after our car started he said "how do you want to pay me". We asked that since we no longer needed him to tow to the shop we would be more than happy to pay at least half the original cost or whatever the cost was for a jump start. He rudely refused and argued profusely saying we had to pay the full amount because he was going to follow us to the dealership which we did not request. He arrogantly stated he was "saving us money" because we somehow didn't have to pay for a diagnostic test which is completely not true. He was incredibly rude and talking angrily, so to diffuse the situation (which our three year old was witnessing) we paid him.
I'm completely furious I let this sad person bully us into paying the full amount when he did not perform the agreed upon services. This company is only out to take your money and could care less about their customers. Complete rip off, horrible people.

Harun Amini was a life saver when he picked up my towing request from my insurance company at 3 am in the morning. I had 4 kids with me and we were stranded 30 miles away from home near the desert. Not only did he tow my vehicle, he also tried to help get me a Lyft back to my house and tried to jump the battery numerous times before resorting to the tow as the last option. In all it was about a 5-6 hour job and he wasn't even working tow that day, he was on dispatch and came out of compassion for the situation. I hope I don't ever have a situation where I need a tow again, but if I do I would only want to call Quick Tow AZ. Thanks!!!
