I had my RV serviced there several times with pleasant outcomes when they got them fixed right at once. They have parts readily available for shopping what i needed.
When I expressed something they serviced, they corrected the problem right away! That is the reputable RV service in our area without any problem within reasonable time frame so i can start my journey!
The repairs took almost a week longer than was originally stated. There was no calls. I had to contact them.
They replaced an exterior window seal instead of the interior one that was obviously visible and hanging down. Rest of repairs were properly completed.
I had to take the trailer back for the missed repair. They are taking care of it at no charge.
Next time will request a walk through before and after repairs.
Staff was very professional, courteous and respectful. Susan is definitely a team asset.

We took our trailer here for repairs. The trailer was burnt because of a fire. Kelli Jo was phenomenal she was always available for questions and she got back to us ASAP with any questions. The whole experience was amazing. Thank you Kelli Jo you are one of a kind. Her husband put a decal to cover up the burnt area it was spectacular.
I had a list of things to fix.Ac replaced, whole suspension redone, new awning fabric, shower repair, converter replaced, batteries replaced.Dave, the tech who worked on it, explained everything to me and offered his advice on some repairs which I took. Dave did a great job. They have a great store/ repair shop will always use them and recommend them.
Normally id let things slide, blame it on the heat but i needed a question answered by state trailer. I called today before noon to get some information to fix one of my trailers and the Woman in the service department was highly unprofessional. I explained to her that i could not take the trailer in because i have NO breaks or break lights and that is what i needed a quote for. well how are you going to get it here? i said that i just need a quote and i could get the measure--.... mid sentence She hung up on me. Wow um okay that was lovely i suppose? What is that ? I'm always sending people to state trailer on 83 like its never been a problem. i figured okay i need something major done so why not go to them. Until Today, Mind you Not any time in this conversation did I disrespect this woman in any way shape or form (and i hope the call was recorded should corporate want to verify) . That is not how you treat customers. If you cant take the time to actively listen to what the customers is trying to get done then you lose business. If its something the company cannot accommodate then kindly make that known to the customer. Being rude by hanging up as if were wasting your time by calling and asking legitimate questions is just bad for business. I'll kindly go elsewhere and recommend my wintering friends to do the same.
I've been using state for years not only for repairs but for other necessities like propane. The staff is always friendly and professional and always have the answer that I am looking for.
I took my RV in for some repairs and a roof inspection. The roof needed to be resealed and I agreed to the quoted price. When I went to pick it up, the bill was considerably less because the tech got done in less time. I was shocked, they could have easily just charged what they quoted but they gave me a break. This kind of honesty is rare these days, can't recommend them enough.
Had a small propane leak somewhere I already had regulator replaced by a mobile rv repair.
State got me in fairly quick.
They couldn’t duplicate the leak inside my RV but found the new regulator had a small leak and found the ignitor for the furnace was faulty.
Very reasonable price for all the time they spent trouble shooting and repairs.

Needed lower storage floor rebuilt on 5th Wheel due to water damage. Have been doing business with State RV in Peoria for several years on maintenance needs. They fixed the storage floor. Result is a very professional job that I’m sure will last for years. I’ll continue to use State RV for all my RV maintenance and repair needs, Very satisfied!

My friend recently needed a new toilet and we accidentally ended up here. Not only was the lady whom we spoke to on the phone excellent, when we got there to our surprise it’s a huge store! Not only were there prices significantly better, the customer service was top of the line! They were so helpful and kind. Will be sending everyone we know to this store! Even though I came with manufacturers' drawings, I couldn't even get a quote on an install on my RV without bringing my vehicle in. A basic quote for the parts and labor is all I was looking for but the lady treated me like I'm stupid, so I'd assume they'd take advantage of me if I got service done here.
No point in driving 30 minutes across town with your vehicle if that's how they treat you. Definitely lost my business. The dump station is permanently closed, propane is overpriced, most products are marked up higher than other stores. It feels like a business that's on the verge of bankruptcy. Probably because they turn away potential leads instead of giving them any information.
There are great people working here and there are some rude employees working here. It really depends on who helps you. I had an issue with my trailer tire today, and I initially got the wrong sized rim. When I went to exchange it, the assistant manager refused to accept it because I had put a tire on it. I’m not irritated with them not taking it back. I’m irritated with the tone the assistant manager gave me about it, which was completely unwarranted. I spend thousands here filling up the propane in my food truck every week, and 99% of the time I have good interactions here. I’ll have to keep shopping here out of necessity, but that doesn’t mean I’m always going to be happy about it. Just remember that if someone is shopping for parts in your store, they’re probably dealing with an issue, and being rude does not help the situation.
I have always found staff at State Trailer very service oriented and approachable. However, I recently needed a new house battery. The service dept transferred me to parts and I discussed what I needed. He told me they use Interstae batteries and asked the number on it. I told him I needed a 27 and he quoted me a price of $349.00 I made the appt and had it replaced. I went to the cashier with the paper work and realized after paying that they had replaced it with a 24 battery. I took it to the service desk and her reply was that yes it was a 24. She offered no resolution or rationale. The parts dept was very busy so I went home and called the parts dept. His response was that it is in the group as a 27 and it would be fine. It still leaves an uneasiness with me that someone decided to change what I had requested without my input and charged me the original price that I was quoted. I will not be returning for service or products there and will be discussing it at the RV Club. I certainly was not provided respect or service by someone changing the order without my input.
11/7/24. This last week I spoke to the manager who was very receptive and understanding of my situation. He offered to have the 27 battery put in with the 24 being removed at no charge. They were very thoughtful when I took the motorhome in and to have the replacement complete. The kind service manager sought me out and discussed the situations as well. After the swift and thoughtful resolution of this matter I feel there service is even better because they do respect and listen to customers!
I just met Alexis and she did a wonderful job on helping me find a piece that wasn't there but she found it on her phone when I couldn't find it on my phone. Not happy with experience I had with State Trailer. We rent our C lass motorhomes on a Rental Platform my wife and I had work done on our first Rig after finding this shop and they did great work on the issue we had. We had our family taking our other Rig out for a trip so we brought it to State Trailer since they did work on our other Rig for their 40+ point inspection after keeping it for 5 days we received our Inspection checklist which in the tech notes stated FRONT TIRE IS WEARING AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. My wife and I then went to tire shop and replaced both front tires that day. Now it gets interesting! During their trip , my family members contacted me in a panic stating that both back passenger tires blew out which could have caused a SERIOUS or FATAL accident!! At that point I contacted service advisor at State Trailer who checked with Technician that performed inspection, she contacted me back and stated that they do not inspect tires and the Tech did it out of courtesy. This is clearly a lie as it is stated on both their Service Brochure and their Inspection Checklist (this was also checked off on the list by Tech that Tires were inspected and also his notes). After speaking with GM, he stated to me that tires are not part of their inspections, which was another lie told to me. We were willing to work with them as we had another appointment for our other Rig for the same inspection service. He stated that since we weren't established customer, that there was nothing he could do for us.

This was my second experience with State Trailer Service Department. I am satisfied with the work performed. The shop is clean and organized. My technician was AJ both times He seems very knowledgeable and his workmanship is very good. I am a satisfied customer.
I had the best experience here! 545 pm on a Wednesday, and I needed a toilet valve for a camper 100 miles away by Thursday! The ladies on the floor and in parts were amazing! They helped me locate the right valve based on a grainy picture I took. The price was great, and I was able to fix the busted valve with no problems! They even offered help via text or phone call if I needed it! This is my new fo to for RV parts! Thank you!

State Trailer saved our camping trip. My RV guy that I had scheduled over a month ago fell through and I was leaving in two weeks for our yearly camp trip to Showlow. I called a few places and all were booked a month out. I saw the great reviews and called State trailer. Same issue booked a month out. Kelli new over the phone I was in a tough spot and said" let me see what I can do". She asked me what I needed and would call me back to see if she could fit me in. She called and got me in within a week and had my trailer for 4 days. The price was very reasonable and happy Kelli saved the day. Greg was very up front on repair prices and inspection. We arrived late May, 2022, in Phoenix on a work trip with our two main roof ACs on the blink. One was locking up and needed to be replaced. The second needed a fan motor. I had not been able to find parts any where.
Mark in parts was confident he could source the correct AC and fan motor. He did get the right fan motor, but the AC was incorrect. He and AJ, the service tech figured a work around. I had to purchase two new control units and a new thermostat so that everything could communicate, but they got it going.
I appreciate the effort to get cool air going in our bus in Phoenix! AJ was terrific!
Kelly in service was super great. She worked us into the schedule in 48 hours rather than 6-8 weeks and we appreciate that very much.
The replacement and repairs were expensive, but we have cold air.
Nice clean place, and its huge inside. They had everything I needed and the guys at the parts counter were super helpful. It's so clean it looks brand new inside I asked the guy helping me if they just opened he told me they have been open for almost 5 years. I will continue to buy my parts from here.
