  This is a quality shop. I went in, looking for a long-shot part. They didn't have it, but the guy helping me not only took the time to look it up and see who did have it, he also called a rival company's store to make sure it was in stock and sent me there to get it. This meant a great deal to me, as my husband was on the side of the road, waiting for the part on a hot day in June. I will absolutely return when I need auto parts and really appreciate the customer service provided. Great staff!

  I keep forgetting they are close to home, I drive by a 100 times. Thank goodness I stopped today, I needed LED license plate lights, they were able to order them and I can pickup in 2 hours. Thank you no one else has them.

  I walk in November 18-2020. I was try to buy wheel bearing, for my trailer, I walk in there was no costmer, two behind counter had the wheel bearing and show the guy what I needed there # on the parts didn't even look, right a away he said he don't have time to look at the parts or cross # them, told me where to go, to a trailer store they have them there, he said he to busy answering phone, I look at him, no costumes, and no phone ringing. I was piss, I ended up paying more on parts because, he didn't want to do his job..thats why I went there, to save. NOT GOOD COSTUMER SERVICE,

  I thought the guys in auto parts stores should steer you in the right direction. It wasn't the case in my instance. Ends up returning the part for a full refund. My time and my travel was wasted.

  Very rude. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. I went here to price a part. There were people sitting down talking. I am unsure if they were customers or not. There was one lady helping someone. Two men were behind the desk. I stood there in the middle of the floor. No one acknowledged me. One of the two men answered two phone calls. Still no acknowledgement. Once the lady was fiished helping someone she asked if I were waiting on an ordered part. I told her no. I am waiting on someone to acknowledge the fact that I am here and assistance is needed. She said she could help me. She then directed me to the 2nd guy behind the counter who initialy wasn't on the phone and then got on it once I walked to him.Yet he still didn't mouth "one second please" or anything until he completed his conversation. I continued to wait for about 6-7 more minutes before actually receiving a price quote. I felt totally unwelcomed and unwanted at this location. Will not return and hope other's take their lack of customer service and simple mannerisms into deep consideration.

  Found this place after Auto Zone and O'Reilly couldn't give me the right brake pads for a Mazdaspeed 3 - they had the right ones and even had them ready behind the counter when I arrived to pick them up. Since then I've always found them knowledgeable and ready to discuss options where available for parts, and I've never had to wait long for service - really helpful guys.
