Fergie and his crew are wonderful. Each time I've gone they've made sure I had the correct parts. They can range in price due to part, but I've never spent more than $130 which is excellent because I certainly can't afford to pay $300 or more for new parts. They even have held the part for me till I could come and get it, even days after.
Fergie is extremely rude over the phone. It sounds like he is overworked since he repeatedly mentions that he has six phone lines to answer. I didn't get a chance to do business with this place because I couldn't deal with the rude customer service attitude.
Terrible experience on the phone. Very rude. The website says best prices, but on the phone he said if you can’t afford us go somewhere else. A lot of better places to get parts in the valley. Other places are negotiable as well and will work with you. They do not. Don’t waste your time here
