I got the part, but dealing with this company was a nightmare. They know they’re the only ones with hard to find Workhorse parts, and they use it against you. First off, the only person you can speak to is Carlos, and he acts like he’s doing you a huge favor by answering the phone. He is the least helpful person in a parts house I’ve ever dealt with, and I’ve been doing mechanical work for 40 years. He withholds Information, acts like he doesn’t understand what you’re talking about, and is basically verbally abusive and refuses to let anyone else speak to the customer. After I finally got my part identified there I asked for expedited shipping. I was told it would be ground or air only. Checking with UPS I confirmed there was a three day expedited service available, so I called back and had to convince Carlos it existed. When I ultimately paid $90 to have the tiny part shipped to Washington they didn’t do it the first day, the second day, or the third. Then I get an email saying they were doing me a favor and sending it out overnight air, but of course that wasn’t a favor, because they had failed to ship it for three days in a row. This company clearly has some organizational issues, but the biggest problem they have is having Carlos on the phone. I hope I never have to deal with him again.
awhile back I ordered a used Precisiontemp twintemp water heater from yall. we have some shipping issues that worked out, BUT, I have install the unit and it is working great. Thank you for having maybe the only unit left in the free world...haha, I did have to replace the main power switch but had one on old unit. Again, thank you and your team for dealing with a grouchy old man. I will be scanning your parts listing looking for any other items needing upgrading in our RV.

Had my RV breakdown recently and roadside assistance tried to send me into a rather sketchy situation. Thankfully, the tow driver suggested RV Yard for my older class A. Dropped it off at night.
First thing in morning I was contacted saying they were already working on it and “We will get you taken care of”.
Hard to find parts are not such a pain as they also do RV recycling. The showroom is a candy store of hard-to-find items. If it’s not there, they probably know where to source it.
Got me back on the road at a fair price and even gave me some great advice on a pesky electrical issue I could fix myself. If you’re anywhere near Glendale, AZ and need your RV serviced TAKE IT TO RV YARD!!! You’ll be glad you did.
I had an absolute emergency and RV Yard were absolutely amazing. I needed a rare part while traveling around America in my RV and they had it. On the phone they were very professional, courteous, and amendable to my particular needs. I very much appreciate Carlos who was on the phone with me and helped navigate the situation. Friendly business and they do have a good amount of products. The business was running only fans inside so, of course, proceed with caution on the 100+ degree summer days.
I have rebuilt RVs on and off for years. Appliances, interiors and running gear. Bought 2 AC units on marketplace. Installed both but neither worked. I stopped by RV salvage and located a refurbished roof unit. Got it on the roof and COLD AIR finally. This makes my last refurbished Class A almost ready. Staff and Techs were awesome! Definitely my new go to parts place. They stock everything! Great service, excellent staff. Thanks again.
They found me a super hard find part in one day. I just emailed the picture to them and they sent me a picture of what they had and the deal was done a long distance even which is a real diamond in the gem type of find I bet this part doesn’t exist anywhere else in Arizona, or it’s on some rotting camper somewhere and I would never have been able to get it. Of course they don’t sell it as a new part anywhere anymore. These junkyards are something that we really need to keep around even though we’ve got eBay even though we’ve got Amazon there’s no replacing or digitizing a junkyard. A happy camper from Arizona. And the price is extremely reasonable, they’re not robbing me because they know how hard it is for me to get this part. And this part is a safety feature for my camper so it’s super important to me. Couldn’t be happier.
Spent 5 1/2 weeks in arizona on our 10 month trip. There is alot to see & do. Rv was getting a new engine. A little miscommunication in the beginning, causing us to motel for 2 weeks before work began. So happy to have "shureley" back on the road. Thank you so much for all your hard work, going above & beyond to make sure we were happy. Doubt we'll be back, but will recommend you! I was Disappointed after spending 5 minutes here.. On the UPSIDE, this place is great for finding old used parts for old, old RVs at unbeatable high prices...
Downside is, If your rig is less than 30yrs old, you will be wasting your time to go here.
a simple phone call is enough to find out they dont have what you need... but really nice people!
I emailed them beginning in Sept, got an immediate response, I was looking for an amber colored light cover for one of our clearance/ running lights on our motor home. They requested pictures of the existing one so they could make sure they had a match, I sent pictures immediately and they replied saying they had it in stock, $15 +S&H. I asked how to get payment to them and got crickets back. I them called them in October and was told by the man on the phone that when someone from the tech dept got in he would have them answer my email, crickets again, I have sent no less that 8-10 emails since then, nothing, called again yesterday and was told by the man on the phone (after he placed me on hold) that he had gone to the tech dept and they were right at that moment answering my email, lol yeah right no, 24 hours later still nothing. Really, is this how you do business ?

I'm glad I read the reviews. I Called them & they were short & told me to hold. I guy with a Hispanic accent comes on with the same story I read in the reviews, email the the measurement because they have the sizes on file. But I read from one guy on the reviews that its a stack of windows you have to go through. I asked if I could just go down & look he says its better to email them. Same story from another guy on reviews. I say okay, what's your name.... hesitation then uh Bruce. HAHAHA a Hispanic guy with a name Bruce. LOL, I'm still laughing.... The one star is for cracking me up today.... (Reply.....) I always ck out a business or website on the reviews. The list of 1 star reviews all are pretty much the same, I'm positive they didn't call each other to write similar negative reviews. Also if you don't know a Hispanic accent when you hear one & your from southern Arizona then maybe you should listen more, especially to the complaints your getting instead of justifying the problems in every review with your business. Other business's have the decency to say they are sorry & ask the customer how they can make it right. In all the reviews you never apologize & it's never your fault. And when I asked whoever the guy was, his name, he stutters & then says uhhhh, Bruce. Everyone else I have ever asked what their name is, they immediately answer, they don't have to think about it. So I figured if I went there & I asked for Bruce who ever he was, would probably say sorry I didn't talk to you or no one named Bruce works here. I've been around enough to know your games that's why I ck'd your people out by calling first, then the reviews & now I know I wouldn't waste my time with your business, because the customer doesn't come first with your business. First time using RV yard, needed a few parts that are no longer manufactured and they had what I needed! The order process is handled through email, and PayPal which is little unconventional, but it works. I appreciate the large selection of parts and the ability to get what I need. I found their customer service to be excellent! I received my parts quickly after paying the invoice. They were packaged very well since they were fragile. I’m very pleased!
Great experience, very helpful people. They had exactly what I needed at a price I could afford. 1/3 the cost of new.
I had to replace my a/c unit. They had the exact replacement making it easy to switch out units. Bought and installed yesterday. So far, everything is working great.

Got their info from another RV parts supplier, made a call and bingo I am placing an order. Can’t recommend them high enough! My RV is 20 years old and they had both parts I needed!

The reason they say all sales are final is because they send BROKEN parts and blame it on UPS. I spent over 200$ on broken parts. They will not refund you they will not care about you or the rv.
They are very rude on the phone and very short on their email replies.

Wow! Went in to find a set of steps. When a gentleman finally decided to talk to us, he said he couldn't help, while we were explaining we needed a set of steps. He advised us to go out to the yard to look for a set on their RVs. If we found any, we should take pictures and bring back to show him. Then it would take 4 days to remove.
OK, so we did. Found 3 different sets that would fit our rig. We go back to talk to same gentleman, NOW he says they won't sell them because "they might use them for something else."
Why would you send us out to look for them??
They hoard parts and don't seem interested in selling, customer service is non-existent.
We wouldn't mind self serve, but when you do, they don't want to sell.
What a waste of time. Glad we're local and didn't come from miles away for nothing.
My bad hip rated the first time..,:-) These folks are Fantastic.. our workhorse engine A/C stopped blowing cold air (hot) and they figured out what was wrong, allowed us to stay in their secured location so the can get the parts replaced.. they have been so nice, welcoming, helpful willing to go that extra step to make sure their customers are satisfied.. Good place to pick up some older parts for our coach that aren't produce any longer.. Right place, right prices.. GREAT..!!!! Dennis ran through some test and worked on it during a hot day..what a great mechinec..The Bosses, can't say enough nice things on how they've been accommidating.. Thank You..
