AZ RV SALVAGE JunkYard in Glendale (AZ)

They have had my payment for over a week now and they still have not sent out my part which is a small switch which they have in hand. Called and asked why it has not been sent out yet and they don't know. Sooo, today being Martin luther King day I will give them till tomorrow to email me a tracking number confirming it has been sent and if not then I will contact my bank to cancel payment. All these bad reviews is a bit disconcerting. I will update this review with the results. Update: 1-30-24. After requesting tracking info several times and never got but was charged for 3 day delivery and being over 2 weeks I canceled payment on my card. 2 days later I received the part which does not work. Talked with card company and they said the law says I have to pay them which I did. For an item that does not work. There is other places to find what you need, save yourself the hassle of being ripped off and trying to get them to be honest. I don't care who is a veteran I am a veteran it does not mean someone is an angel. Actions speak louder than words most the time but for this time heed these words. These people are shisters. Update:2/8/24. Then why didn't you provide shipping info which was requested a number of times? Again you had my money 2 weeks before it was shipped. End of story.

I was looking for a furnace cover for my 2005 Weekend Warrior Toyhauler. Customer service was great, After forwarding pictures and dimensions via email, they responded the next morning letting me know they had it in stock. No other RV salvage yard in the southwest had this particular cover, and was discontinued from manufacturing. The process was simple and professional. Would recommend to anyone looking for used RV parts.

Didn't have what we needed. Staff was very short and it felt like we were bothering them to even ask about anything. If you are looking for an obscure old part or if you are dying to replace your furniture with some old RV furniture they may have just what you need.

Awesome selection of extremely hard-to-find parts. They may not have everything, but they have a full warehouse of replacement stuff that you can't find anywhere anymore including a ton of salvage stuff in the yard they can pull for you if you know exactly what you're looking for. The staff and especially owner Brian are super knowledgeable and helped get us into a refurbished Onan Cummins diesel generator upgrade that even connected to our existing diesel gas tank. Also bought a pair of new fridges, AC's and heaters from them for a couple of our other RV builds as well. Highly recommend checking them out!

I would like to commend the RV YARD for great service especially JOSE for taking personal interest in what parts i needed and his quick response to obtain them great service as always each and every time I have dealt with them. they are the GO TO PLACE. Thank you CLIFF

PLEASE IF YOU ARE READING THIS, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Zero stars. The reason they say all sales are final is because they send BROKEN parts and blame it on UPS. I spent over 200$ on broken parts. They will not refund you they will not care about you or the rv. They are very rude on the phone and very short on their email replies. Please do not buy from here

Great people to work with its been months they have been looking for a part for me and they never gave up. They work hard to help. Would recommend them for any RV or RV chassis needs you have.

Took money from my account never sent the product stated that they were shipping costs, but never did say what those costs were. Update; Mira beware this company is a bunch of frauds they take your money and you get no product. They told me now after paying $22 plus free shipping of a product that is one by one by 4 inches and weighs less than a pound they will not ship it Until I remove this review so now they stole my money and are holding the park hostage. I will be turning them into the Better Business Bureau. I will call my bank and do whatever I have to. I recommend no one try to buy parts from these people how they think it’s legal to hold my part when it’s my first amendment right to speak my mind on the truth, they can’t deny what they’ve done and what they are doing a repeat!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

Easy to find and the staff were very helpful. We emailed ahead and they had the parts waiting for us.

Zero stars. Don't waste your time with these clowns. I had an RV refrigerator that I wanted to get rid of. I called them on the phone, and was told that they do take fridges and could look at it. Their "tech" was only there until 2:00 PM. I took time off work and drove 45 minutes across town to get there before he left. When I arrived, the tech came out of his office and poked his head out the front door, never even stepped across the threshold and then went back to his office. He never said a word to me or even acknowledged my presence, and then told the other guy to tell me they weren't interested. He couldn't even see where I was parked, much less the fridge in the back of my SUV! They could've just told me they weren't interested on the phone and saved me the time and the money. Rude and useless. They will never get another dime of my money!

Wow! Went in to find a set of steps. When a gentleman finally decided to talk to us, he said he couldn't help, while we were explaining we needed a set of steps. He advised us to go out to the yard to look for a set on their RVs. If we found any, we should take pictures and bring back to show him. Then it would take 4 days to remove. OK, so we did. Found 3 different sets that would fit our rig. We go back to talk to same gentleman, NOW he says they won't sell them because "they might use them for something else." Why would you send us out to look for them?? They hoard parts and don't seem interested in selling, customer service is non-existent. We wouldn't mind self serve, but when you do, they don't want to sell. What a waste of time. Glad we're local and didn't come from miles away for nothing.

Awesome to deal with!!!! Our Dometic RV fridge died after 15 years. We emailed Arizona RV Salvage with the model number. They got right back to us via email to let us know they had one and even offered to send pictures. We then went to look at it. Despite being a busy spot they called their fridge guy up to talk with us. VERY knowledgeable fellow. They had tested the fridge so they knew it worked. They did say to get back to them if we had an issue once it was installed.They even helped us load it into our vehicle. The fridge is now installed and 2 days later it is still working. Thank you, Arizona RV Salvage!!!!!! I noticed a couple of negative reviews. Keep in mind, when you contact them, it is a very busy spot. If they get side tracked helping somebody look for something and don’t call you right back, simply email or call them again. They are kind helpful people.

We have depended on them several times for parts and service. They are very reasonable and dependable.

My bad hip rated the first time..,:-) These folks are Fantastic.. our workhorse engine A/C stopped blowing cold air (hot) and they figured out what was wrong, allowed us to stay in their secured location so the can get the parts replaced.. they have been so nice, welcoming, helpful willing to go that extra step to make sure their customers are satisfied.. Good place to pick up some older parts for our coach that aren't produce any longer.. Right place, right prices.. GREAT..!!!! Dennis ran through some test and worked on it during a hot day..what a great mechinec..The Bosses, can't say enough nice things on how they've been accommidating.. Thank You..

There new location is awesome, much larger. Felt like I was at a Costco for RV stuff! They told me that they are in the middle of adding a bunch of cool new features to the place in the next couple months.

I had emailed them asking for a window, they responded telling me to come down and look and it would be $80-100. so i went there today to see if they had a window for my toy hauler. i was pointed to the windows (a literal stack of pulled windows... laying all over each other, i was so nervous i was going to break them trying to sit them up) Anyways, i look through this trash heap of windows and find one.... it was damaged but i could make it work. i ask for a price but the guy at the front says he can't price it and to wait for "jose"..... i waited about 15minutes for "jose" to grace us with his presence. He walks out, looks at the window for all of 2 seconds, says "$220" and walks away. mind you he doesn't greet me...... doesn't apologize for leaving me stand around for 15minutes.... nothing, i simply didn't exist. and again this window was damaged, it would have need at minimum about an hour of cleaning, and it would need painted as it was all scraped up. And they told me "$80-100" in email!! for $220 i could buy a NEW one that isn't a piece of junk! they're nothing but a waste of time.

Waste of time. Employee Carlos is suffering from both inappropriate sarcasm and apparently has diminished vision in both eyes, which keeps him from being helpful. Nice guy. My ladder exists, I know you don’t have a “new” one, and I’ll spend my money anywhere else to get it replaced Reply to owner: Carlos military record is awesome and has nothing to do with the situation. Deflection instead of actually addressing the situation is embarrassing for you as an owner. Thank for your service in the military Carlos. He could very have easily asked which motorhome? Instead of “there is no ladder” like I’m stupid, is not acceptable. I fully support our military. My partner, is a 19 year special forces Master Sergeant. We both don’t support poor customer service. They built a food truck for me. One of the best around. Of course with a huge project like that everything is not going to go 100% smooth, but overall, I'm happy and would go back again! The entire project was overlooked by Brian. Ask for him.

These guys are awesome. Came back in after closingto make sure I could get the parts I needed to get my family the rest the way home. 10/10 will shop again.

I actually give this place ZERO STARS we bought a generator from them that the owner assured would fit our RV, paid over $3,600 for it then he called and said that it didn't fit but that he had just received one that would fit and for the same price by this time almost a month had gone by. The owner said that all that they had to do to this other generator was to clean it up, have the fuel pump, oil filter, replaced and generally replace the components that make it work, well when we had it checked by the people at Camping World they said that none of that was done, the generator does not work. On top of this we also paid $300.00 for them to install it. Also the guy at the register is very rude every time I called to get an update all he would say is they will call you when it's done and literally hang up on me. Super Horrible Customer Service I wonder how they are still in business 🤔

I was looking for very old Tiffin dash part. Jose at the front was really nice and Dennis looked so thoroughly all over the yard looking for parts I needed. There are more parts on the floor well organized than the last time I have visited years ago.

Horrible experience. Very rude. Super limited. The yard looks amazing and I was excited to find things for my rv build. But the yard is a closed yard and no access. I’m sure it would be ok if your looking for an exact part and you call. Absolutely no need to drive there at all. Drove 2 hours from Quartzite and was a total waste of time.

I sent this business a picture and detailed description, with specifications, of a part I needed for my motorhome. They sent the wrong part. Since their policy is no refunds or returns, I lost the money I had paid. Great way to make money, sell customers the wrong part and tell them there is no way to get their money back. I recommend NOT doing business with this company.

Bought a used Aqua Hot system for my 1993 Foretravel. People were friendly and helpful. I paid $4,000.00. Since new ones cost $10k I decided to buy the used one. They told me it was a tested unit and was good to go. Took it to an authorized Aqua Hot retailer/repair/installer to install it. They called me two days later and told me it was seriously defective. I took it back to Arizona RV salvage for a refund. They apologized and said they would refund the $4,000.00. They then said their internet was down, due to road construction nearby and Kathy would refund as soon as it was back up. She gave me a signed receipt saying it would be refunded in 5-10 days. I called every day for 5 days but could never seem to catch her at work. The guy who answers the phone is clueless. The owner, and Brian the salesman are never there either. They must have put my phone number on a 'do not answer' program. I have taken this up with VISA.They have provisionally refunded the $4k and are going after Arizona RV Group's bank. They will lose this. I will never shop there again and advise you not too either. They are crooks. "BUYER BEWARE."
