This yard had everything and then some. Was able to come away with what I needed plus a little more. The prices are actually very reasonable which allow me to pick up a few more things I needed for other vehicles. shout out to the reception and check out staff that's a five star crew
It has a pretty good at selections of vehicles to choose from. The only downside is customer service is a little bit rude and pushy. In addition, the one in Phoenix has better pricing than the one in Glendale. If I had a choice I would rather go to the Phoenix pull and save but unfortunately this location had the parts I needed for my vehicle. But be prepared to pay more and do your own research because the customer service reps have no clue.
This place helped me solve a problem. After having my 2007 BMW 328 repaired for a broken drivers side door lock, I discovered that the insulation shield was not put back in place within the door panel. As a result, there was lots of noise in the cabin of my car. The shop claimed it was missing from the start. Rather than debate with them, I took myself to Pull N Save and was able to find the replacement part within a few minutes. It cost me a total of $3 for access into the yard and they didn’t charge me for the part. I’m very pleased! Thank you!
Today I went to get a exterior mirror, ($24.99), a dome light, ($13.99, and a seat,($64.99), and the lady said the total is $156. I asked why so much? She said fine $136 with no warranty. The total for today was supposed to be $103.97 and tax, so maybe $112.50. What is going on over there? Are they working on commission now or something? That was very unprofessional, and horrible customer service. I don't know her name but I checked out at 3:00 pm. Plus since I didn't have a warranty, I got no receipt. Wow, this is very disappointing. I hope all of the other facilities are not changing to this kind of customer service.
This was my third time going to pick and pull on W. Northern Ave it started out as a great day as I would normally look forward to meeting everyone at Pull N Save with a smile. Except October 7/2025 turn in to a nightmare I purchased a wiper Cowell and armrest for my 2011 Chrysler 200 and Arm Rest and a Battery Box for my 03 dodge Durango which add to $42.42 during this day I pulled a Radio from a 2011 Chrysler Sebring that they had put a price on for $85 dollars and two of the plastic inserts for driver side and passenger side without without windows and door controls and and 20 items in small plastic door pannel clips and screws which would of added to $15.00 new in my research online. Pull N Save wanted to charge me $200 dollars all together for everything I had purchased. So $45.42 +$85.42 +$25.53= $146.26 total subtract $146.26 - $200 = $54.74 they wanted to charge me more for the items. This isn't good business this is a scam.
this place used to be great for getting 'junk yard parts' for 'junk yard prices' . . . But not anymore*
- paying $3 to get in, and then find & pull the part yourself JUST to walk to the counter and get charged more than buying a guaranteed working used oem part online
- was charged $51 for 1 of the 2 radiator fans / which you can buy the whole used oem for $65. Don't waste your time if you don't have to
I came way before closing time and lady told me they were closed even though they weren’t. Look at the time and told the lady and she told me we are closed and gave me an attitude about it. I decided to just leave and not worry about it but she kept tell me to leave even when I was leaving. Super unprofessional behavior and do not recommend coming here. Was my first time here and get treated like this. Not acceptable would expect better customer service. Taking my business elsewhere.

Not sure what all these other bad reviews about the people overcharging you for warranties, etc. all I had to do was tell them I didn’t want the warranty and they didn’t charge me the warranty that simple. Andrea was extremely nice. Went along with my friend and nice jokes. I had a good experience..
Natalie was a champion! She was super kind and helpful but this place has really gone down hill. Charging for nuts and bolts and every small part separately is just absurd. I come here to save on parts but the nickle and diming has to stop!
Great place for parts, but unfortunately too many taxes and fees. Buying a $20 part, it's ending to pay $30 with all that and including a warranty fee...
I get on there website looking for a part the web site says that they have the car but when I get there it is not there .I paid 3 dollars to get in and there's no car that's supposed to be there from the website very upsetting. I wonder around this junk yard in 110 degrees weather that did not have the vehicle !!!

I had an outstanding time @ Pull N Save, the collection yard is arranged and clean. The workers were helpful and respectful. I found what I,was looking for, also the price was right..
They have a nice selection of vehicles but you really have to look what you are looking for sometimes because this location doesn't have some common vehicles so you have to go to there other lot. When you checkout -pay make sure that you tell them you don't want the warranty because they will add it on there without asking you. Besides that the girls that work there are supper friendly & if you have a question they will definitely try to help you. They also have a huge selection of drinks from water, sold a, energy drinks etc! They also have vehicles for sale as well I saw this one plus other ones as well.
After many years of business since opening in the West valley. The staff has always been great. A recent particular event occurred over independence day weekend while a customer, 77yr old Vietnam/Korean war veteran, myself and my wife were pulling parts for his car. He after under an hour suffered heat exposure and needed assistance after falling and badly injuring himself, management quickly deployed two men to assist us in bandaging and recover the war vet. Assisting help to the vehicle where we got his needed medical treatment. FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND what their position calls for! THANKS TO TAZ, TONY, AND MANAGEMENT! It's HOT outside in AZ summers. BE CAREFUL!

Went in and happened to find the part that I needed already removed in the trunk of the same car. Went up to pay, declined the OPTIONAL warranty they automatically add. As soon as I was handed my receipt the cashier immediately turned around and pretended I wasn't still standing there. I stood there looking at the receipt. They were trying to charge me for the bolts based on the number of bolt holes on the part. The same bolts that are scattered by the thousands on the floor of their yard.
At no point did I place bolts on the cashier counter or tell them I had extra bolts they needed to charge me for. I only placed the single part on the counter and said JUST THAT. When I asked why I was being charged for non existent bolts she replied "you didn't remove them"? These people are charging you on "assumptions" and also nickel and diming everything .
Quick and easy just as I expected. I sold them and aging car when I bought a new one and they offered me a fair price and paid me on the spot. I didn't buy anything so I can't speak to that aspect.
Natalie was amazing. Very friendly and Informative. You know how you hear stories of walking into a pull n save and when you find the car...the part is already taken off. Happened to me today. People actually remove the part they dont need instead of breaking it off.
If you are trying to have a vehicle picked up by them, prepare for a massive headache. They take multiple days to respond, they are unprofessional, and their pickup windows make cable companies blush. They told me "8am-12noon" it is currently 1pm, and they still have not shown up, and they are not responding. It is wild to give a four hour window, and still be over an hour late.
Update: The tow truck never showed, and they didn't respond to my calls or texts until two days later. I just sold the truck to my neighbor for the same price they offered me for it. Unless your car is truly scrap metal, just sell it private. The money they offer isn't worth the headache.
Was business as usual everyone was professional and courteous totally not what you would expect or what others expect when you tell them I am going to the wrecking(junk)yard. I have been here my fair amount of times and not 1 bad experience yet. Thanks .

I've always wanted to "restore" an old car. Finally able to do so and visited Pull-n-Save for the first time. I know I got lucky, but I was able to find everything I was looking for and a few parts I never thought I'd find. I'll definitely be going back. It's fun to see what's available to make mine better.
First time coming to this location , it’s still $2 to get in gets you in other locations, place is nice !! I loved the set up on the wall with the break down of the vehicle!!! So helpful for customers. Please do not take parts in people!! There are signs otherwise you will be charged. It was a far drive for me BUT I picked up a part needed for my car!! So we’ll worth the drive.
Needed parts for my 06 Duramax they had everything I needed in-stock fabulous service fabulous. See my buddy Kiko. He was awesome. he crossed our parts fore and made sure it fit before we left and gave us a warranty as well.
