Nice salvage yard. Very organized. Polite staff. Competitive prices.

How they are getting more than 2 stars I don't know I've been there at least 10 times just because it's on the west side of town. But the staff always seem mad Peed off and have bad attitudes And act like Thugs. Probably will Have more business. If the attitudes will change around there.

Lots of cars. But personally some parts are over priced.. we got charged 45 per tail light. And they wanted over 80 for a powered side mirror.... even though the powered part was cut.

The biggest rip off ever! First, they’ve jacked their prices by at least 100% over the last year. Second, they nickel and dime you. There’s no such thing as an assembly price even though most places will do that. Here they will charge you for literally every screw. I’m not kidding. I tried to buy some interior panels and they wouldn’t let me have the screws without paying for them individually. I bought a hood that was shown on their price list as 70 bucks. By the time I left it was $160 because they charge you for the insulation, the grill, the emblem, the hinges, the weatherstripping, the windshield washer fluid hose that attaches to the hood, every tiny piece. And don’t forget the warranty that they automatically include without telling you and the Core charge too! And they’re rude! Whatever you don’t buy gets thrown away but they won’t negotiate the price one penny. I ended up leaving a wheelbarrow full of parts that they chose to throw away rather than discount.

Went on the expectation it would take a while for me to find a part . But to my great surprise that wasn't the case. They printed a list were parts could be. Went to the first one and it was all there what I needed. Great place and good prices.

I have been buying parts from them 8+ years, went to purchase parts recently, was treated with distaste, when the counter lady went through my small tool bag dug to the bottom took out what she thought would be a problem, told me to leave all of my already purchased items needing to be matched, the 4 Clients that was in line before me, was allowed a bag peak, paid and entered yard. They have gotten quite prejudice, they are overpriced low quality parts cars are beat to death, staff in yard likes to follow you, it's a junkyard let your customers pull in peace treat everyone equally. -Shame On Pull And Save Glendale- get it together you just lost a loyal customer due to your company antics.

Very well organize the cars at the yard, and they give you a map and a location where you can find the car that you're looking for. The only thing that they can improve is to have jacks or special tools to borrow or for rent just in case you don't bring a tool that you need. Other that that, very good service.

Had a brand new part key cylinder in my bag that I forgot to take out. The lady at the counter tried to say it was used part. I don't know any used part that doesn't have any marking or grim on it. She just lied and took my part.

After having many bad experiences at other pull N save locations with the management finally found a good manager Ms. Andrea was very nice and respectful. She helped us out without hesitation. We will most definitely be back.

Ricardo helped us out today. It's really great service, thank ya. They have many parts. Although watch out for guarantee stuff, they don't mention about it and it also kinda overpriced however still good place. Just the guarantee thing costs a decent amount if you ever see something overpriced that's probably your answer.

First time coming to this location , it’s still $2 to get in gets you in other locations, place is nice !! I loved the set up on the wall with the break down of the vehicle!!! So helpful for customers. Please do not take parts in people!! There are signs otherwise you will be charged. It was a far drive for me BUT I picked up a part needed for my car!! So we’ll worth the drive.

Andrea is great to deal with while checking out vehicles for sale. She took necessary time to give me any info she had on the vehicle and negotiated an excellent final price that resulted in a great buying experience. I recommend these guys to anyone. Very happy with vehicle that runs great after just a little tlc!

Out of 3 cars in stock I found the part I needed. Was too late for the Easter discount but I'll take 20 percent. Good parts at decent prices in my opinion.

This place is getting to the point where it’s better to buy brand new, bought an air box for Chevy s10 they charge 10$ for a old used dirty filter ( ridiculous ) I took it out and the lady threw it out… place is becoming unreasonable

Went back today 1-26-24 for more parts I am from Mn. Every yr Adriana is awsome really friendly. Michelle and Reberto or Ricardo (sorry) Were both very helpful and polite. NOT A FAN of the core charge and environment charge on everything (for instance a throttle cable) just seems like a way to get more money out of you. Blake from Mn

Needed parts for my 06 Duramax they had everything I needed in-stock fabulous service fabulous. See my buddy Kiko. He was awesome. he crossed our parts fore and made sure it fit before we left and gave us a warranty as well.

I came looking for a fuel pump for my 2011 Chevy Malibu and low and behold I found what I was looking for. It's quite simple to find parts for your vehicle if you ask the workers where the type of vehicle you're looking for is located. The isle numbers are spray painted on the side of the first car in each row. What I appreciated most is that the junk yard isnt in a dusty dirt lot it's made of gravel. The prices are very reasonable but you do have to bring your own tools and remove the parts you need yourself. They do have wheelbarrows that you can use to haul all your equipment and parts you are gonna buy.

Scammers you call them they give you one price, you go and double check the prices they sound like a deal, after you go in and take the parts off they try everything possible to up charge you to where you pay premium prices of something you could get online. You know you're getting scammed but you're forced to pay because you already put the time and energy to take off the parts in the heat. Not mentioning the rude cashiers at all 3 locations they talk to you like you're nothing and your business don't matter they already charged you the $3 and don't care about the rest

Best parts store Ive ever been too. Great prices, friendly people and they go above and beyond the call of duty. As a matter of fact. They are life savers. Thanks guys and God bless

It’s a wrecking yard. Very typical. Sort of high priced but they all are these days. I mean, you pay $200 for a car to put in your lot, rip the cat off and instantly regain $75 of that, then charge 15/tire, 55/bumper abd then it’s paid off. Why in gods name must we pay anything more than $20/part for anything else? UPDATE 4/2022: So they are checking bags hardcore on the way in, and any parts they find are put into a bag with your name written on it- that’s a great idea, as long as the customer remembers to pick it up when they live. Also, they are applying warranties to each part by default, so make sure you get warranties on the things you need and not for those you don’t. And they are starting to charge for parts of parts, like the bearing covers on wheels (the center cap, ya know, that comes with the wheels from factory and should be included with the wheel)($4, warranty extra $ auto- included, since it might not fit the wheel it’s already installed upon..) Check your receipt to make sure nothing was added “in error.”

Great place, most of the cars are torn to bits... But hey it's a "Junk Yard" ... $2 to get in and can go to ALL "Pull & Save" Locations for 24 Hr. The Rows aren't Labeled... But it's not too hard to find your row... The online Inventory is Pretty On! Also parts Were about 1/3 - 1/4 Cheaper than eBay etc. So. What the heck! CANT BEAT IT!

Team in front lock customers inside seemingly so they don’t get hot , you have to knock to be let in. This is a violation of fire code and hopefully violation of job policy, price’s here are hire than Phoenix north and south for some reason. Or maybe team who looks mostly related are skimming for points or bonuses. Young man on cashier has no customer skills whatsoever always laid back in chair on phone , is this policy? This pull n save needs new management and courteous workers
