1st time going to get parts for my Ford Focus. These girls at the registers were super nice and made everything so easy. I remember 2 of the girls names, Isabel and Natali. I definitely will return for any future needs. They are 5 stars in my book. Thanks ! David G

When entering, the staff was kind and helpful. The yard was well layed out and had the parts I needed! However, checkout was awful. The website says “we treat you like family”, well cashier Tony must not like his family because he was quite rude. He had no common manners, gave short answers to questions, and charged me for a bolt and a nut for no reason.

I've always wanted to "restore" an old car. Finally able to do so and visited Pull-n-Save for the first time. I know I got lucky, but I was able to find everything I was looking for and a few parts I never thought I'd find. I'll definitely be going back. It's fun to see what's available to make mine better.

Finding parts and the yard is great. what I'm upset about is the customer service. everytime I come in seems like everyone up front is either fed up with someone else's bullsh*t, I don't appreciate that. I've been to many junkyard before and never got treated this way. great on everything else. People up front need training

Depending on the shade of your skin depends on the pricing of the parts. The parts I purchased were not anything to reflect the parts on the receipt so how's that going to work if I have to do a return? I understand and I agree with diversity however how are you going to have someone checking the receipts at tbe door and taking money at the counter if they can't speak english? Every time I go to any of the Pull-N-Save locations, it's always "an experience".

Staffing is helpful while looking up the vehicle you need but checking out is terrible they nickel and dime you for everything, I ended up leaving the parts behind... Don't understand why overpriced when the car gets scrapped.

First time coming to this location , it’s still $2 to get in gets you in other locations, place is nice !! I loved the set up on the wall with the break down of the vehicle!!! So helpful for customers. Please do not take parts in people!! There are signs otherwise you will be charged. It was a far drive for me BUT I picked up a part needed for my car!! So we’ll worth the drive.

I used to love going to PullNsave but lately the love has worn off mainly due to their pricing policies. They have raised prices significantly by adding core charges and warranty fees to every item. Yes, they charged me a .50 core charge for a used air filter and a $1.20 warranty. Every item has a core charge and an extra fee tacked on for a warranty plus an environmental fee. The part prices on the items i have purchased wind up being more than 1/2 of buying a new part. For example, i bought a belt tensioner the other day and i was charged for the tensioner, the pulley and they even charged me for the bolt and all of it had a core charge, a warranty fee and an environmental fee plus tax. The people there have always been nice but the prices are driving me away. Do your research and check out new parts before buying used.

Worse location to come too, everytime is the same thing they say they got 3,4 cars you oull up and they got nothing or only 1 car and is bare they take your money and then tell tou they dont got it, scam dont go here.

Scam. $85 for a bumper as if it was brand new. It needed so much work to look good for $80? Waste of time and money. Just gonna buy new at this point. Wouldn’t recommend.

Needed parts for my 06 Duramax they had everything I needed in-stock fabulous service fabulous. See my buddy Kiko. He was awesome. he crossed our parts fore and made sure it fit before we left and gave us a warranty as well.

A power steering box with no warranty is $100.08 -- that's absolutely insane and unless you ask prior you are clueless on cost prior to pulling - I'll just use other means from now on. This was an emergency thing - again ridiculous

Lots of cars. But personally some parts are over priced.. we got charged 45 per tail light. And they wanted over 80 for a powered side mirror.... even though the powered part was cut.

I hate these people, they seriously suck. Take out a loan before you go. There is no saving to be done here. NAME: "Pull N 2nd Mortgage." this is the kind of place that people will steal from out of purpose and/or revenge. the staff act like they are special and better than everyone, when really they are really just junkyard druggies. I am sure there are 1 or 2 people there that are ok, I just have not met them yet, and wont. I wont be back. used dirty AC compressor $44 compressor ends up $65.xx out the door? Stupid!!

For being a junkyard, it is organized and not as messy as others. Natali helped us, she was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and was able to help us find what we where looking for. She was very helpful and polite.

Always my go to never fails at having what I'm looking for and stuff I didn't even know I wanted lol. Also helps that I know the owner. Really solid dude and his son as well.

Had to go to 3 of your yards, but I got everything I needed in one day for a great price. Averaged $350 less than other salvage yards.

Very bad service and very expensive parts. It is better to buy new ones than to come and remove your own parts. They charge for warranty without asking for warranty and they charge for core. That is stupid. I will never buy here.

They overcharge for parts. Paid $20 for a used part that I pulled myself and the dealership sells the brand new part for $15. Asked if they could work with me on the price and they said no. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Great place, most of the cars are torn to bits... But hey it's a "Junk Yard" ... $2 to get in and can go to ALL "Pull & Save" Locations for 24 Hr. The Rows aren't Labeled... But it's not too hard to find your row... The online Inventory is Pretty On! Also parts Were about 1/3 - 1/4 Cheaper than eBay etc. So. What the heck! CANT BEAT IT!

I'll start with the down side I remember when these places were a decent option for parts. You pay the admission fee, and if what you are looking for is there great. Now it's just a money grab, the parts aren't any cheaper than any other salvage yard that has them off and ready to go. sometimes parts are more expensive than a new parts store option, and you have to do the work to remove it! On top of that, they are charging core charges on used parts that aren't rebuilt, or going to be rebuilt. Like I understand if I go to AutoZone for an alternator and there is a core charge because it is a reman, and they need the old one to keep the circle going, but charging $5-10 for alternators and compressors is just greedy when it's a used part, and they want the 30 cents worth of scrap back. Also several times I have found that engines/cooling systems are full of coolant/oil, and it sucks when you have to lay in a lake of coolant or oil because it wasn't drained per epa regs. Now for the positive. If you need an OEM part that isn't a common driveline or suspension wear item part, like Interior pieces for example, this is your only option other than ebay. And it is nice to just come and browse the lot because sometimes you find specialty or aftermarket stuff that truly is a good deal, or just cannot be obtained otherwise. Either way, be careful and make sure the car or truck you are near is secure and don't get under something if it's wobbly, it's not worth your life.
