Took my only day available to travel to Glendale from Florence because of my health to get a radiator replacement. Prepaid in the morning. Couldn't pick it up til available closing time because they had not bothered to locate it or start pulling it till after I got there. Took the radiator home and pulled the hoses the cut off the radiator and found that the upper inlet had been cracked and it wasn't holding coolant. Unable to return it and get my money back because my health doesn't allow me to drive 90 minutes to Glendale. 0 Stars if I could. Will not return. Was told it was inspected and tested. Should have known better.
I really liked the fact that I didn’t have to waste time digging thru a junked vehicle to look for the part myself and that it was already ready for me to pick up and install.
Had a very good experience with Glendale. Professional and prompt with my need.
Also when an issue came up, they handled it with the same care as the sale.

They were very quiet, very professional, and he explained to me that I would have to use my debit card or credit card or whatever you know purchase it over the Internet first by sending me a link and that was fine and when I picked it up, it was ready to go. They pulled it off no problems.
A young lady is back on the road after hitting some debris on the freeway. They had two replacement wheels and tires they matched her Armada exactly. color, size and number of spokes. They had them catalogged and knew they had them in minutes on the phone. I am impressed.

Had the parts got them to me as soon as they could this week they were dealing with massive rains and floods but they still got me the part did a great job keeping communication with me let me know what's going on I appreciate all their effort
I love the fact that they show their inventory of their parts and knowledgeable staff.
The part showed available was an error but they made up for it by locating it from one of their sister companies and I got my part.
I like that they have a computer system which they can search by part number needed as many places do not, and I like that you can pay electronically and get an electronic receipt as some places only accept cash. They didn't end up having the part I needed (must have been a typo) but I got a prompt refund and they were courteous and professional throughout.
Purchased a used engine for a 2004 Toyota Sequoia.
Contacted this business with no referral. Worked with Alejandra and she was able to provide VIN/Mileage from the original vehicle. All information was available before purchasing. Very good communication with delivery and core pickup information. Everything has been fine with the engine I purchased. Would recommend.
Called Monday- told they had my part-paid set up delivery- after paying I was told part was damaged and California had my part and it would be shipped in a couple days-called multiple times- Alex was dodging my call all day Tuesday and when I was able to reach her I was told multiple times she was waiting for callback for shipping details -first it was I’ll call you back in 10mins, then oh it will be in an hour- then at 5:30pm I received a text that she was still “waiting “ for info-Tuesday was wasted- Wednesday mid morning I get a call that California didn’t have part! I wasted 3days for nothing! And my calls to being dodged! You should have checked for part before accepting payment- I now have to wait 5-10DAYS FOR PAYEMT TO BE REFUNDED! I paid for part and DELIVERY! Do better!
Good honest people, good service, great prices. They don't have it, they'll try to find it for you. I've used them more than once, and I've always had good nothing but good things to say about them. They will work with you. It's nice to that.I'm around the corner from them.So that helps they're nothing like the pull and save and stuff like that, the kind of commercial stuff that you gotta deal with.They're like, you know, the good old fashioned days when you can go over there and talk and see what they got.And make a deal with them.
Best experience I’ve ever had at a wrecking yard! The fact that they will find and remove the part for you is outstanding. The prices are very reasonable as well.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The only place that had my discontinued car part Being a single mom of six and not having my car was a wrench thrown at me right by life! They were so nice, fast, and helpful! Thank you guys so much!!
I called this place and asked about a room in the morning. They told me to pay for it and that it would be ready. I went in the afternoon and the room wasn't there. I waited 30 minutes and then they said they didn't have it.
I purchased a used transmission that ended up having excessive play in the shaft, so I decided to return it. The staff was very friendly during the sale, but the attitude completely changed when I came back to return it. I was asked if I had called ahead, and when I said no, the owner/manager sarcastically replied, “Oh, that was smart.” Very unprofessional and rude.
To make matters worse, they charged a $150 restocking fee — something that was never disclosed during the sale or mentioned on the receipt. I expected better transparency and customer service.
