Called Monday- told they had my part-paid set up delivery- after paying I was told part was damaged and California had my part and it would be shipped in a couple days-called multiple times- Alex was dodging my call all day Tuesday and when I was able to reach her I was told multiple times she was waiting for callback for shipping details -first it was I’ll call you back in 10mins, then oh it will be in an hour- then at 5:30pm I received a text that she was still “waiting “ for info-Tuesday was wasted- Wednesday mid morning I get a call that California didn’t have part! I wasted 3days for nothing! And my calls to being dodged! You should have checked for part before accepting payment- I now have to wait 5-10DAYS FOR PAYEMT TO BE REFUNDED! I paid for part and DELIVERY! Do better!
Good honest people, good service, great prices. They don't have it, they'll try to find it for you. I've used them more than once, and I've always had good nothing but good things to say about them. They will work with you. It's nice to that.I'm around the corner from them.So that helps they're nothing like the pull and save and stuff like that, the kind of commercial stuff that you gotta deal with.They're like, you know, the good old fashioned days when you can go over there and talk and see what they got.And make a deal with them.
Best experience I’ve ever had at a wrecking yard! The fact that they will find and remove the part for you is outstanding. The prices are very reasonable as well.
Needed 2 hard to find Ford rims. I had another place quote me double the amount of $$$ that I bought it at Glendale Auto for. Saved me $140.00.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The only place that had my discontinued car part Being a single mom of six and not having my car was a wrench thrown at me right by life! They were so nice, fast, and helpful! Thank you guys so much!!
I called this place and asked about a room in the morning. They told me to pay for it and that it would be ready. I went in the afternoon and the room wasn't there. I waited 30 minutes and then they said they didn't have it.
I purchased a used transmission that ended up having excessive play in the shaft, so I decided to return it. The staff was very friendly during the sale, but the attitude completely changed when I came back to return it. I was asked if I had called ahead, and when I said no, the owner/manager sarcastically replied, “Oh, that was smart.” Very unprofessional and rude.
To make matters worse, they charged a $150 restocking fee — something that was never disclosed during the sale or mentioned on the receipt. I expected better transparency and customer service.
Rude customer service, if you guys don’t like your job find a new one. There is no reason to come at someone sideways for no reason. Change your attitude smh. Last time I call this place….
I had a good experience, called and ordered the part sent right to me in very good condition. The gentleman who answered the phone was very nice very helpful. It’s sad to see these one star reviews from people who don’t understand they get what they pay for you buy use you get used things happen. Luckily this company is nice enough to do a warranty process, but technically by law they don’t have to parts are used they can be sold as is and with all the used parts places closing down people should be happy that they’re still around to help you out. Thank you, guys appreciate your time and great service. Expect more purchases from me when needed.
No quality parts here as advertised.
I bought a transmission here and not even 500 miles and it needed a new one. The second one did not feel right. Feels wrong when switching gears.
My advise is never but from this place...why
When my first transmission failed I called and they said they deliver it then time went by my mechanic said they never dropped it off. So I called again and again to have them drop it off. They told me finally I would have to pick it up. It was back and fourth with them for almost 2 weeks.
The guy incharged told me they did me a favor when they delivered my first transmission. I bought it from this place because I was told they would deliver it for free any time.
thank fully my mechanics assistant, female, picked it up because glendale auto parts have no integrity to do the right thing for a customer.

I went here looking for a brake drum to use in our junior high band's percussion section. Not only did they have EXACTLY what I needed, they were kind enough to donate the part. Thanks so much for helping our students make music! Next time I need a part for my ride, I'll definitely be looking here first.
My husband and I went here to look for a part for our 2012 Chevy which is no longer available anywhere on line or at the dealerships. They just happened to have the exact car in their lot and had the part and the owners manual for our car. They didn’t even charge us for the part!!! We highly recommend Glendale Auto Parts!!!
Great customer service! They got me a window regulator for my Kia Soul. Their are many variances of that part but they worked with me and made sure I got the right part. The part worked great as well. Try them out if you are looking for car parts.
Great experience! Great customer service! Took my son to the salvage yard for the first time to get a few things for his car. The yard is nicely organized and the gentleman working quickly let let us know what he had and where we could find it. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
Took at least 30 minutes of waiting around for them to locate the truck seats in storage. They had issues with keys, etc.
The truck seats were not as described or priced accordingly. Described as Grade A truck seats and priced at $1200 w/o console. Pictures on the web didn't show the leather rips. We were only able to see one seat the way it was stacked stored. Perhaps they damaged them with their haphazard storage methods,who knows.
Giant waste of time, dealing with this wrecking yard!

We ordered a part because they told us they had the part available (good no broken parts) before receiving the part I cancelled the part because it took longer than what they had quoted us and I was told to pay a restocking fee of $127... never received invoice nor a receipt but still they want me to pay a restocking fee. They get a zero star from me since they never mentioned a restocking fee when trying to get the part ordered.
They were very nice and helpful. I needed a new rim and they had to order it.
