I think this is a great resource for parts but really loses its value on the cheaper car and i am often times shocked at how much they want for things . I mean if you can buy the part new for less and not have take you're tools and go hoping to find a good used part to remove then its a total waste. I used to be there 3-4 times a week . Now if im thinking of going ,i do a quick search and most times can have a new part delivered for less than the price they are asking AND I can keep working on what makes money. There are times its worth all that but getting to be fewer and fewer .
I’ve been going to the u-pull-it yards in Phoenix since the very early 2000’s. The yards were very much different back then, with Ecology being the only corporate owners in town. The landscape is different these days, but I have been very pleased with the experience I always receive at Pull N Save Gilbert. The staff, both inside and out in the yard are always excellent and helpful.
I wish we could go back to early 2000’s pricing, but I have been satisfied with the pricing I’ve been given.
I still frequent all the yards in Phoenix, but Pull N Save Gilbert is always one of my favorites. Nice to have one on that side of town still.
Experience could have been a lot better if communication through the towers was better. My vehicles pick up date was extended and pushed back a week from original pickup date. Contacted the driver several times to get an eta of expected arrival time
Waited all day with no answer or response to my calls
I was even told my pick up date was changed to the following day. That same day once again no answer or response from the tow truck driver. At that point gave up all hope and went to another company with a different driver. Communication that I had absolutely non with the tower was terrible. Wasted time I will never get back trying to be patient and respectful.
I got two good tires for free mounted on rims that I was buying. They cost a hundred and fifteen dollars for 2 alloy rims. With free tires on them. HELL YEAH. !!!!
I came here looking for a driver door for my '06 Town and Country. I had many to choose from. Only issue with most was that the vehicles were parked too close together to get the door open enough to gain access to the door mounting bolts(one star reduction). Wheel barrow was extremely helpful. I did find one on the end of a row I could access. Reasonable prices, large inventory. Take plenty of water with you
Pull N Save Gilbert is a hidden gem for car enthusiasts and DIY mechanics. The yard is well organized, the staff is helpful, and the prices are unbeatable. If you're patient and know what you're looking for, you'll walk out with a great deal. Right next door there's a taco spot with insanely good tacos. Seriously, don't leave without grabbing a few they’re the perfect reward after pulling parts!
Adding "warranty" fees without asking if I wanted a warranty. Even worse, purposely tried to hide it when I asked why the total was higher than expected. Response was "you'll see it on the receipt". Uh, no thank you. Then find it's a warranty, on an overflow bottle! Refused warranty, and while he took it off, acted like I was a major problem for not wanting something that would never be used.
All the employees are hella cool to the point I don't even need to let them know what I'm there for they just ask you know where your going? Yes sir, if you ever need parts and are on a budget this is your place
Use this place fairly often. Go for something small and end up just walking around looking at all the cars. I have always found something neat here and many times they have what we need. Yard is kept well stocked.
Great place, gave me a fair deal on a vehicle I sold them. If you’re looking to get rid of an old clunker give them a call. They were able to give me a full quote over the phone.
I hate to do this because every time I walk in the people at the count are extremely helpful and always let me know what I need. But as soon as I call I got the most rude customer service. The call taker did not know what she was talking about and on top of it treated me like I was a complete moron for asking simple questions. I went inside to talk to the people at the front counter and they were delightful they were able to answer all my questions. I've worked in retail and in the parts industry for over a decade and not appreciate the snarky attitude of the call taker. I will be returning only for the people behind the counter that I actually treat me with some kind of respect.
They had what I needed which is great! What not great is all the added charges...entry, I get it. Core charges... what the heck. They charged me for warranties that I didn't want. Then hit you with an environmental fee. All that added about $18 bucks to my filthy dirty nasty parts I pulled.
The visit to the yard was great. I love that you could look up on line the car you are wanting to see and it gives you the row number and there is a shuttle that takes you all the way there. Love it.
Always has the parts I need for the best price in town when u need oem parts for whatever your working you won't be diapointed you just gotta bring your own tools they always have new cars on the yard very well organized yes lots parts on the ground some times I even find what I'm looking fir on the ground next to the car I needed to find happened more than once good oem parts thank you pull and save the name says it all
Great place and employees are awesome. I wish the website had access to more photos that could be viewed before making the drive to all locations to get parts. It would also be good if the drive lines were not damaged when set up on blocks. Love the teams at all sites and great deals for sure. So glad we have these locations to pull from.
Love this place staff is kind, courteous, and knowledgeable!!! The owner of this business is very much involved in the business and will bend over backwards to make sure you have a positive experience. I enjoy VERY much to go to a biz that actually helps people. I see on here under the reviews if the customer isn’t completely satisfied the owner is even telling them to come back and they will fix the issue. I love this not many businesses these days are this loyal to their customers….. needless to say THANK YOU I will return I need parts for my 2002 Chevy blazer 4wd 4.3l V6 I will probably be in today or tomorrow… another review so let’s hope it is a positive one!!!
They offered more cash than all of the other places we contacted for our Inoperable car we were trying to sell.
Once we gathered all of the necessary paperwork required to complete the sale they were really fast and didn't fart around. They towed it and paid us.

This is one of the nicest salvage yards I've been to. The employees are polite and knowledgable. I always find the part I'm after. I've been buying and selling cars and trucks for over 15 yrs. Normally I'm running all over the valley trying to find used parts for my cars . Waisting most of my day. When I go to pull n save I'm leaving there with the part I'm after. I love this place.
I keep going back because they have a few different vans like mine. I'm restoring a 1993 Chevy G30 van. I've gotten seats, a console, handles, a door and some other stuff. Reasonable prices. Bring your own tools to remove what you need. They'll give you a map and let you know if they have any cars like yours and give you directions.
