I have never had a worse experience with a company in my life. I called at 9 a.m. to schedule a tow for 12 p.m. At 1 p.m., I called to see if they were on their way, but they informed me that it would be another 30 minutes. However, when I called back at 1:30 p.m., I was shocked to learn that they had canceled my tow without any communication with me. It seems like this business is run by incompetent clowns.
