I don’t normally write reviews but this place gave me an immense amount of false hope and i regret trusting them to sell me a decent car. i live in SC so I bought my car from AutoSavvy Gilbert remotely which I know was a big risk to begin with. I worked with Andrew who really was great thats why there is two stars. He was always available when I had a question/call, and even face-timed me to show me the vehicle inside and out, but there was a lot of info left out.
Now, I don’t know if they knew any of this or not but I have had my car for A WEEK and i already had to replace both the battery and auxiliary battery, the radio screen is delaminating, I have a sunroof leak and have to replace the entire sunroof, and the wipers were shot so had to get new ones of those. Additionally, all the windows are squeaky when you role them down which is just annoying, but whatever, and I also had to replace the key fob battery.
Again, I know I took a big risk and things could be worse, could be engine problems right? But who sells you a car like this?
I love the car and I want to fix everything so that it is good and I can then start to enjoy it but these things should have been taken care of BEFORE shipping it to me. Its careless.
For anyone asking, they are covering a majority of the costs to fix all of these things because I did just get the vehicle but they are making me pay sales tax I think because I am in a different state which is going to add up fast and isn’t something I should be having to worry about/budget for to begin with!!

I had visited with interest towards a coupe and was met with incredible service from how the company works with getting the vehicles and helping buyers. As a first time buyer it went incredibly well. There was no lack of transparency between me and Dalida who helped assist me with amazing service!
Don’t bother. Dalia was the only good part of this experience. I was told that with my credit I could put 0 down on a car after they ran my credit. Then, all of the sudden, they told me I needed a co-signer and 1,000 down or 5k down without a co-signer. So, I got a co-signer and we signed all of the paper work on Saturday night, but by the time we tried to run the co-signers credit, the credit places had closed. So rather than telling us maybe, they told us the car is ours and we could take it off the lot on Monday (today.) So we were extremely excited and ready to pick it up today, however, we got a text about 2 hours before we were supposed to come sign the last of the paperwork, saying that the co-signers credit wasn’t sufficient and they needed an additional 5-8k down or a different co-signer (she has excellent credit and mine is good.) so basically we wasted 4 entire days at this location because we were under the impression that all we had left to do was cross some t’s and dot some i’s. The manager said word for word “you’ll get it on Monday, we won’t be able to give it to you tonight, but this will be yours on Monday. Don’t get people’s hopes up if you’re unsure or if you’re not absolutely positive the information you’re giving out is correct. Mind you I was going to trade in a 2025 mustang in perfect condition. Not sure why this dealership is giving me so many issues for a car that’s cheaper than the other options I was looking at. Also not very lgbt friendly, my partner and I were asked if we were friends by the manager when it was quite obvious that we are in a relationship…

I am buying a car today with Landen and he has been absolutely wonderful! We test drove a Subaru brz and he let me test the gr86 on my own which was just such a nice experience. Everyone has been so kind and helpful at this location but Landen has really just gone above and beyond helping me trade my car in for one of my dreams and for the price that I want.

This is not a review based on the performance of the car only on the service. I worked with Landen who was pleasant and listened to my needs. He did not try to upsell nor convince me to get anything other then what I came in for! I'm in finance and prefer straight forward sales people so he was mindful of the type of customer I am. Great experience! Only reason for 4 stars versus 5 is because I have not even driven off the lot but I did test drive and researched the particular car I was coming on for.
