Worst service possible, no communication at all with the person waiting for the tow, I waited 1.5 hours(called them twice to double check in between) and when the tow did not arrive called them again and was told it went in different direction due to a police call. Was supposed to come to Chandler from Tempe but it went to Fountain Hills and they told me I need to wait for another hour or more. Pathetic communication. I wanted to use my insurance’s provider, never again. Rather go with AAA even for a 5 miles tow.
Coming to San Clemente apts and towing putting stickers on cars and towing them is NOT OK YOU HAVE RUINED MY CAR NOW AND MY SONS CAR- IM GETTING A LAWYER

Called for a quote for moving a truck from Tucson to Mesa. They answered quickly then placed me on an immediate, on hold for ten minutes before even giving them the addresses. After getting the addresses I had another 5 minute hold they then quoted 998usd to go 92 miles. After shopping around this appears to be 10 times the going rate. Make sure you do research before making any agreements.
So even though it was a lil’ more than I wanted to spend, the Experience was well Worth it!!! I love my car and she’s sometimes hard to tow because she’s lowered, but my Guy Ty took care of her like it was his own vehicle. With it being a Standard transmission, he secured every tire individually and I was more confident than ever that my car wasn’t going anywhere. It was completely dead in my garage with a bad starter, and he helped push it out of my garage and and placed it perfectly. Couldn’t have gone any better and I’m very appreciative. Thanks Ty
this company absolutely shredded my car and said they would cover the damages and are now saying i have to sue just to even get them moving?¿! absolutely ridiculous that i have to deal with the after math of someone not being able to do their job correctly. especially since this was my first car and i never hired them or agreed to them towing my car in the first place! don’t use them
When my local government decided to kidnap and torture me for 24 hours over a freaking traffic violation, this company towed my car. Although I don't approve of anyone working with our terrorist government for any reason, I don't hold it against the company. Their customer service was top-notch, and I got my car back without a scratch on it.
After the insurance company recommended tow service never arrived. Matthew and his driver (sorry we dint catch the drivers name) were helpful and brought light to our rough situation at 1am. Extremely grateful for their service.
I've needed 2 jumps w my semi because of bad batteries and this company is the only one in the area that says, "we'll be there in 45 min." Both times. Super fast, efficient service! Thank you SJ!
Our car had a flashing engine light (bad!) so we used our insurance carrier's roadside assistance to tow it for service. They contacted Professional Towing, who kept me informed about how long it would be and when they were close. The tech who came, Chris, went above and beyond to be helpful. Great service--I would definitely use them again in the future (but hope I never have to!) ;)
