Went in for a simple battery. I needed a car battery so I went in to Auto Zone to quickly buy a battery and be on my way. If they could make a system in order to find your own battery and then have a self check out. The line was one person deep. Took 20 minutes and I couldn't take it anymore. Drove to walmart and done done. Avoid going here unless there is no customers in the store or be prepared to wait up to an hour to an hour and a half to ask a question.

I came in on Monday morning after my car was dead for about 35 minutes and got jumped to make it to an AutoZone. Willow came outside with me and stood back and asked me to pop my hood, I verbally told willow I didn't know how to do that or how to open it once I popped it using the lever inside my car, she explained to me that their was a latch to unlock on the hood and still proceeded to stand behind me, I verbally told willow again I didn't know how, willow huffed and puffed acting like it was too much of a hassle to open it for me. Willow then questioned me that my car died and told me that everything was fine, willow had me start the car and explained that my battery was fine and I didn't need to get one. Willow then walked away and went back inside the building leaving me with my cars hood open. I went to another auto zone location and the employee there was very helpful , opened and closed my cars hood and turns out there was an issue with my alternator!

We got assistance checking car battery which was bad. Gabriel helped install the battery and assisted us in getting new shocks for the trunk so it would stay up. Gabriel installed the shocks as well. Great knowledge, customer service and friendly . Would definitely recommend this auto zone for any needed parts.

I came in the other day to get a battery when I only saw one employee up front when he saw me he had to yell for his coworker by the name of willow and when she came up she was less than enthusiastic to help me and not to be rude but smelled horrible eventually got the help I needed but willow definitely needs to be retrained. It felt disrespectful and overall was just not a good experience.

While out of town my vehicle decided it wanted to give me grief. Took it to Auto Zone they suggested charging overnight and we found out it was not good, baby got new battery which they installed for me. Above and beyond service from the employees who took great care of me while I was there.

I would like to recognize Gabriel “Gabe” at the Chandler location off of Williamsfield. I’ve been coming to this location for years and Gabe always seems to be there and makes a point to greet anyone walking through the door. He always gives great customer service and helps with any questions I may have. I recently came back from being out of town for two weeks to find my car battery had died. Once I got a jump, I drove over to Autozone to find Gabe behind the counter ready to assist in anyway. I appreciate how easy he made my experience. Thank you Gabe!

Bought 700$ worth of parts special ordered in and got the call they were ready but when I answered the phone call I was asked if it was me and i replied yes then was told my parts arrived and then was hung up on promptly before being able to respond. When I came in for the parts I asked who called me and it was Willow. Then when I arrived and told her I was here for my ordered parts. She threw them on the counter and walked away.

Willow was less than enthusiastic to help me with a return. When I asked about getting the shipping charge refunded as well, she told me "I'm giving you what you get" and "I don't know how to do it, so...." When I continued to ask if there was someone who did, she told me no, then finally said "maybe Jake" when I asked when he would be there she told me "soon, but he's always late so who knows".

It's raining, I had a replacement windshield wiper blade to replace my worn wiper blades, and I didn't know how to do this myself. So I Googled Auto Zone near me and per Google it said Auto Zones help replace windshield wiper blades for folks. I thought that was great. Stopped in at this location this afternoon, asked politely if I could get help placing my wiper blades, and the man at the desk asked me where I bought the blades. I already had them, just didnt know how to do it myself so I thought someone could help and assistance was refused due to, "we dont install competition wiper blades". Wow. I am not impressed with the lack of help, its raining heavily and I needed help replacing something that helps improve visibility whole driving but nah. Won't be returning to this location again. Thanks for nothing.

Dead battery! Ugh! Glad I purchased th 3 year battery so I paid nothing to get it replaced. Thx 2 Travis for switching them out, quite quickly too.

Had a great experience with Travis G and Gabriel great teamwork and very respectful and helpful would recommend to come and have them help u with fast service and great attitudes and when I came in they got me and the problem I came for within 7 mins and got me and my wife on our way back home

Wow....how could I begin to start. An amazing young man and middle-aged man, (Name tags read Travis and Jake) Were able to help me and my subordinate Abraham with our battery. The younger fellow Travis was struggling a bit on the removal process, but Jake with his DECADES of knowledge and expertise outright stunned me, that battery was taken out in mere minutes! I applaud you two for such great assistance and kindness for helping us.

I came into the store needing help removing a ball from my hitch. The thread had been stripped and the nut was very difficult to remove. James who was working was so incredibly nice. He offered to help me get it off. It took us about 10 minutes to wrench this thing off. By the time we were done we were both sweating and James brought me a water! Wow I’m so impressed with the customer service! James went above and beyond!! Thank you so much James!

Not very pleased, my check engine light in my car came on so I went to get a scan to get the code to figure out what was wrong, I stood there for about 5 minutes before the lady playing on her phone was hollered at to come and help me. (Name tag said willow) as I was mid sentence asking for help, she said “ok” walked away and grabbed the tester not even letting me finish. She ran the test and when it was done she just said ok done and quickly went inside leaving me out side with my car. So I rushed after her inside and she handed me some papers and said here you go. Me being a younger female not knowing much about cars I asked her to help explain to me what this meant and she rudely said “I don’t know you have to get some code and ask your dealership” I thought the whole point of coming here was to get answers about my car not send me to a dealership. Will not be returning, very rude customer service.

Greetings AutoZone, I recently went in to get my battery tested and was met by a young sturdy Mexican boy by the name of Angelo. He displayed excellent service and both quickly and efficiently tested my battery for no charge! I intend to make regular visits and purchases at this location in an attempt to see him more and more, he is a very hardworking and diligent employe who displays the very peak of customer service. My battery has died the previous night so the morning was already a rough start. As the day started, I was already very worried about getting the right battery, pricing for that battery, etc. However, as I walked in I was warmly greeted by Gabriel. Gabriel was able to help me get the right battery and even installed it. The installation took no time at all and I was able to get on with my morning stress-free. Gabriel went above and beyond, making my experience with Autozone amazing. I will definitely coming back to autozone for my other automotive needs!

The manager Clayton was extremely helpful and staff was amazing. They serviced my battery in a quick and efficient manner, while also maintaining great customer service. I had a battery overheat and they explained why it happened and set me up with a brand new battery and better brand.

These guys are great. The store is always well staffed with friendly people who don't mind answering dumb questions lol. And the diagnostic check that they offer for free will keep me loyal to this store for as long as I own my vehicle. Yeah, I think there might be something wrong with my car.

I went in yesterday to the store, I believe his name was Gil, he not only checked my battery (I had just been to Jiffy Lube and they said my batter was at 25%), Gil checked it and i was fine. I also bought an air filter (also suggested by Jiffy Lube) for way less at AutoZone with Gil's help - he installed it for me!! Also Jiffy Lube said for 39.00 they could clean my battery posts, again Gil did this for me for free. I cannot stress how I love this store and their employees. I'm an older single woman, without a clue about cars, just makes my heart happy that their are stores with Gil's out there that are honest and caring. 6 stars for this store!!!!

Went into the store to buy jumper cables. The store was out of stock, the Manager allowed me to use the store's jumper cables to help my wife's stranded vehicle. When I returned the jumper cables, the employees went above and beyond helping us with our dead battery. The customer service was top notch..

Thanks to Clayton in helping me replace my dead battery. He was knowledgeable and helpful in resolving this situation. Even though they were busy, he took time to help out every customer. Went through the extra mile of checking my warranty on the battery and helping it getting replaced. I have to acknowledge the great customer service , Clayton provided, in an age where there is general disregard for returning customers. This, after the fact that the Autozone store on Gilbert and Chandler heights would not help me and were quite rude in dismissing my issue saying that they will not replace my car battery. Thanks Clayton for helping me.

I went in for battery check and replacement and had one of the best experiences. Gil Sosa, store manager, was just outstanding in service with friendly attitude. It was 100degree outside and he changed my battery with care. He took his time to do help me and I am sure with all his customers. Least I can do is write this review to appreciate this gentleman. Thank you Gil! AutoZone is very fortunate to have employee like him.

Website didn’t have the correct address for the GPS but one call - that’s all! We arrived and not only did we get the part at over $100 less than the dealership, I bought a 2-pack! Then an employee offered to assist me on installing it! Great crew at this location! I’ll be back!
