I had transmission issues with my vehicle and was assigned All Westside through my insurance provider. They were incredibly quick in their response and Cody was very kind and friendly during our short interaction. The vehicle was also delivered safely to the requested destination in a timely manner. I must say that on a VERY stressful day, it was nice to have some empathy as well as a prompt company to get this taken care of. I appreciate the service.
Waited over an hour and a half just to be told it will be another hour i dont know why Gieco keeps doing business with this company.They are unreliable with no communication if i didn't call i wouldn't of found out . Have some type of courtesy and communication to let people know you are running behind or if you can't get the job done in a timely manner.
Great prices on gas now that with terrible President Biden's decisions least now one or two places to get somewhat good prices they're still up higher you may have been a long time but at least it's not bad
Company was supposed to pick up my vehicle and transport it to a collision center. Company canceled without any notice to me, I had to call to find out and their response was that they were "too busy". Came across very unprofessional and made it out to seem as I was an inconvenience to them. Just from reading the reviews and the owners "reply" to their reviews, instead of trying to defend your unprofessional experiences that customers have had, how about sitting back and reflecting on what the company could have done better.
Fast, friendly and professional. Needed a tow from Tonopah, Az to a shop in Buckeye (25 miles). I was able to use my card to pay which was convenient. Thanks!

Needed a tow today in my crew cab dually. The driver took great care with my classic truck. Very friendly service, I hope I never need a tow again but if I do I will call All Westside again.
Tow truck driver called while I was on an important call. I provided my daughter the number and it went straight to voicemail five times. They finally reached him via text to hear that they cancelled our tow and stated that we need to get someone else. This is unacceptable!! My daughter's car is stranded on the side of the road and it was 90 minutes before he even showed up. I provided my number and my daughter's number and the location of the keys that we left in the car. I advised my insurance that I NEVER want to use that company again. I don't know how they have a 3.9 rating, must be using bots. If I could give them a negative amount of stars I would.
Seen multiple of their drivers texting and driving even though it's illegal in the state of Arizona. Called in to speak to someone and whomever answer didn't care enough to ask for a description of driver/truck or anything. Told him that even though he doesn't care a lot of people do and he just laughed at me. I wouldn't want that kind of customer service near me, my family or friends on the road .
My truck broke down about 70 miles west outside of Phoenix and I called this towing company because of the name. So I assumed 140 miles give or take would be the total miles for the pick up and delivery of my vehicle. The guy gave me a quote of $750.00 for it. You make the call if it was expensive or not. I found another towing company MUCH less than this quote.
Horrible customer service bad timing and they do NOT care they will block you in and their time. Worse towing company I've seen in my life. Do not use.
I locked my keys in my car. Yep. I was way out off highway 85. Anyways the dispatcher told me the wait would be atleast 30 mins. Josh, the driver showed up right on time and was very friendly. Great service!
First want to give huge thanks to Bill the driver. Absolutely professional and manners from first approach. He was understanding and helpful since my mom is a germaphobe to make sure that he did not get Mom's vehicle dirty. He has Clorox wipes in his truck which is amazing. And a shout out to having his truck interior really clean where I'm comfortable to sit down in my nice jeans. Super easy to talk to and ride was smooth. I recommend there service for tow. Lance and his partner will do their best to accommodate your situation. I had a car impounded in central Phoenix, and they were ready to get the ball rolling in 15 minutes. The pickup and delivery went very smoothly. They have a flatbed truck, so your car doesn't get its alignment destroyed in tow. This is especially helpful if you have a Subaru AWD (it'll save your differential from getting shredded). Upfront pricing. No surprises. Great service. I hope I never need your services again, Lance, but if I do, I'll be sure to give you a call! Thanks for everything.
Best towing company in Arizona, great guys to deal with, they bend over backwards to help you and get you where you need to go i was a tow operator for 9 years from light to heavy duty towing and these guys really know their stuff, i will never use any other tow service i highly recommend them!thanx guys for the outstanding service!
