Got a flat and it took a whole day for them to figure out if they could repair it. Next day they overcharged for tires and they didn’t do an alignment. Didn’t know until I was on the road and I couldn’t control my car. We called and one employee swore they did an alignment but to bring it in the next day and they’d check. The next day a different employee said they didn’t do an alignment. Went somewhere else because they were quoting me over 400$ for an alignment.

I came in for a tire repair. I was told upfront they may not be able to do it considering how the nail was in the tire. Joseph, the manager was amazing. Nate and Zayne, the technicians, went out of their way to take care of us. They were willing to try different patches. They were friendly, very accommodating. We went to this location as it was a short distance to our house, however, they have earned a customer for sure. I can't say thank you enough. These three men represented the Firestone brand well. Again. Y'all have an exceptional crew. Thank you!!!!

Open on Sundays and staff was knowledgeable. Went in for an alignment and was done within an hour of my appointment.

Same day fix? It was awesome!!! Me and my husband have had horrible experience at other places that would even have our car for months. Firestone was a same day fix! We highly recommend Firestone! They were professional and considering we didn't make an appointment and they still fixed our car same day. We're so thankful!

Paid $1,800. For new tires and they ruined my tire sensors returned vehicle for them to repair they advised me they are not at fault. My tires sensors were fine the day I took truck in now a day later, 3 go out not likely if the truck had a bad module my guess all 4 would be red, spoke with manager he asked if we were implying they were at fault hmm yes, there techs are careless, there manager treats there customers like there stupid 1st of all your customers pay your wages, will return to Firestone NO!!! Will i pay my Firestone card NO!!! Fix what you have broke, and take responsibility for your actions, and I will pay off my debt until then, thanx for showing me were your customers stand.

I had my oil changed on Monday Feb 23rd. Today Friday 27th I noticed oil under my truck when I got out of work. I crawled under my truck and my oil drain plug was not even finger tight. I came in to get this fixed and they wanted me to drop off my truck so they could look at it later. This is very upsetting and frustrating.

Took my car in for an oil change without an appointment. Mark was courteous and professional to help squeeze me in. He was upfront and honest about the wait time and pricing and kept me informed on the progress while I waited.

Mark the manager is wonderful! We are in town visiting for a class and we got a flat tire. Husband put the spare on but obviously you can’t drive on those much, as well as concern for having another issue. Mark advised us the tire was unrepairable and his employee wouldn’t be in for another hour to mount a new tire. About 10mins later Mark approached us and said although he’s the manager he started out mounting tires and he would get us back on the road. This is the kind of customer service that is above, beyond and rare. Thank you Mark!

My experience at Firestone was excellent . The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous from start to finish. They immediately noticed I had a nail in my tire and I was rushing for work.They fit me in perfectly, I really appreciated the honesty and transparency, great customer service. I highly recommend Firestone for anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy auto care.

I had a tire that was loosing air. I went in without an appointment. They were able to work me in right away. They found the issue and were able to patch the tire and get me back on the road very quickly. The service was exceptional and I am very grateful. Thank You

The customer service at the front was great. But I was charged over $225 per hour in labor to have battery wire cables replaced. $675 total in labor for less than 3 hours of work on parts that only cost $80. I believe the job took even less time than that because we were waiting for parts to come in for a lot of the time.

An oil change is one of the simplest car services to get, why did the Firestone in Buckeye AZ, turn a simple thing into a complete nightmare!! Horrible customer service, while I waited for oil change to be completed there was no communication from them, by text, email, or phone call. I had to call them to ask if my car was ready. When I picked my car up, I had to ask for a paper receipt, I had to ask for a email receipt, the manager actually refused to take responsibility for the service they either did or didn't do....?, I asked why they didn't put an updated service sticker on my windshield, the manager stated that Firestone stopped giving the stickers a long time ago. I asked him, how will I know when the next oil change is due?, he told me that now customers have to set all the information into there system on the dashboard themselves and the car will remind me that it's time for an oil change. He refused to confirm when the next oil change is due. Does this mean that they didn't change my oil and filter, but still charged me for it?? It's awful that the company "Firestone" doesn't care about who is out there representing them. Hopefully Firestone will one day start caring, and get ride of low life management and employees, like the people at the Firestone auto care in Buckeye AZ.

I had a great experience at this tire and auto shop. The staff was friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. My car was ready on time and runs perfectly. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.

I made an appointment on Friday for 2 toyo tires for my f 350 to be installed Tuesday at 9 am . I received multiple text messages reminding me of my appointment the last text was at 8 am Tuesday morning. I drove 20 minutes and showed up at 8:55 and was told oh yeah we wont have them in until maybe Thursday . I pointed out that that would have been valuable information to know before I showed up . The response I received was oh yeah you made your appointment online and a blank stare. I will be buying my tires some where else.

im only rating one star because thats the minimum it lets me. so yesterday i dropped of my car at 4 waited there when done i went to work and my car idlied kinda rough so i thought just adjusting to new oil? but then my car started making horrific noises and pounding noises it was midnight so i couldnt call them i made it home safely BARELY it was doing this while in park as well! then this morning i call them and they came and towed it there and i called after not hearing back and they said oh its a misfire?it felt like all four tires were wobbly but it was coming from inside car jerking me!!!! yesterday everything was perfect before my oil change. i had him bring my car back to me i need the general manager to speak up on his staffs action and take accountability that they ruined my car! they now want lots of money of course to “fix it” STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRESTONE THEY DONT HELP YOU THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR UR CAR i do have cops involved as i proof of my car perfect before this or ethier speak up and get ahold of me and fix my damn car or lose ur business im done.

I went in for a flat tire repair alone, and was told that it couldn’t be patched due to the placement. Got quoted $252 for a new tire…. My boyfriend took my car in somewhere else and got the tire patched with no problems. Sad to see car places still trying to take advantage of girls who don’t know anything about cars..

I had a great experience at Firestone in Buckeye! The staff was super friendly, honest, and really took the time to explain everything to me. They worked quickly but still made sure the job was done right. The customer service was amazing from start to finish, and I left feeling confident about the work they did on my car. Definitely recommend this location—thank you Firestone team for making everything so easy!

Apparently they pay to have bad reviews removed. I gave them another chance and in Firestone Fashion, they totally failed again. Went in for an oil change, alignment and tire rotation. They didn’t rotate the tires that they put on a few months ago. Try to lie about it. Not only that but it tools them 6 hours to do the above. Worst place ever.

One of the worse experiences I've ever had with a Firestone: Since October I have had to go back to this location twice (scheduled for a 3rd and 4th time did not go because my car was still having the same issues). Since October I've had several calls with this location, 1st call - I've got a old car I need to be repaired several issues willing to pay whatever. 2nd call - (the car had been "assessed") "We checked everything... here's the list of issues..." great did you actually check everything? Is there anything else that needs to be fixed? "No". Price of over $3,500.00 locked in. 3rd call - (after the car was picked up) hey I'm going out of town can you run through the list with me of what was done because I'm seeing some potential urgent recommendations when this should have been completed. Something as simple as the w engine and cabin filter should have been completed? "No, thats not included" ok no worries its easy, can you run through the list of what was done for me, this worksheet is a little confusing. The agent proceeded to run down the list. I asked if everything from under the hood, under the car, fluids, oil, tires, ac, abs system, steering etc. Everything to make the car run and run well, has it been done based on this list because I noticed a little tremble once I was almost home... "Yep" 4th call - (next day omw to church around 11am) the car is shaking really bad randomly and it also feels like I am being pulled to the left. I'm not steering to the left the car is moving on its own. "You can bring it in right now." That's nice, but I'm almost to a service I have to be at because I didnt know there would still be a major issue after a over $3,000 repair. "I won't have anything later, bring it in Monday" the agent was rude (tone, got upset with me, he may have felt like I was lying when I said I called in the other times and ran through lists of what was done), I was frustrated because something is not right and I was trying to get an appointment confirmed for after service, but he continued to talk over me, not even sure why he was upset... I hung up the phone (I stopped by 3 Firestone before the 4th call to see if I could be squeezed in, they did not have someone who could inspect or they were short staffed, but all of them listened to my issue and they were kind and provided suggestions all within 15 mins of Laveen, AZ) Call - 4 (on the way home from church) hey so its shaking much worse than before especially at higher speeds and I'm get pulled without me steering) I'm hopping off the freeway to take the streets for safety measures. I know we spoke earlier, but is anything available right now by chance? "No it will have to be Monday" (the agent was still rude if I brought up any concerns about my vehicle and what may have been missed during the "complete inspection). I asked him to put me down for Monday. 5th call (after my car has been checked again - still at the shop) "Oh yeah so the weights on your tires were done wrong whoever did them, and it was causing some issues with the axel, so we fixed it and its good to go" I picked up the car and went to run important errands... the car is still shaking and pulling me to the left. 6th call - the car is still shaking quite a bit. Um are you sure that was the issue? This is now a 3rd time I would have to take it back, but it would not be until after 11/8 because I will be out of town. This agent (the same rude one) basically went off on me because I told him his co workers missed something for the second time and many things were not done that I was originally quoted for. I had to remind him that I'm a customer and not an acquaintance! Speaking like that is rude... I asked him how I was more professional then him while being frustrated, just asking for answers. I asked for a manager on this call and they gave me him. A store lead. So I asked him to have a manager call me. Never received a call. When I got back from vacation I called and spoke with the nice young lady at the front desk just to set me up an appointment. Did not go bk.

Took the truck in for new tires to be mounted, balanced, and an alignment. First I was told it could be done the same day, Saturday. One hour before closing, I was told it could not be done. I agreed to have it done the next day, Sunday.( Brand new tires with tags purchased online and delivered on Friday). Husband called (Monday) to tell staff that the truck has a wobble at 65mph. The staff response was "you didn't buy the tires from us, it's not our problem". Valve stem covers are missing, and tires are not lined up with the valve stem and tire dot. Granted, it could be the tires, but they don't seem willing to double check their work

We came in from out of town and had a flat tire. Visited other near by shops but most had long wait times or needed appointments. We called Firestone and the gentleman that answer was able to service us immediately and gave us a price over the phone. Service was exceptional! The girl at the front desk was very friendly and attentive. Richard was quick and diligent with his service on repairing our tire valve. The whole team was helpful and knowledgeable.

Somehow my review was removed. The car was brought in for an engine air filter replacement, coolant exchange, and oil change. The engine air filter housing was cracked by their crew. There were big coolant fluid spills all over the engine and coolant pools at bottom on the skid plate. I received the car back with a check engine light (was never there before). They told me their store manager would call me. The store manager never called. I was told that the store manager essentially clocks out much earlier in the day and no where near their closing time (the shop closes at 7PM). Also was told that they have no one that can diagnose any issues later in the day due to their techs leaving earlier in the day as well. I had to argue with the shop for them to accept responsibility. Be extremely careful with this shop.

This is the ABSOLUTE worse repair shop I have ever dealt with. We took our vehicle there on a Saturday and was told the vehicle would be looked at Sunday. Come Sunday we were told we have to wait until Tuesday for a lead tech but it’d be the first vehicle they looked at. Tuesday comes around and we hear nothing. Called in the late afternoon and was told oh we couldn’t get to it but it’ll be the first one Wednesday. The lack of communication is just the tip of the problem. We waited until Friday to be told the original issue they thought it was isn’t it the true problem and now we need a whole new fuel tank. Well that pushed us back now another week, again lack of communication and us calling frequently to get updates. I finally get my vehicle back and the next morning I drive it, my check engine light is on and so is a whole new problem, the drive shaft malfunction. My vehicle is worse off than it was when I brought it in!! I go back and tell them and was told well we can’t get to it until Tuesday. No “oh we are sorry about that!” And then she proceeds to say, you’re liable if you drive off with it like that. Do NOT and I repeat do NOT take your vehicle here. If I didn’t have to use my vehicle warranty, I would have driven away after the first week.
