I would give zero stars if possible. The point of a towing business is to get you out of a stranded situation. These guys told me that they don’t offer unlock services when they are located around the corner. I guess I shouldn’t expect more in a small town, but that’s the most wild thing I’ve ever heard. I’ve been in the automotive industry now for 19 years and have yet to hear of a towing company that won’t unlock your vehicle . This is on a 2011 Dodge Cummins 3500
