There was great, rooms were great, breakfast is great. I am in a wheelchair and the accessible room was perfect. The only complaint I have is the water in the shower was hot. No matter where the handle was positioned. It would not go colder.

Clean room, comfortable stay, and no issues overall. The shower head could use an upgrade, but everything else was great.

This was our 5th or 6th stay over the last few years, nice room, (we've had better views though, room 209 has a bad view), customer service was great, as usual.

The room was really clean. As soon as we opened the door it smelled really good. We enjoyed our stay here. We asked for blankets and they brought them right away no hesitation.

I had a great experience at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and made check-in a breeze. One of the highlights was definitely the continental breakfast; everything was fresh, but the pearl sugar waffles are a must-try! I would definitely stay here again.

It was very fun. We did a lot of pool shenanigans. Gym was fun #winter ark. The lady got mad at me for kicking the elevator butt i’ll let it slide. Go to Denny at 11 at night. Tiffany was fun.

Just passing through on our way home from vacation. Clean property and rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Having a breakfast option was nice but we found it odd that only a couple of items at a time were prepared and we had to wait long periods for more. Overall, we were pleased with the location.

Clean, plenty of room, friendly staff, favorite place to stay in Thatcher. The view from the room is Thatcher. Elevator would benefit from a tune-up.

I didn’t even stay here!! I came to visit family who were down for thanksgiving. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. My nephew got us stuck coming in from the pool so i had to walk around. The front desk Agent (I’m so sorry i don’t have the name) was so Cordial and Helpful!! I mentioned to her that the smell in the Light area was AMAZING and told her I’d be leaving this review. Thank you SpringHill Suites!!! Not sure why I got charged +$300 booking a room for work. Wasn't worth it at all. One of the oddest layouts of a bathroom I've seen, a shower head that should have been replaced two years ago, can't get cold water from the tap, and the worst treadmill I've ran on in quite a while. Breakfast was there, but for $300 you're offering me green bananas and cold cereal? Going off the last few Marriott stays I think this super chain is going to be avoided at most costs.

Friendly staff, very clean hotel, amazing breakfast with very fresh and healthy option. Beds are super comfortable, showers are nice and water is nicely hot. Would recommend to anyone very nice hotel in this area, & worth the price for comfort & care

We stayed recently to attend the Safford all class reunion. The rooms were clean, the breakfasts were wonderful as well. But mostly I would like to commend the staff for all of their help when we had a car issue. Your maintenance man helped us try to jump the car, the manager gave us an extra late checkout so we didn’t have to load our stuff in the car before we could get it fixed, the cleaning staff was also very helpful. Overall, we were met with help and kindness and we appreciate you all. LP

Excellent bed, as always. VERY clean, friendly front desk...pretty good breakfast... BUT, our toilet didn't work! We had to go from 3rd floor to lobby bathroom to have a toilet from when we got in, after football & meal at 12a.m., to 10 a.m checkout in the morning. Front desk and Bonvoy & maintenance were getting on it at 9 a.m, but couldn't fix it...my husband got very little sleep that night!

I could live here. Front desk was friendly. The room parts were slightly separated to you had a living area, sleeping area and kitchen area. Clean, comfortable and tasteful colors and fabrics. Breakfast was good as well!

I stay here almost every weekend and it’s probably the only decent hotel in town. I normally don’t write reviews and I really need to get his name but the guy who is always working the weekends at the front desk on the weekend is probably the nicest person I’ve ever come across at a hotel. Very helpful, very kind, very patient. I’m not sure if he’s in management at all, but if he’s not, he definitely needs to be. I travel a lot and I stay at a lot of hotels and I’ve never come across someone who works so well in customer service. Definitely a mid range hotel but the best you are going to get in Safford.

Bought on line, $183 1st night $83 the second. Talked to the desk, it appears booking on line is the most expensive. Call the hotel instead. No service unless you want a "touch up". Full service if you stay a week or so. Internet access they say, enter your room number and name. Opps you have to register, turn down and upgrade for a faster connection. Hey after 20 minutes and leaving information they already had i connected.

Beautiful property, the room is nice, quiet, clean. Breakfast is on the lower end to most hotels. I booked through concur corporate app used by thousands of company’s. The price booked on concur and the price charged was double the amount, an extra $600 totaling $1,300.00 for 4 nights. Front desk was no assistance and just took the information, the next day was never contacted, when getting back to the hotel that evening the front desk clerk said the manager only said it’s correct, the manager called me the next day and was very short and blew me off. Good place but below average Marriott standards, like several other reviews, pricing and other customer concerns are shrugged off.

Room was clean. Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was limited, expected a bit more. Price is borderline criminal for the area, but overall a nice stay.

This is by far the best property in Thatcher. Well maintained, clean and stocked. Plenty of pillows, towels and shower supplies. We didn’t see a blow dryer, but we assume we could have gotten one from room service. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, clean rooms and tasty breakfasts. This hotel is well maintained, and the Staff is always friendly and helpful. As an example, Brandy, who presents an excellent breakfast, provided us with an offering we had missed a day earlier than our arrival. It was hot, tasty and an example of Staff going above and beyond!!

This is the nicest hotel in the area, and also the most expensive. We always try to stay here. But the owners understand this, so the pricing can take advantage of the customer, because they have the advantage in the market. So, while we prefer this hotel and choose it if we can afford it, we don’t feel like we’re getting the value we get other places. For instance, only one of us could plug in our new iPhone chargers because the receptors in the room are out of date and the wall sockets are limited by the bed. The milk we poured over our cereal, had an expiration date of the day we were using it, but it was curdled. The staff was very quick to resolve and got us new milk from the storage area. Bed was worn to the side everyone uses. Pillows a little too soft for much support. But that’s not unusual for hotels. So in summary, it’s the best hotel in the area, but it’s not a good value for the price they usually charge.

For a small town mining hotel the rooms were pretty decent. The only real complaint I have is that the hot water doesn’t get as hot as I would like and that for some odd reason even though 90% of the guests are already leaving for work before 530 for some reason this hotel is the only hotel in the mining town that does not start serving breakfast until 530. Also, you can not get coffee at any time other than during breakfast hours.after paying anywhere from $200 to $350 a night… I still have to go get a $5.00 coffee at a gas station.

We've been coming here regularly for about six years. It is best to reserve your room beforehand and be aware of their housekeeping schedules. This particular hotel has become a comfort zone for me. When we arrive they're always so friendly and helpful. When we leave the farewells seem warm and genuine. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I recommend Springhill Suites anytime they're in Thatcher!

Rooms were clean and spacious. They had a charging cord plugged into the phone and on was broke. I went to move it and it was very hot. I told the front desk. While i was sleeping i relieved a bit on my belly. No other place. Looked for bed bugs but did not find any. So not sure what it was. The breakfast is not good at all. The eggs were terrible. Sausage was ok. Not into oatmeal. Could use better food.

Refreshing stay here while on business. The hotel is easy to find just off Highway 70. All of the rooms are suites and are spacious, clean, and well-designed, with amenities like a mini-fridge, microwave, and a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re visiting the area, offering good value for the price, most of the time. It can be on the expensive side when town is busy.

Unfortunately, we have had to travel down to the Gila Valley every summer for the last six years for a burial in the Thatcher Cemetery . We have stayed at the spring hill suites each time. They have always been so kind and willing to work with us. One time the mortuary forgot to bring the flowers and we had to bring the flowers ourselves. The staff Allowed us to put them in the conference room and they turn down the AC so that they would stay fairly fresh. We have always felt taken care of when staying here. The facility is clean. The breakfast is delicious. Customer service is wonderful. The only complaint I have is that they are the most expensive in all of the hotels in the area by a good $80. I will go back and hopefully I can keep finding deals so I can stay there.
