Van wouldn't start while shopping able to have jumped and drove to O'Reilly Auto Parts. Worked with service Tech named Jacob. Super nice and helped with everything that I explained was going on. He performed the alternator test and battery test. Found the issue was my battery. Helped me with the best price and options I could do and then also help with the installation and removal. Truly appreciate the help and customer service provided today and for Jacob's help from start to finish to help me get back on the road! I give Jacob a 5☆ for his service!

Fredda behind the counter has been absolutely amazing. She's extremely smart and was able to fill out my warranty claim and get me a better battery for my truck and the right idle control valve. She's been super sweet and helpful completely turned my night around for me. Thank you fredda for who you are
I call up for an innertube patch kit and they couldn’t tell me if it would repair the tube or the tire thinking it may be a plug and they wouldn’t even go look so I went somewhere else!
I was there about two weeks ago and was waited on by Kota. I received great service!! If she did know she asked coworkers questions to ensure proper parts and products and that to me is great service !! I left there with computer printouts of both my vehicles specs and proper maintenance time frames! Great job Kota I appreciate You!
Usually pretty helpful staff. About what you might expect from an auto parts store. Got paint here that is matched to my vehicle to do some body work and it looks great.
Never have any real issues here. Parts are generally in stock. And if they aren't then they can be delivered in an appropriate time period. The prices are fair compared to other auto parts stores. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you
The staff here are always knowledgeable and helpful. When they don't have a part they can usually get it within a day and they even call you to tell you the part has arrived.
I try really hard to like O'Reilly with 5 stars. 90% of the time I get knowledgeable people. That other 10% where you get the one employee who's skating buy.
Since changing over from another auto parts store I've never had a bad experience at this store. Whether by phone or in person the employees are courteous and extremely knowledgeable. And if they don't carry the part they suggest others who do.

They told me my battery was dead and I knew it wasn't. The battery is now charged. I'm not sure if it is there machine or they are dishonest. Be careful
Love the service here. Staff are friendly and helpful. They also provide many services for free including: installing a battery, diagnosing check engine lights, installing windshield wipers, etc.
Be advised, several times I have ordered parts only to find that they were installed previously , damaged and just put back in the box for resale. Now not only do we have to struggle with chinese quality but substandard warehouse work.
Descent prices and services. Ordering parts is usually pretty quick. They have some specality tools for purchase or rent. They pay for old batteries, and take used motor oil. Wish they had more parts in stock, but still good to have a place like this in town.
The team there is awesome!!!! Dean the manager there always goes above and beyond to help his customers he truly is a good person. They're the only store I'll ever go to! Thank you team O'Reilly for always making my experience there very pleasant and easy!
Friendly staff that were super helpful went to get my battery tested and my car wouldn't start again the gave me the jumper and it didn't work so they had a delivery driver come jump it so i could get home grade A service
They're pretty good. Will tell you where stuff is in the store and help out with parts selection. It's kind of hit or miss. There are a few staff that can't/won't get up and there are a few younger staff that will go out to help.
I've dealt with them for years now, Dean has always treated me well and got my parts in time, or informed me of any hiccups, Sarah, is awesome as well, very helpful and enjoyable to talk to.
Great store prices are quite high but if you need the part it's cheaper than some of the competition.
It's hard to find because of it's placement between Arron's and another store I forgot about.
The store has a great assortment of parts as well as fast ordering speeds.
Ordered a part, it was supposed to be there, it wasn't, was told it was a shipping error, would have been nice to know for sure if it wasn't coming on the shipment day, lazy workers. Not planning on doing business with them anymore. Customer service definatly needs work.
