Visited the service department on Monday and they were so incredibly helpful! We had purchased a RAM at another dealer in the valley over the weekend and we were concerned about an oil level/sensor. Even though we had not purchased the vehicle from their dealership, they were helpful and addressed our concerns about the vehicle. When we went to pick it up a couple hours later, they didn’t charge us. That was completely unexpected and appreciated! We will for sure be getting both our Durango and RAM serviced there! Thanks guys for the great service :)

I took a car in on a Wednesday evening. Thursday they did a diagnostic test, reported to me of their findings and what else they need to do to find the issue. They called a second time to report the problem and said they could fix it within the day. They were able to get the car fix in a days. I was happy with their service.

Mateo Palomarrz greeted us upon arrival. There was an no wait we got instant attention. He asked what we were interested in, showed us a couple Jeeps and we took a test drive. He was very friendly and helpful. We left with a new Jeep in just a few hours! John Gonzales helped finish all the details and helped us secure finishing! Very helpful professional guys!!

Recently, I took my Jeep in for an oil change. Even though they took their time with the service, they did an excellent job. The person who worked on my Jeep was extremely friendly and gave me a complete overview of everything that was done.

The absolute worst. Made an appointment. Dropped it off 1hr early at noon. Received a text, providing a line of direct communication to ask for and receive updates. 4:45p. I text for an update. No response. I call. Toni isn’t available, she will give me a call. No call was received. Thursday. NOT A SINGLE WORD. 4p, I call. Toni is at lunch, but she’ll call. No call. Friday morning. NOT A SINGLE WORD. I go to the service center in person. Toni is busy and no one can tell me what is going on with my car. Then Toni walks in. She tells me they want to do a whole tear down that will take 5hrs. It’s noon on Friday. They close at 5 and are closed for the weekend. The earliest they could do this would be the day after Thanksgiving. They did not want to ask my warrentee company to cover it, they wanted me to pay $800, to find out what was wrong, then there wasn’t a clear answer as to when it would be fixed. I was leaving Safford Monday night. Considering how they did not communicate with me for 3 days until I physically walked in (of which no one apologized for not getting back to me), it was clear to me they were not reliable, trustworthy or reliable. I decline their “offer”, ask for my keys. They hit me with $100 bill since there wasn’t a repair, telling me my warrantee would not cover. No one else charged me… so curious… to get out of there I paid. I got my car and was done. Couple days later, I reached out to my warrantee company and they inform me that Horne CDJR Safford NEVER reached out to them. So… they are not only unprofessional, they are liars and thieves. AVOID at all costs

Spent. All spent almost $3000 in Silver City, New Mexico at the Dodge dealership. Where they threw part after part at this truck. Not being able to figure out what's wrong. Stopped and Safford had it figured out and fixed in 2 hours. Time for just a couple $100. Can't thank them enough.

Absolutely do NOT Go through this company for sales or service!!!!! I bought a vehicle from them and only a week later found out the AC was not working on long road trips and they would do NOTHING To fix it. A few months later, the check engine light came on, so I took the car to the shop for the AC the ESS Battery light coming on, which also happened within the first two weeks of me getting it, and 27 hours and $160 later and all they could tell me was the same thing. O’Reillys told me for free in five minutes. I was the one who had to call and find out what was going on, I never received calls except for the two times that they called 10 minutes before they closed to tell me they were going to need it again the next day when they knew I was going to need it the following Wednesday to go on a road trip. I did do their survey, which turned out to be a joke because nobody responded. This has been the absolute. WORST Experience I have had with buying or attempting to service a vehicle!!!!

This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Mateo is the salesman that every car lot needs! There was zero pressure from him. He was sensitive to our needs, friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle we decided on. He explained our new Ram to us including how the electronics work and the rebates they offered towards the purchase. We walked out with a brand new Ram in about 2 hours! I am 100% confident that could have been cut in half had he not already had the other vehicle already drawn up and had to redraw the new truck paperwork again. 5 stars to all the staff that we worked with. Mateo, Jesse and John, you guys were amazing. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I did an online KBB on our truck through their dealership website. Within 5 minutes I received a call from Mateo. He was courteous, knowledgeable and not pushy at all!! We did a preapproval on Thursday went and picked up our brand new truck on Friday! I can’t say enough nice things about this place. They all were extremely nice and I would 100% recommend them over their competitors who couldn’t even find time to return my phone call. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from them!!

Was in the market for a newer truck and I saw a vehicle at Horne CDRJ Safford. I was greeted by Matthew, a salesman there and he had a great attitude. Upon the test drive I noticed a couple of things I thought needed to be addressed. They agreed and took care of everything. John, the General Manager was extremely helpful and very polite helped me with the final price and paperwork. It was such a pleasure dealing with these folks and made the purchase so simple. Definitely recommend going down there and seeing what they have available for you. Thank you Horne Family!!

Love this dealership! For the 1st time ever I bought an SUV online without seeing it in person. I wanted to replace my stolen vehicle and they had the exact model I wanted. Despite being 1,200 miles away with a 3 hour time difference they treated me like I was in the showroom. They made the process EASY and my vehicle arrived to me pristine! Great communication, sent pictures of all question answers and documents if applicable, and every person I worked with were competent with knowledge on top of being pleasant to speak with. My salesman, Smitty, retired in the middle of the process yet he kept working with me and saw the whole thing through. Now THAT is excellent customer service!!

What a fantastic experience! I have never bought a brand new vehicle before, but have been told avoid dealerships because salespeople are not pleasant, will not listen to what you want rather get someone into something in the lot sitting for a long time. My Son wanted to buy me a truck, his Dodge had a recall part and the experience was rough. Those folks are gone, a clean house! Many thanks to Jesse, John, Mateo, Toni and everyone else for making this purchase fun! Delightful folks that went out of their way to accommodate our needs and wants! No hard push. Came down on the price and included many extras!! I’m so happy with this purchase, you will too!! Just stop in and see for yourself, you’ll be amazed!!

I bought a new Jeep Gladiator Willys from this dealership and had nothing but the best experience. From Smitty the salesman to John the Sales Manager and finance.
