Slimy/dispectful guy! -10 on the experience. He hit on and flirted with my wife (I wasn’t there) the entire encounter after she repeatedly told him she was married. On top of that he ‘didn’t have change’. Lady who answered the phone was nice though

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience with A2Z Big Rig & Car Towing! My tow truck driver, Henry, was absolutely fantastic — professional, friendly, and quick to help. When he arrived he handled everything with care, and made a stressful situation so much easier. He drove my kids and I to Starbucks until our ride was able to pick us up. He also helped get all our luggage out of the car. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Henry and the whole A2Z team if you ever need reliable towing service.

Well, these guys really saved our butts. During what we didnt know was biggest rainstorm in years, our class A motorhome slid off into a bar ditch on the 414 in Rye, on a hill and next to a 30' ravine on the other side. They sent out an experienced driver with a 6x6 heavy recovery truck and ended up needing to bring a track skid loader too - several hours of rain and stress later, the hard work and experience paid off when they got us pulled safely up to a place where we could sit on level ground until the rain subsided. The guys didn't leave us stranded when things got bad and took longer than expected, they called backup and they continued working hard until we were safe. No damage, injury or casualty thanks to these professionals, just having them on scene was very reassuring with how hopeless things were going - thank you so much, we appreciate you and highly recommend.

This company cares about you and your family. It was very obvious from the start. When I called about my mom being broke down and out of cell service dispatch was incredibly helpful. She hooked me up with Henry, who drove out to help my mom right away. Because she had no cell service she was only able to contact me via a satellite app she had on her phone. Henry kept me updated all the way out there as far as how far away he was. Then he called me to let me know that he had my mom in the truck and her car on the flatbed, and then he called me again after he dropped her back off in Payson. He even said that after his shift, he was going to go back by where he dropped my mom off and check on her to see if she was OK and got her truck fixed. everything about Henry was so genuine, sweet, sincere, and caring. I would recommend this company to anybody that gets stuck in the area.

So grateful for these guys. I made it 39 years and never needed a tow truck. I thank God on the night I did A2Z towing had my back. Henry was great. He was fast and efficient. Great attitude. Even dropped me off at a place I could get dinner. Thank you

Highly recommend for your towing needs! Henry helped me out today in a quick and efficient manner after my radiator blew and left my car stranded. He was very kind and explained the steps of the tie down process as he got my car up on the truck and answered any and all questions I had. If I ever need a tow again, Henry’s my guy for sure!!

I was solo camping on the rim and my car battery died with a big storm rolling in. After three other local towing companies refused the job, Henry drove 12 miles down narrow dirt roads with a 22-foot flatbed to get me, knowing that he might get stuck too. He got my car loaded quickly, and we made it back to the highway minutes before the storm made the dirt roads impassable. He was fun to talk to on the ride back to Payson, and he even helped me swap my car battery. I can't recommend this company enough, especially because they have an awesome driver like Henry. Had a tire blowout on 87, about 8 miles south of Payson. No cell service in area, I was starting to stress. A2Z towing suddenly pulled up behind me, got my car on a flatbed, and into Payson for repair. HENRY, the towing driver was so awesome, he made me and my dog feel safe and taken care of immediately. He is very professional, personable, and eased my mind in a stressful situation. Well done, A2Z, and especially Henry!!

From the first phone call with Tony to the driver Henry, nothing but perfetional and kind service. We hit a rock coming off the rim and punched a hole in our fuel tank. These guys picked up the truck and helped clean up my mess in less then a hr. Had my truck back to the valley in two hrs. Thanks guys hope your new business does amazing.

Henry saved the day. Dropped everything he was doing and had my truck up and on the way to the mechanic amazingly fast. What a great dude. I highly, highly recommend him and his team.

I had made it 2 hours into my roadtrip/move from Phoenix back to St. Louis, MO when my car's engine randomly de rated & shut down. I definitely started panicking especially since I don't have a AAA membership and had zero clue where I was. After quickly trying to search through what options I had at 8pm on a Saturday night, I ultimately decided to give this place a try. I am SOOO happy that I did! Henry pulled up to tow my car less than 10 minutes after calling and also helped me figure out where my best option to tow my car to was (especially considering almost everywhere is closed on Sundays). He was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful!!! 10/10 would absolutely recommend to ANYBODY that finds themselves in need of a tow in or around the Payson, AZ area like I found myself tonight!

Henry was awesome! We broke down outside of Payson, and he showed up fast. He was quick, professional, friendly, and even spent time with our dog.

Henry came to the rescue. We over heated just outside of Payson pulling a toy hauler. We got the truck into Payson but needed our trailer towed in. Henry picked us up and took us to tow the trailer. He was professional and very nice. We were very appreciative. The next day Henry called to make sure we were able to get our truck into a repair shop. So amazing!!

A2Z Towing was awesome! Our truck unexpectedly broke down on our way into town on a Sunday. Joe answered the phone in a timely manner & Henry was sent out within a few minutes to tow. Henry was great & let us know when he was en route. They were very patient with us & friendly. Fast, great service. Affordable too! We called several companies and they were the most reasonable and could get dispatched quickly. Will be recommending them to anyone who needs roadside assistance.

After purchasing a mobile home hours earlier and taking it on the road we broke down on a very scary stretch of the highway. Thankfully a patrol trooper came to help us but when he couldn't, he had to call these guys. The vehicle was delivered to us up the road, out of danger and they even stuck around to jumpstart the generator. Super thankful we had a safe place to go to bed that night with our 4 dogs. Unfortunately and fortunately I had to call them again to move the bus to its new home a little more than 100 miles away (during non-emergency hours) Thank you guys so much for making this weekend bearable in its most awful moments.

My sons vehicle broke down headed north to Payson on SR87 about 5 miles south of sunflower and needed to be towed. I tried calling the tow company at sunflower but was greeted with a rude person and told it would be 1.5hrs at least and they would call me when they were available. Really? I'll just wait on the highway until you call me back? I called another towing company and also received rudeness and felt like they were doing me a favor to come tow my vehicle? So, I searched and found A2Z towing in Star Valley. I called and the dispatch person was extremely helpful and pleasant. I was given ETA of 1hr from her and quoted a price that was better than the sunflower towing company. The tow truck operator, Henry called within 10mins and also was extremely friendly and helpful. Henry arrived and was able to explain everything upfront and got our vehicle towed within the 1hr eta quoted. If you happen to need a tow on SR87 from the valley upto Payson I would highly recommend A2Z towing. They made a bad situation into a better situation! Their customer service is great!

I can't say enough good things about this company! They were extremely friendly and super fast. Hopefully I don't need them again any time soon but they will be my go to if I do! Thank you all so much for the rescue! Special thanks to the driver, Micheal for the ride home. So nice when you're stuck on a 2 hour road trip with a stranger when they're friendly. I appreciate it.

Where do I even begin! Called them out on a Sunday and we’re able to easily talk through receptionist and have them come out and pick up my truck in the White mountains stranded bring it back to the valley with no hassle! I recommend them to anyone. If I happen to use as a tow truck service in the future, I will be sure to call them.

Well, I got stuck by round valley headed up a slippery, muddy road with my 5th wheel. I couldn't go up and when I stopped to put it in 4x4, I kept sliding back down and eventually put the toy hauler into a ditch. I couldn't go up the hill or down due to the mud. Called the first guys that popped up on Google, sent them a pic and got a quote and 30-minute arrival timeline. The tow truck had to back up the road to get to me, when he went to turn around, he then got stuck. After winching himself out, he continued on to the job. Israel and Henry were great, covered in mud, slipping and sliding they were able to winch me back on the road. We backed up a little and back in the ditch 100' down the road. They winched me out again and stayed with me backing out about 1/2 mile. Once we got back to SR87 they positioned their trucks to slow traffic so I could back onto the highway and get safely back on the road. Not only were they extremely helpful, they kept their cool in a less than ideal situation and spent about 2 hours helping me out beating more rain and now which was on the way. I hope I never need a tow or winch job again but if I do I will be calling these guys. Thanks for helping me out!!!!

Henry came and picked us up after hitting a nasty pothole. He and the dispatcher were quick friendly and very professional. Hook up took no time and he even let my wife and I know what was around in case we had to stay overnight. I have a low sitting car and he was very careful loading and unloading. Spoke very highly of management and sounds like a well run business. Highly recommend.

Henry was great. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, straight forward, treated us like we knew eachother. I would recommend A2Z Towing. He spoke highly about upper management as well. Sounds like a well run company! And greatly appreciated their prompt services.

Used A2Z towing when my truck broke down on the Mogollon Rim between Payson and Heber-Overgard during snowy weather. They sent a rig that was able to carry my truck and a trailer back to my house. They were good about keeping me informed of arrival time. As we weren't initially sure where we wanted to take our vehicle, Henry was great working with us on the drop off point. He also stopped by a restaurant for us to grab something to eat since we had been stuck for awhile. The other staff (Evelyn) we worked with were also very nice to work with and kept us up to date and explained the whole process. Would definitely recommend if you need help up on the rim country.

Henry came out took care of our needs and was so friendly in taking care of our Vehicle. We had it dropped off at a local mechanic. He even called after to let me know it was safe and they had the keys! Great customer Service!!!! Highly Recommend.

My f150 lightning ran out of power and Henry got to me within 20 minutes of me calling. He's very knowledgeable and professional. If I ever need a tow, I'll be calling him for the job.

On the way up to Payson we had a radiator hose burst after my insurance left me on the side of the road for over an hour with my 8month old baby I needed to get off the road and found A2Z towing and they got out to me very quickly Joe the tow truck driver was so helpful and kind Got us safely to a shop in town would highly recommend them if you have a misfortune on your way to Payson.
