I can't say enough good things about this towing company!!! I ran over a piece of metal just outside willow lake in an area with spoty reception. It was on Sunday over the memorial day weekend and I thought I would be trapped on the mountain til tuesday. They showed up in a short amount of time, let me ride with my dog in the vehicle, and helped me get to my hotel and tire shop. These guys outright rescued me! Easy to work with, easy to pay, fantastic customer service. Can't thank everyone here enough!!!
I will not trust this company with my property again. My trailer was in a field next to a vacant lot about a 60’ drive from the road. I suggested to the driver that he can pull into the vacant lot to turn the trailer around. Considering that’s how the vehicle was turned around from that spot previously with a long bed truck (a vehicle with a larger turning radius than the tow truck used). This was also previously done before that adjacent lot was vacated. The driver instead drove my trailer to the back of the park through trees to make a multiple point turn around through even more foliage. He argued every time I would make a suggestion or offer to spot him. He argued with the owner of the storage unit where it was being towed to because he was driving as if he had never drove a trailer before. He got too close to other property and to the edge of a ditch on the side of the road with my own trailer. Combined, the excess driving around both lots and the driver arriving half an hour late added two hours to my bill. An unmentioned until the receipt of the bill %10 fuel service was also added to the bill. This company not only wasted my time and money but I will be checking the roof of my trailer hoping for only scratches. Included are pictures of the original location of my trailer. The entrance to the vacant lot is shown on the side of the third and forth photo. The entrance is as wide as the lot. These pictures were provided to the driver in advance.
Travis is absolutely amazing!!! I was in a tight bind with very limited time and my insurance was giving me a 7+ hour wait for help and he was able to help me within minutes! Hands down amazing customer service!

Excellent driver & customer service! We got stranded at 9pm on a Saturday night (today) in our rental motorhome with a flat and they were the only company to answer the call. Really cannot thank you guys enough and your driver who provided the tire change who ensured everything was in check for a safe trip!
I had a very rough night last night getting a flat while leaving the mountains after camping. I did not have the right tools to change my own tire. I called my insurance roadside assistance and they advised they couldn't send someone until the following day. I called LaForge and Rachel and Chris were so very helpful. It was after hours and they came out. They helped get it fully covered by my insurance. I think Chris was off work and came back on the clock to help. I would have been in trouble. These were solid people very professional and caring!
Great response time and customer service! Travis R was super cool and got my truck back to the valley for me in no time. Will definitely use them again in the future.
I want to thank LaForge Towing for their help. Karina was very nice and kept me updated. Two other trucks turned me down, but not Travis from LaForge. He came from Queen Creek to almost Heber to help me get towed back to the valley in Mesa. Travis even helped me drive several miles on a dirt road to get to my camp and help me pack out. Man, if that's not excellent customer service, I don't know what is? Thank you , once again LaForge Towing. Keep up the good work
We were broken down with our pop-up camper on our way to camping. Jeff, tow truck driver, pulled over to see if we were okay. He added 3 gallons of gas to our car because we thought that was the issue as recent work had been done poorly. He didn't ask for anything in return. Jeff helped move our SUV & trailer further off the busy highway to a safer spot. He then drove ahead north to find my spouse walking to find the next mile marker and to get phone service. Jeff picked her up and drove her back. He stayed until the tow truck our insurance approved came to get us. I'm was blown away by the kindness. He even made a few jokes to keep us relaxed. Highly recommend Jeff & LaForge Towing.
Very nice experience with this company. Chris was the best! They responded promptly to a hard-to-find location off a 2-lane highway under construction! We had a blown tire on our motorhome. Very courteous and considerate. I would recommend them highly for any of their available services.
Ted Lovato and Carrie were great. Carrie called out the best Tow Truck driver ever. I could tell from the time when Ted arrived we were going to be in good hands....and he was there lickety- split. It is employees like this that make a business exceptional... note to self as a business owner myself- Employees can either make or break your business. Ted has made La Forge Towing a 5 star! Car was stuck and stranded on the worst road and Jeff came to help and really went above and beyond. It was a long day and a stressful situation and he was so helpful even offering us waters. It really meant a lot to our group in that situation. Thank you Jeff!
May 1, 2025 My car broke down on the way to the Grand Canyon. We needed a tow to Scottsdale and called AAA. Travis of La Forge towing showed up in less than an hour . He took great care loading up our car and explained how he was securing it to the flatbed. Travis was very personable and we had a great conversation on the hour and a half ride to the car dealer. After dropping off the car, Travis took us to the hotel . I couldn't ask for better service.
Horrible. My car was towed and stored for 20 days. Police department documented on the tow form no damages to my vehicle. Upon pick up, HUGE crack in windshield and 4 small dings in windshield clearly from rocks or debris hitting it while stored in their yard or during the tow. Also huge crack in bumper with grease clearly around it where it was hooked up and cracked. They refuse to take any responsibility for any of it and say their driver states he didn't do it. Because I'm sure any driver would really wanna take responsibility for actual damage. Don't use this company at all. I will be taking them to court for the damage as they refused to give me their liability information.

We had our water pump go out heading back to the valley on Bee line at dang near the middle of the night. Dennis had been working since 8am that morning and still decided he would help us out because, “it’s just the right thing to do”. Not that everyone should ask Dennis to go out of his way and work for almost 24 hours straight, but it goes to show that this company has people that do the job because they care about helping people. Dennis was a blast to talk to on our long drive and I can’t thank or recommend this business enough! I will absolutely refer my friends and family to this company, Thank you Laforge!
My car overheated in the middle of the summer and I had my 2 kids and small dog and we called LaForge Towing and they sent a driver right away and rescued us. They were so professional, fast and Knowledgeable. We definitely recommend them!
