Miah and tanner both on shift i stood in line for a good 15 minutes both did not help. Until after 15 minutes. Like hello im paying a customer. Not professional at all.
This Autozone saved my relatives' road trip from ruin. They needed a battery replaced but have no idea how to work on cars. The staff helped them do it even in inclement weather when they could have refused. They would have been stuck hours away from their lodging without the help from this store.
The people who work here are so helpful. Thank you for you're service on my vehicle. Tanner took the time to fine out the belt broke and another part also and order it for me.

A female worker distracting a male worker...he put wrong info about my ride...she was close to him n she kept snickering around him...other employees were looking at her n him...this is outta work ethics ...not professional...she should be busy stocking or cleaning...my kids corrected me....n I called in right order this time. I had all my information on my acct. He did not bother to correct me...we need those men to be in the right state of mind...
We were traveling from out of state and got a piece of metal stuck in our tire, with all the tire shops closed Todd S was able to help us repair our tire in this emergency and made everything really easy for us! Awesome store and service!!
Just want to say Thank you so much Todd for helping us! My Tahoe threw a code for the oil pressure sensor we called ahead and he confirmed they had the part once we got there he was so kind and helpful! He even referred us to his friend who is an amazing technician who came to us to fix the car! So blessed to both of these gentlemen for all their help! We made it all the way to Tucson and back to Colorado with no issues!
Our SUV decided to shake when accelerating halfway between Flagstaff and Page, Arizona this morning… the closest town was Tuba City, ‘only’ 17 miles away… Todd at the Tuba City Autozone was EXTREMELY helpful with us today to diagnose our issue with the ignition coil! He ran his code reader before, during and after I installed a new coil, and let me use their tools free of charge to install it! THIS is customer service that Autozone corporate should recognize!
This is the BEST auto part store I’ve ever been to in AZ. The staff are very helpful in a nonjudgmental and friendly manner. They ALWAYS have what I need and are quick to get an item in if it’s is not in stock. This is hands down my preferred auto part store ever! Thank you to the manager and staff for all their hard work.
So I dropped off my truck’s computer for $250 for a rebuild. There are few new replacements because of the current, pandemic chip shortage anywhere in the USA. They are $800!a piece now if available.
It was sent in and returned with a note enclosed, saying there was nothing wrong with the computer and no charge was required.
I got it cleaned, diagnosed, and my money was returned.
I will keep coming back, normally I go to Flagstaff, 70 miles away for parts. THANK YOU for being honest.
Great customer service. Shawn help replaced my wipers. And figured out what the service engine light was. it was a bad air filter. I purchased a new one. Thxs Shawn for installing it as well. Furthermore, my truck battery died. so I purchased the Duralast platinum battery , which he also installed in this rain storm. He is an outstanding employee. He deserves recognition for going above and beyond so I can get back on the road safely. Thank you Shawn. Great job! He should be a manager! This Auto Zone is a life saver to the Navajo people. We have to travel many miles like Flagstaff and Page to get our parts. But here we get them with a reasonable price and the workers are very polite. 👍🏽👍🏽 two thumbs up
The employees here are hardworking professionals in the truest sense of the word. Absolute pleasure to deal with these guys. If I break down on a road trip again, i hope its near tuba city so i can deal with these guys again. Kudos to staff!
Great place, convenient location, honest/knowledgeable managers. Store is very clean and sanitized during the current pandemic. If you need parts, call and place part(s) on hold. Make sure you know your vehicle information, engine size, vehicle make/model, year and etc. You will definitely get the part you need as long as YOU KNOW your vehicle 💯😎🤘 specs.
Im glad Tuba has Auto zone for my convenient. I ordered parts I needed and few days later it got shipped in. So far, it's the closest to my home location. I wish Page would have one right now. I always stressed customer services cause it makes you feel good and taken care of your needs. Whomever the manager needs to work on this for the store. Otherwise, it'll be perfect.
A month ago Reuben drove to me and my wife stranded on Hwy89 after he closed up for the night to bring us some transmission fluid. We were able hobble along to Flagstaff instead of being stranded in the middle of nowhere thanks to him, give that man a raise!

Excellent service! We were out on the road, far away from home, and found ourselves stranded with a dead battery. This local AutoZone in Tuba City, AZ, sold us an appropriate product and even lent us the necessary tools to make the replacement! Many thanks to them!
I got what I needed and the staff were helpful. The only problem us customers have is: when there were customers in the store, the phones would ring and they would answer and continue to help the phone customers for 5-10 min while we are there at the counter in the middle of a transaction. Mind you, this is after we've been standing in line for 8-15 minutes already.
Our First part store n Tuba City history for our community members an visitors, besides the junk yard. I wish they kept a good stock on hand parts. Especially for older vehicles like mine. TAX is low compared to Flagstaff.
Extremely helpful staff. We broke down on our way through. They didn't try to upsell us at all, and the manager even came out and helped us get our serpentine belt unstuck after we tested the alternator. If you have to break down in Arizona, break down in Tuba City. Also, there's a Quality Inn right across the street so you'll have a place to crash if your car is done for...no pun intended with "crash".
